My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we have received every time we have taken our cars to Circle S Auto Service. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and dependable. The work is done as quickly as possible and we don't have to keep taking our cars back because they overlooked something. We have recommended them to our family and friends.

First time to visit and was very happy w/ how fast and upfront they were with our AC problem. Brian kept the hose and showed me the leaking connection and even spent 20 minutes looking into an airbag light issue we had w/ our Tacoma (that wasn't even on my original request). I'll definitely use again.

Amazing, honest people. They helped my driver reset a code, while nearby diesel shops and other mechanics were saying the truck needed to stay and needed $1,000 plus repair, and that re-setting the code would not work and were not even willing to attempt it. The gentleman there took us in quick, and gave it a try at no charge. Don't come here looking for favors or free stuff, I didn't, but these people are willing to give you a helping hand when in need, and are honest about it. They will take care of you, they did it to me. No strings attached. Hard to find honest shops around these days. I am sincerely grateful!

I placed an appointment on their website. Received an email response from them saying, “Sounds good, see you tomorrow”. I showed up at my appointment time only to be told that they couldn’t honor my appointment and that they “don’t really do appointments”, even though it’s on their website. I took time out of my work day and planned my morning around dropping of my vehicle. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going back.

Fred and Team have been great on my 97 F150. Meticulous attention to detail, fair prices, and good communication. I’ve already recommended to 2 friends, and will continue to do so. I can tell they are car guys, and enjoy what they do.

Fred Schrimsher, the owner of Circle S Auto Repair is the BEST mechanic around, hands down! My AC quit running so I immediately called the shop and spoke with Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Bryan had a slot open that day and let me bring my Honda CRV in right away! Their mechanics are top notch. They always look for the most correct, effective and economical way to fix the problem.. and they will be 100% honest at all times. Fred let me know what was happening with my vehicle then proceeded to fix it. Reasonable price, skilled mechanics, fast, friendly dependable service … great auto repair place for the whole family. I highly recommend them to all the people I know. Thanks Fred and Bryan for once again helping me with my repairs. The AC is working like a Charm! Thanks again, Lauren McCann

This was my first time taking my car to Circle S, the online appt scheduling was very easy, as was the drop off process. They looked at my car quickly after I dropped it off, and called me with the issue and how it needs to be fixed. They are easy on the Wallet.. I honestly thought I was gonna have to pay crazy amounts (PTSD from taking it to the dealership) but it was a reasonable fee. I can’t thank them enough for getting my car taken care of so quickly!

I initially chose Circle S for my car's AC issues based on a customer's recommendation. My Honda's AC stopped blowing cold air on two separate occasions, leading to a frustrating and expensive ordeal. My first visit was in October 2021. Circle S replaced the AC expansion valve and recharged the refrigerant, costing me around $650. Unfortunately, the problem reemerged, and I returned in August 2024. This time, they replaced the AC cap and valve, evacuated the system, and recharged the AC, for about $350. Shortly after this repair, my AC began blowing hot air again. I then discovered that Honda had an extended warranty on the AC compressor and condenser, so I took my car to a Honda dealership. They identified the compressor and condenser as the problem but refused to cover the repair under warranty, claiming the wrong refrigerant had been put into the vehicle. Honda quoted me approximately $2,500 for the repair, and I ended up paying almost $500 for the diagnostic alone, as I suspected they were trying to avoid warranty coverage. Skeptical of Honda's assessment, I took my car to another shop nearby, without mentioning the refrigerant issue. Within 20 minutes of dropping off my car, the new shop called to confirm that the refrigerant was indeed contaminated and incorrect. They charged me approximately $1,800 to repair everything. In total, I paid over $3,000 to fix my AC, a significant portion of which I believe was due to Circle S's initial mistake of using the wrong refrigerant. When I contacted Circle S to discuss this, they denied responsibility, stating it's "impossible" to put incorrect refrigerant into a car. Despite the fact that no one else had worked on my AC, and I hadn't added anything to it myself, they refused to acknowledge their error or cover the costs. Instead of offering to rectify their mistake, they offered to do the job for $1,500. While the staff at Circle S were always polite, this major error cost me a substantial amount of money. Given this costly experience, I will not be returning to Circle S for future repairs.

If I could give no stars I would. Called about an engine service and the guy said he doesn’t do that and hung up in my face. No, thank you, no goodbye. Nothing just hung up. Unprofessional, rude.

Hidden gem that all should know about. Going to a mechanic is always a stressful experience, not to mention the fear of not knowing if you can trust them. Fear not, Circle S Auto Service is amazing. They make the experience stress free and they are trust worthy. The staff is friendly and made me feel like a family friend stopping by. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future auto service needs.

Very professional on what they do. I dropped my car for an oil change and flushing of the cooling system. Got my car back the very same day. No complaints with any part of their work.

Went in for an oil change, dropped the car there for the day and they called later in the afternoon to pick it up, got it, drove it home and probably less than an hour later they called and said they noticed an oil spot where a car was parked and they looked at their camera and saw it was mine and told me not to drive the car, something might have gone wrong and they’ll have it towed back to the shop and i said, no, i have to watch my grandbaby tomorrow in S.Ft Worth, then they asked how far away i lived and said a mile, they said bring it in right now and we’ll check it out to see what happened, so i dropped everything, it was 4:35 at this time, the shop closed at 5. I grabbed my 6 yr old grandson with me who i was watching at the time. We sat outside waiting, while we were waiting, i realized i left potatoes cooking on the stove, i had just done that and pretty sure i out them on medium and went back to my office to work when they called me. It took 15-20 min and told me the “0” ring was put on wrong or there was a gap or pinch in the filter that oil was leaking through….there was still a big puddle in the parking lot where the car was parked until i picked it up, when i drove home there was a big puddle in our garage for the car sitting 30-40 min. The guy at the shop really didn’t apologize just said that “sometimes that happens” and i drove home. Thinking about it later, that would have been bad if i drove to babysit that next day and i leave at 5:30 am, i would know there was an issue until i got on the road unless the alarms would go off before i left and then my kids would have to call in for work since i couldn’t make it or take out truck and leave my husband to deal with it on his day off of work. So i don’t know. We’ve had work done there before and was alright but not this time. My husband did go back the next day to talk to the manager and he apologized and did refund us the money back but if they didn’t catch it and not call me back, it would not have been pretty.
