Very rude man,not professional and horrible customer service skills. My husband called earlier this morning because we have a Yukon Denali that needs to be serviced so we are looking for a CERTIFIED MECHANIC SHOP to fix our car and our warranty company will cover the expense. We asked if his shop is certified to make sure there is no problem when it comes time to get the quote and have our warranty company pay him. He got very rude and aggressive yelling WELL SOMEONE BETTER PAY ME IDC WHO IT IS OR IM KEEPING YOUR CAR and denied giving us his license number and we didn’t even ask for it. That was a great example of talking out of your a** before listening.

I am happy with the service of the shop, after vigorous comparing from shop to shop this location was direct as they evaluate my vehicle on what work needs to be done. The gentleman and staff were gracious enough to tell me what I didn’t need and let me know the over selling. The other shops were quoting me. I was happy that as a woman they were looking out for pocket. I like the fact that I was only instructed to get what I needed. I appreciate a place that doesn’t try take advantage or oversell me product. Mr. Pedro is your man for the job the best thing that I liked about the service was that if you’re interested in purchasing a car, you can bring it here and he will diagnose it for you so you can assure yourself that what you’re buying is up to your standards and worth its price. I love that finally find an honest mechanic
