I’ve been working with iTAG for 5 years now and here’s what I have to say about them. They stand behind their trailers, they are very transparent with the conditions and photos of the trailers, and their customer service is outstanding. Not to mentioned that their prices and are very competitive. It’s hard finding a used trailer dealers that has the level of integrity like iTAG Equipment. I would doubt recommend them for your next trailer purchase.

ITAG reached out for welding services on a trailer where a customer noted some dissatisfaction with certain rub rail areas upon pickup. After searching for weeks for a trailer I found ITAG equipment and I would say I was glad I found them, and for a first time buyer I was a relief I did. Every other company would speak to me like a new comer, meaning they would just talk and not help but not these guys, they were really helpful in letting me know the difference between trailer and what I should want to look for, it was never about trying to get me to spend as much as I could. Once I made my selection with their help the rest was all downhill and they did all the foot work for me and delivered my trailer promptly. I’m new to this but I guarantee I will purchase my next one with them again. The team was amazing to work with and I can’t compliment them enough. Thanks guys!!!!

David and Bryan from the ITAG equipment team were absolutely awesome! David helped me with selling my first trailer and Bryan and david both helped me with my second trailer. From the constant market check up to handing the trailer to the new owner, the experience was phenomenal. These guyd followed up with me every week and reviewed the market for the trailer and took care of selling the trailer completely themselves. All i had to do was sign a few paperwork and give the trailer to the new guy. Overall, would give this company a 10 star if I could. I’m not gonna lie I was very hesitant just like many of you guys reading this comment about buying a trailer from just pictures and videos but When I spoke with Jeff and Bryan they ensured me that my trailer that I was looking at was a great one! I just recently purchased a trailer through ITAG Equipment. If your looking to buy this is your place to purchase through. Bryan and Jeff were excellent in every aspect from answering my questions to dealing with my bank so I didn’t have to. I would definitely say they go above and beyond. Shelly is incredibly knowledgeable in getting the registration done and will inform you on ways you could possibly save a few bucks on it. Trailer was delivered and was in great condition other than a couple minor things that you would expect from a 10 yr old trailer. Been pulling the trailer now about two months and I’m very happy with it and with ITAG as well.
