It's all about convenience here - the only gas station between Manlius and Cazenovia. It replaces the former Nice N Easy. I've noticed the following changes: New car wash installed December 2018; less beer selection (all macrobrews with a few sixes of craftier brands); much more limited food/brand selection with none of the variety that NnE had; almost no fresh fruits/veggies. Circle K seems to be the Wal-Mart of convenience stores - stacked with cheap brands and limited selection, presumably to keep costs down. If you truly need gas, a car wash, or late-night snacks/milk this is your place.

Please fix the car wash. I have a monthly unlimited car was subscription, but half the time I visit the car wash is broken. Will soon cancel subscription if it does not become more reliable.

The beverages are good and food is good. But the men's restroom is so disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere the yearnals are unusable.

I’m hoping that this message gets to the management about the horrible customer service that I encountered on a recent visit to your establishment. As working with the public for many many years your associates could use some classes in customer service I have never been treated so disrespectful. The rudeness of your associates will definitely not have me ever coming back to this store. I hope this message gets to your corporate office and something needs to be done immediately!

When Circle K took over, the modern touchless car wash was replaced with an old fashioned touch one. I felt like I'd gone back in time 25 years. I don't trust touch car washes so that's the last one I'll be getting from this place.

One little slice of pizza cost me around $4 and she said $12.82, I gave her $50 and I get only $37 back . So she charged $13. I'm not complaining for couple cents but if visit other gas stations that when they have small places on pizza they just give them for free .

Know one can tell me why they charge me credit prices for gas, when I personally pay cash every time. All they say is to call corporate. Plus the waiting is way out of hand with managers always somewhere in back of the store. Now I'm willing to pay higher prices to avoid circle k.

I tried to get the 2 slice and soda special but couldn't. I guess they have construction and no soda machine. I asked if they were offering a substitute like a can of soda etc. But the said no. So you pay gull price of 5.16 for 2 pizza slices and they expect you to pay another 2.00 something for a 20oz soda. After I just paid for the soda and 2 slice special ... such a joke, you never get that service from Clifford fuel or when it was a nice n easy. 8.00 for a soda and 2 slice is higher than most legit pizza shops locally. I guess this is what happens when corporations take over the local places. I for one won't be shopping there again.

I'd be careful using their self-checkouts I got charged for $28 worth of products I didn't even get. It's clearly not accurate when I said something to one of the workers she was rude after offering to help me she said oh I'm not going to help you you have to go back in line and the other girl had no idea how to give me a refund I would be cautious at this location

Soda machine hasn’t worked since the remodel. Employees are quick to renew my “soda club” subscription tgough at other locations. The remodel was basically to remove all freshly made food and replace it with ready made sub standard (no pun) subs and wraps. Pizza and sandwiches are now inedible I never thought I’d pray for a Byrne Dairy to open kiddie corner to them (because their sodas are overpriced and they only offer Pepsi products) but Mr. Byrne, make it happen

We got a large pizza with all sorts of custom toppings for $13.99 and it was baked for us in 8 minutes! Really delicious fluffy crust and generous amounts of yummy tomato sauce. We will definitely come here next time to pick up a pizza over any other pizza place around.

This store is 2 minutes from my house and I will no longer go there. Since Circle K took over from Nice N Easy it’s steadily gotten worse with each change they make. From the broken down car wash, to a lapse in liquor license, lack of management, overflowing trash cans, running out of ice, and now they’re getting rid of the fresh sandwiches. There are TV’s on the gas pumps though in case you need to be entertained while pumping gas…

This place shows zero respect towards its customers. I also believe they make comments toward people and seem to be racial slurs. For the prices that are advertised and the size for pizza this isn’t right. I’ve been to other locations and the pizza size is larger. Same prices but larger piece of pizza. This location needs new respectful staff. Worker who gave me my food was very disrespectful when asking for compensation due to the size of the slice and when wanted a refund gave me an attitude. Being rude to customers will not want anyone to come back. I’ve already reached out corporate. Seems to be a lot of problems with your pricing and pizza. Would give zero stars if option was there.

When I had trouble with the car wash, the employee went out side to fix it right away and even gave me an upgrade. They are often out of the large cups, though.

The car wash is always broken or closed. They still let you purchase a wash at the pump, but when you go to use your ticket, you're out of luck. You have to keep the ticket in your car and wait until it's working again. On top of that, more than one pump is often out of order. Go somewhere else.

People are super nice. Men's room is just a mess. Always filthy with a weird odor. Not pleasant at all. Also, who designed it where the hand dryer is literally 3 feet from one of the urinals? If someone is using that urinal, using the had dryer or getting paper towels is extremely awkward.

Has what you need but the gas is kinda expensive. It’s cheaper when you get a car wash, but I don’t need a car wash. The convenience store part has a variety of food and other options. This Circle K is also next to a Walgreens, nail salon, chocolate shop, and Goodwill donation center. I would prefer cheaper gas, but would stop here again for the convenience.

Very disappointing experience. When I entered the store, there was no cashier present for an extended period of time. The store was completely unattended while I was there. The previous customer had left cash on the counter because no employee was available to complete the transaction, which is concerning from both a service and safety standpoint. When the cashier name starts with N eventually returned, there was a very strong smell of marijuana near the entrance and counter area, which made the environment uncomfortable. Leaving a store unattended and customers waiting is unacceptable. Management should address this immediately.
