Just about the best dealership experience I've ever had going back to the 1970s. Juan was my salesman. He was professional, courteous, and honest in every aspect of the buying process. He quickly answered every question and request whether it had to do with cosmetic condition of the car, mechanical, or the deal itself. From the moment I requested a test drive for a Volkswagen Atlas, Ryan Luedeker went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. He reached out right away to schedule the appointment and asked thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. What stood out most was his effort… he personally recorded videos of the vehicles I was interested in and sent them to me ahead of time. These weren’t generic clips, they were made just for me, which meant a lot, especially since I was traveling 3 hours to visit the dealership. Ryan stayed in touch throughout the process, always making sure I had everything I needed. When my family and I arrived, he welcomed us with sincerity and respect, treated us like friends, and gave us a great deal. He made sure everyone felt comfortable, and his honesty and kindness were evident in every interaction. Even after the sale, Ryan followed up to check on us and make sure we were still happy with the vehicle, which we absolutely are! I truly believe there’s no better salesman out there. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will treat you like more than just a transaction, go see Ryan Luedeker. The dealership itself is also fantastic. They’ve created a welcoming space with a snack area, sparkling water, coffee for the caffeine lovers, and even a couple of arcade games to keep the kids entertained while parents handle the “boring paperwork”. It’s clear they’ve thought about the little things that make a big difference. I also want to say Zack was great at helping us choose the right gap insurance for our new vehicle, he made that part of the process easy and stress free. And a special SHOUT OUT to Ricky in the service department! I had to come in to have my license plate put on and asked if I could get my tires checked, and Ricky did not disappoint. His customer service skills are definitely on point, he knows how to make a customer happy. I’m so glad I got my new vehicle with this amazing team!!!
