This place is nasty. Floors are sticky. There is person sleeping on the concrete so close to the door you have to avoid hitting them to get in. Oh and they put a cheap gas price on the big sign but it's only if you have their easy pay. Good old fashion bait and switch scam.

This location is horrible. The cashier (in a yellow shirt) ignored us at the counter for 5 minutes. All we wanted to do was buy two coffees. While we where waiting another associate came in. He told her she should pay more attention, because two people just walked out with two boxes of beer. We had to leave 4$ on the counter, because she would not check us out.

One star is too high. The most rude and unprofessional staff. Displayed zero customer service skills. It certainly appears that management does not care about the level of service that is provided to their customers with the individuals that they employ. Sarcastic and rude. They didn't just lose my business today, they lost my company fleet which consists of 15 vehicles which tanks up multiple times a week. You certainly need to pay closer attention to the people you employ or at least provide Customer Service 101 classes to each of them prior to placing them behind a counter!

I tried calling the manager yesterday. That number has a busy signal. That female that was working around the hours of 4 p.m. should be working from a desk. But not a call center. And hire someone professional and great customer service. Never seen a cashier so rude.

The same exact lady that everyone seems to having a complaint about is still there being as rude as ever. Except when I decided I wasn't going to stand for attitude this morning three guys she had hanging around decided to get froggy. One small suggestion is make sure y'all get a grip on your employees because today could've been that day the store got put on the local news.

Frick the Circle K for making my tire beyond flat, I used the air compressor to fill my tire and it didn’t put any air into the tire. Went over to Exxon and they saved me so much stress and worry from thinking my tire was going to turn to shreds trying to find an air pump that actually works!

Dirty bathrooms. Grabbed a couple of drinks, put them on the counter in front of the worker, he looked up at me from texting on his phone and told me to use self checkout. Since I did not work there, I put my stuff up and left.

This store is very busy, it really needs 1 working more working employ. The lines are too long, with little help checking out at times. The coffee and drink area is Never kept up. There are no creamers of any kind, at several times during the day. I know because I have been staying in a hotel close by, and it is walking distance to me. So I go a couple times a day, the creamers are all empty, and the machine with chilled creamer, milk, etc, are always empty. I have never seen any in it. I've been going in for 2 weeks now. I may drive somewhere instead of walking for exercise. Thanks. The people are all kind and overworked.

Came to get gas, walked in to wash my hands and the manager was yelling at someone for just getting ice. Not only was yelling at him across the store making it very uncomfortable for me to be there. But she wasn't simply addressing the situation, she was perpetuating the argument. In an effort to gain peace for myself, I was able to talk to the gentleman who was being rational enough for me to diffuse the situation. As he walks out the door the manager starts in on me like I was causing a problem, for diffusing the situation she was causing. This was a manager.

The clerk name Cambria was very rude I ask for help she just wanted to be on the phone I asked again she said she didn't know how to do it but the new guy did she made a big scene and I find that very unprofessional she said she couldn't come-from-behind the counter.But she got mad and made her way outside so im not understanding if she can do all that why could nt she help with customer service and I will be following up with the store manager i hear she does this all the time and she blows everything out of proportion.\n I don't think Circle K needs an employee that causes problems to paying customers.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I always go to circle k stores but I will never come back to this one. The cashier AND THE MANAGER were rude and useless. I asked for one thing and was charged for something completely different and even though it was their ignorant cashiers mistake the cashier and the manager blamed me and refused to fix it. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else.

Supposed to be 24/7 but closes for "restocking" at 1am. Not an employee in sight. This has happened several times. Half the employees don't know how to use their POS system. Definitely needs a rehaul of employees/management!

The clerks are extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s difficult to ask a simple question without receiving a nasty attitude, as they would rather be on their phones. I receive better customer service at the gas station across the street. Additionally, customers are forced to weigh items, which is less accurate than scanning and unnecessarily holds up the line. It’s an illogical system, but I’m not expecting much more given the staff. I won’t be returning. It seems the owner hires just anyone.

Hmmmm..... There is not much interaction with anyone here - not even in the convenience store. The check out inside is not only self check out, but you set your items on the pad and they magically ring up !! For a gas station, it's pretty nifty. But, good selection of drinks and snacks.
