I would give them a lower score. However, we were actually turning in our Jaguar and since they're not there at that dealership anymore we were still required to return it to Autobahn. We were asked to bring it to the service drive at range Rover across the street at the other dealership. When we walked in everyone was on their phones, meaning cell phones and the entire service drive was covered with inoperable range rovers. I asked for my spouse was everybody looked at me like they didn't understand the question? A gentleman finally spoke up and I said I just needed to know if you could tell me how to quickly delete my garage remote from the car mirror buttons. One of the gentlemen sitting there stated, all you need to ask that question whoever you're dealing with! I said are you kidding me? It is a 5 second process. I just forgot it and you're telling me you don't know and you can't tell me what it is is it some industry secret. It's in my manual. However I don't have time as we're returning the car now and we did not remove access to our three car garage and want the remotes deleted from the car. Luckily, before googling it. I hopped myself right back in the car and held the right and left button together under the mirror until I got the blinking green light showing everything was all reset. It literally took 5 seconds. I went back inside and told the gentleman that he was extremely rude, looked like he had nothing better to do and sit there with his crew while they were all in their cell phones and couldn't take 5 seconds to assist someone with an issue. I wouldn't buy a car there or Lisa car there again if it was the last place in my city. One thing they need to realize is that there are car dealerships on every corner and people that are readily and happily available to assist. Keep that in mind Autobahn when you're working with customers who are returning vehicles that may be going right back into one of your other vehicles, since you have several dealerships in one at that location. That's all!

The mini team was incredible when my vehicle needed a new battery for my son’s car. The manager had everything under control. I am extremely satisfied with the support and the prompt response of the technicians onsite. I also want to give thanks to the cleaning staff who works very hard to keep the facilities super clean!

I purchased a new 2025 Mini Cooper. I know you see reviews all the time of people that just got something and write a great review and later they wish they hadn't. Well seriously it's been a few months and I can say 100% the staff is attentive and amazing even after the sell. They actually really do care and support their customers future and past. Wes was my sells man and he and his manager were extremely helpful and have awesome attitudes. I really do recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. I will send everyone I know here. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle and how I was treated and how they assisted me.

TL;DR...Great Sales Advisor - Kourtlen, Cool General Manager - Mindy, good pricing, vehicle as described (great condition), premium facility, super clean, clean bathrooms, easy transaction, nice lounge, an awesome UK couch...and lots of yummy snacks. Kourtlen is a great guy to work with. I reached out after closing hours online and was contacted early the next day. Kourtlen answered my numerous questions quickly via text and email (I prefer this over using the phone) and provided additional information as I had some follow-ups. When I arrived, the nice lady at the front desk assisted me and Kourtlen quickly appeared. We met in person after a couple of days communicating online to take a look at the Mini I thought I wanted. As they had a number of the same model in stock and at good prices, we took a look at their inventory online and then went outside to look at three different models. One was the one I thought I wanted, which Kourtlen had cleaned and pulled to the front, the other two we found on the lot and took a look at as well. Kourtlen assisted me with all my questions while looking at the Minis and was patient as I made up my mind. We even drove upstairs to take a look at one of the models which was not downstairs (super cool up there). I selected a model, discussed pricing, warranty, accessories and made the deal. The price was more than fair and the vehicle was immaculate. There was no shady business, everything was very straightforward and the pricing was what we had discussed prior to my arrival. They did not try to add any stupid add-ons that made no sense with an overly inflated in price. There was no high-pressure or having to call in five different managers to get to the agreed upon price. Let me also take this moment to mention that there was NO Phantom Footprint 'stickers' applied to the car...that is one of the lamest, most over-priced and least valuable 'theft deterrents' I have ever seen...dealers that push that on you should be ashamed. Signing all the paperwork was simple and 99% done on an iPad. Also had a chance to meet the GM and she was super cool. Great ambassador for the brand and very knowledgeable about all things Mini. She also has a strong sneaker game. Mini Corporate...Mindy and Kourtlen are great if you ever read this. From an Autobahn dealership standpoint, I would now consider checking out their other brands as well since I had such a positive experience with their Mini business. Most of their brands are pretty cool and fun :) I am coming back to pick the car up when they have a Mini Community celebration and look forward to checking out the cars, breakfast and other activities planned. I do not like writing reviews, but I had such a positive experience, I felt it was warranted....part of this was motivated by a very negative experience I had with another not to be named (at this time) Mini dealership I went to before Mini of Fort Worth. Hope this helps...

