I was looking for a mechanic on short notice before a road trip to service my vehicle when I came upon this shop. The customer service was great, Chris (who is the owner) was very accommodating to my needs. I got an oil change, filters replaced, fuel pumps replaced, and a new alternator all around $1500. Went to this shop after i had 3 locksmith fail attempting to program a key for it. He really thought outside the box because there was an issue with the car electronics system. So he suggested we change a couple modules from a junkyard car along side the colum. The price was really fair. It was done fast and easy. Thanks a bunch!!

I can't say enough about this business. I was from out of town for just a day trip and my alternator went out , got hotel and was stressing about what to do so I called around to mechanics, the owner was very compassionate and got me in and out promptly so I could get back home and go to work. More importantly...I drive a Corvette and have poured more money down the drain due to each shop has tore something else up after fixing what the previous shop tore up and it goes on and on...I could have bought a new engine by now. Advanced Auto's work has not created any additional problems or cost me anymore money like the last 4 shops. I recently moved to the area and my son works for a Chevy dealer local ,but I believe in Advanced Auto Repair!! And will continue to use them going forward.

I see why this place has a five star rating! We took our vehicle to Christian Brothers and they wanted a profit for parts. Essentially trying to get an extra $600 from us instead of our deductible. That was until Chris saved the day! He not only caught the issues the other shop did, but he caught stuff they didnt even look for. He also got EVERYTHING covered by our warranty and had everything done in 48 hours. That includes the inspection and warranty approval! Chris officially has permanent customers with this family! This is possibly the most professional shop I have ever used. Every time I call they are able to get me in and check out my problems right away. The work was done immediately and the price was more than fair. The whole team worked together and you could tell they had amazing leadership to be so confident and driven. Weird to say but they were compassionate (because as you know, when you need auto work done you’re pretty stressed and need a shoulder to cry on). I can’t say enough good things about them.
