I took my car for an O2 sensor change. They charge me $700. Just so they can put in an old sensor and then told me they put a brand new one, the most expensive one.

This place is amazing the owner Ben went above and beyond!!! They had to fix so much and when one part they replaced was defective they came to me to fix it. They got us back on the road without them I'd be stranded in California. Thank yall so much! Much love from Texas💗

Caution!!! Stay away inexperienced mechanics at work.Got my car engine replaced here by Luis he left motor mount bolt and wiring harness loose. Missing bolts to my engine cover leaking oil from various spots check engine light came on pulling out the shop. The owner was picking missing parts from the ground that belong in my engine bay after I pointed to him that they were missing. it was a sloppy job all together I don’t recommend anyone to this dump of a shop in my eyes it get a negative 5 stars seriously.

I brought my car in, to get racing seats installed and when I got my car back it had damages that weren’t on my car before… the mechanics are careless and don’t treat your car with respect. Don’t take your car here save your money I’m telling you. Now I have to get all the new damages on my car fixed. 🤦🏽♂️

Don't come here to get your car fixed. The mechanics are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. You will just waste your time and money. Benjamin and Luis are two of the mechanics that work there and they will just steal your money.

I’ve been going to no Motorsport since I got my first car! They’re fast and efficient and have great prices! Luis has taken care of all my cars from Honda’s, chevy’s, Oldsmobile, acura’s, and now a Nissan! He does it all. They explain what’s going on in a way that I can understand as I do not know too much about cars. I love this place and definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

I've had these guys work on my car ever since it needed a major repair and they get it done fast! The Mechanics there are very nice as well and they take their time with you explaining exactly what's wrong with your car and what needs to get done. I highly recommend NC Motorsport Auto Repair to anyone who needs something fixed on their car.

Anyone leaving their car here for repairs be warned. In August of 2018 my fiancé and I took our 02 jaguar in to have some repairs. We needed Two catalytic converter‘s fixed. We speak with ben the owner and make a deal not even three days later we get a call saying we need to come get the car because it was going to be towed from where they told us to leave it right along the fence with the rest of the cars they needed to work on. They informed us the tired and rims off one side of the car had been stolen and it wasn’t anything to do with him. Once getting they we realized the car battery had been taken too. They did nothing to help we had to borrow the battery from my mothers car and spares to get the car home. We then filed a police report and the NCPD agreed his was at fault. We then filed a lawsuit and won and he refuses to pay the court ordered settlement. When we tried to speak with him to collect he refused and then decided to tell my partner he didn’t like how I was there as well so he’s going to tell his cop buddy to come harass me. So not only did our car not get fixed but we had items stolen from us. The converters he purchased were used and bad. This is not a business I’d be taking my car to anymore. Shady dirty scandalous people here. Ben the owner even steals from his employees. When you take someone to court all the dirty laundry comes out. Be warned everyone!!

This place is the only place I trust with my car! Other mechanics are always looking for more money to do a cheap fix on cars that may leave them with long term problems . I trust this place because I know they will tell me straight forward and do what they can to work with me so I can get my car back on the road again. I’ve had mechanics take advantage of me. Enough times to know that these guys are the real deal and have gone out of their way to Fix my cars when other mechanics mess up. They never overcharge me and are always fair .

Very happy with the friendly and professional service I got with this shop. Had an emergency / break down situation with my car, and these guys got me back on the road with high quality repairs the same day. Ben and his guys over there did a super job for a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is unbelievable they are unprofessional the worst to go to don’t Ever Bring your car to this shop. CORTEZ, BENJAMIN DELGADILLO Is the owner and they will not fix your car on time and will not fix it properly. The owner has a reputation of taking advantage of hard working citizens and has no remorse for your time and money unprofessional and completely wrong when doing business, the staff are street thugs that have hardly any knowledge on fixing vehicles and are not people you want working on your car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I took my Porsche Boxster in to get a check engine diagnosed and taken care of. They were very nice at first, and Benjamin, the owner, was a very nice guy. They call me a few days later telling me that they were having troubles finding parts that they needed to fix the check engine light, and requested that I but the parts for them and bring the car back. That was a first for me, since for one, I didn’t know what the parts even looked like and secondly, I had no way of knowing where to buy them. I picked up the car, paid the inspection fee and left. When I turned on the car, I noticed that they didn’t put the engine covers back on, but simply threw them all on top expecting me not to notice. Then, while driving home, I heard scraping noises under the car and later saw that they left the bottom plastic scrape guard completely unattached and was about to break off. Then, I open my front hood and saw that they had taken apart the plastic trims, and just threw them inside along with other random hardware that I have no clue where they go. The car was also idling horribly when I picked it up, despite being perfect during drop off. I call the owner and he is very apologetic at first, but when I check up on him the next day regarding fixing my situation, snaps at me. I’m sure it was a very off day for them, but it’s a shame that I waste my time and money for them to just return the car running worse.

The owner Ben helped me with an issue I was dealing with and was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the issue and also showed me as well so that I had a full understanding of what was going on. I will be back for anything else I need with my car!

Been coming here for years and the owner Ben & mechanics have been super nice. The prices are reasonable, I had my front axle fixed, replaced my oil pan and multiple oil changes. I rather support a small business than always give my money to big corporations. I would definitely recommend stopping and seeing for yourself.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I took my car in for a tune-up and to get the check engine light diagnosed. From the start, one mechanic was rude and extremely arrogant, Ben was more friendly but this other guy acting like I was wasting his time just for asking questions. They told me it was just the oxygen sensors and quoted me a price, but somehow the bill ended up over $800 – and my check engine light was never even fixed. Every time I called or stopped by to ask about it, I was brushed off or treated like I was being unreasonable. Eventually, I gave up and took my car to a different mechanic – thankfully, one who actually knows what they're doing. My new mechanic discovered that the previous shop did a very poor job: hoses were left loose, bolts were missing, and the issues that triggered the check engine light were never properly addressed. It's clear this shop is careless and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor – don’t bring your car here. I took my time to write this review because It cost me time, money, and stress to fix their mess. I'm just glad I found a real mechanic afterward.

I’m extremely disappointed with NC Motorsports. My car came in June 7 2025 for overheating and EPC light issues. They said it was ready around June 20, but it still overheated. I returned, and it overheated again on the way home with my child in the car with the epc light on. After spending over $3,700, I came back a third time, only for the car to still overheat. By now, my total expense was closer to $7,000. I finally took it to a dealership, and they fixed the issue immediately. It’s clear NC Motorsports either didn’t understand or didn’t care. Their claims of servicing all cars felt like experimentation, and they lacked integrity with no callbacks, incomplete repairs, and constant delays. I trusted them, but they let me down repeatedly. Please, save your time and money, go to someone who does it right the first time.