Brought my 2019 cooper s here for regular service and their team was amazing. Jennifer was very helpful with some rather tough questions I had considering I bought my car at MINI of Arlington which is now (rightly so) defunct. She couldn’t fix all the wrongs of the previous dealership but did a great job at building my trust back up. Ethan was my service advisor and was very responsive throughout the day as I needed assistance. Update 2 months later: In for an oil change and still providing great service with a solid team greeting you and offering a white glove experience.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with MINI of Fort Worth! From start to finish, everything was seamless. I was able to complete the entire process online, which was super convenient. Roman and Josh were both outstanding—professional, helpful, and truly made the experience stress-free. Easiest car purchase ever! Roman was the best to work with. From start to finish, it took almost a month for me to decide on which Countryman I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, and Roman stayed true to his promise since day one on making sure I ended up with the perfect one for me. He stayed in communication just as he said he would, and gave me additional options and colors he knew I would like. I had made two additional trips to the dealership to look in-person, then finally was driving away in my new MINI on my 4th visit. When I was ready to purchase, everything was completed online. So convenient! I have always dreaded car purchases because it meant countless hours of waiting at the dealership, but this purchase was the easiest and fastest! Once Roman texted me that it was ready, my husband and I headed to the dealership and I was driving away with my new 2024 Countryman within an hour of arriving. 10/10 would do it allover again. No regrets on this purchase, or the process!

After purchasing two auto dealership vehicles in Michigan where one finance manager attempted to defraud me by changing the terms of the deal after I drove off with my vehicle. Seems he decided to add 10k in dealer add on’s without my knowledge so he and his dealer could enjoy the additional profits. He even destroyed the form with our signatures and forged a new one but he got lazy and decided to disregard my wife’s signature. Ask me how I found this out? The manager handed me the forged replacement form when I later returned to the dealership so I suspected he was unaware of the illegal maneuver plus he was generous enough to provide me with a copy of it so I could forward it to the state attorney general. My 10k was refunded but my payments remained higher than they would have been had they been honest. The other purchase involved a dealer attempting to sell me LoJack because they said it was already installed in the vehicle. When one of the staff admitted the car might not have it after I signed the deal and took possession, they admitted it doesn’t after I told them I am bringing the car to my private mechanic to clear up the confusion. They didn’t like the the fact I stood my ground so they put a pin size hole in the drivers seat and dinged a door on the exterior as retaliation. The car was two days old and had never been anywhere else where it could be damaged so they lost a loyal client. So getting to my point, I decided this time to look at out of state to buy a car. My doctor recommended it to keep my blood pressure low and I’m happy to say that I found a car at Mini Fort Worth, Texas via the Internet. They were easy, honest, and a pleasure to work with as a car dealer should be. I had the car within four days of signing the paperwork and never left my front door. Everything was Transparent and I didn’t need to swallow any high blood pressure medication. I arranged my own transportation for the vehicle and It arrived in my driveway Cleaner then most vehicles that I had purchased throughout my lifetime locally. I’m seriously considering trading in one of my vehicles with one of their sister dealerships in the near future. A big thank you to Mindy, my salesman and my finance manager at Mini of Fort Worth, Texas.

Came to the grand opening here from an invite. Dealership seems very nice, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Out of their way to make you feel welcome. Loved the fish and chips they had during the event. They have a nice little snack bar if you are waiting on service. The dealership is in the old Autobahn Jaguar building, not sure if they did any remodeling or not but it looks new and clean. I will come here for service and give them a try and update a review after actually having service here.

I had a wonderful experience ordering and purchasing my new car from Mini Cooper of Ft. Worth. Roman kept me in the loop on when the car would arrive. He sent me all the necessary paperwork when the car came in (I was out of state) so when I went in the dealership… all I had to do was learn about my new car and drive away. I had a great experience at this car dealership. I went in knowing exactly the car I wanted to buy. The two dealers I dealt with, Josiah and Roman, were friendly, knowledgeable, and did not engage in any high pressure sales tactics. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. A few days afterwards, Roman even picked me up from my house to bring me to the dealership to sign the paperwork to buy the car.
