Good afternoon, On 12/20/2024, I left my brand new dream car, a 2024 CT5-V Blackwing under their care to install a clear bra to the front clip. The car was a birthday gift to me from my loving wife. A car I had been waiting over 2 years to get and within 48 hours, it was in the Cadillac body shop to have the entire front bumper repainted due to damage inflicted by Perfomance Clear Bra of Fort Worth. This was the first place the care was taken to from the dealership. The Clear bra was the 2nd part of this wonderful gift from my wife in which they charged her over $1500.00 for and nearly all of it had to be removed to repaint the bumper. They never told us the car had been damaged while performing this service. We just received a simple text from the manager/owner saying the car was ready for pick-up. To our surprise, we were heartbroken to find paint chipped off all along the front bumper of our one day old $121,000 car. The owner denied responsibility and blamed GM for cheap paint and charged us the full price of the clear bra as if nothing happened. My dear wife went back and forth over email asking for a refund and Performance Clear Bra refused every opportunity to make right on this and went dark. We waited 2 months before writing this review in hopes they would find it in their hearts to refund our money. We even offered to have them re-do the car. We've never heard back. We are taking legal action and are going to the news and Better Business Bureau about their business practices and extremely poor customer satisfaction, not to mention their potential devaluation of our $121k car. Very nice shop with a staff that knows cars and takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I took my new Bronco in for full front PPF and ceramic coating on everything else. Willie took the time to explain the options available and processes involved for application. The shop is very clean and secure and I felt completely comfortable leaving my vehicle overnight in their capable hands. As the work was being done, Willie kept me updated on the progress and even sent pics as the different steps were being performed. Everything was completed on time and turned out great! I just bought a new vehicle, I had tint and PPF on an older car. I shopped 4 installers and then found PCB, the customer service is the very best I have found. When I was running out of time to get my car in for installation they actually picked up my car and delivered it to me with all services completed the same day. What an AMAZING job. They took my dream truck and boosted it to another level. Add extra protect with the clear bra, window tinting, ceramic coat and windshield protection. They added lots of extra finishing touches and changed all of my chrome badges out to black making “Scarlet” an original. They worked extra long hours to get it done within my days off so I could make it back home 7 hours away. I traveled all the way to them because I heard they make it happen and do amazing work.
