Good place for an oil change. I really appreciate the service here. I am going to have to find another oil change place. This place is a little ridiculous on their prices anymore

I just came in at 10am to inquire about the help wanted sign. As soon as the man I was talking with found out I didn't want to buy an oil change, his demeanor immediately changed. He got mad and told me they were looking for a certified mechanic and I should have parked the car and came inside. Back up! Okay, #1 I didn't know you had a waiting room, I've only been to pull through oil change places before, you don't have to get mad at me for a misunderstanding. #2. You have 3 bays and 3 guys. I made sure it was early so I could have a moment when you were slow. There where zero customers. God forbid I make you get off your ass and hold a polite conversation! Why was he mad? #3 He acted like I had just wasted 4 hours of his time! Out of spite he told me to back up! Bays are for business only he said! He would not simply let me pull through and leave. In his tiny little entrance, how am I supposed to turn around in that?? #4 At my other job, we treat each and every person who enters the store with respect, because everyone is a potential customer or future employee. Respect is obviously something these guys don't have. If I was fully aware about what was happening at the time, I should have matched his spite and just sat in his service bay til he called the cops or let me pull forward. I got all day buddy! Do yourself a favor and go to uncle eds oil shop or Walmart across the street. At least they will wash your windshield and talk to you with a smile. Not like these baffons who just smear their greasy hands all over my windshield looking for a non existent sticker.

I paid for a older car oil change I got a nightmare! He ckd my in dash air filter then didn't install anything back correctly (thrown in, upside down & backwards). We had heavy rains & the passenger side flooded, should have sued the buggers. Oh and they didn't ck any fluids, I ckd they were all low. What a waste of a business!!

Brought a few cars here, Seems good, no issues. My only concern is two vehicles needed new oil plugs, wasn’t first visit for either vehicle at the shop. I was told the threads stripped?

Stay Away! Stopped here for convenience four months ago and got synthetic oil change. Back to my usual place today and they said I need to change my oil more than every 9,000 miles. Perplexed, I told them I had it done somewhere else last time and he showed me the filter in his hand and said they never changed the filter. It was the filter my usual place has in stock and he showed me the new one going in. Exact match. I called BNB, now City Oil Change, and asked what brand filter they use. Different brand! Not changing the filter is like not changing your oil. Stay away from this place.

Went to this shop because it was close. What a mistake. 20 dollar oil change turned into $52.95? Wow what a scam. Owner is foreign and can't speak English, that must be his scam I'm sure he speaks great English. But he didn't understand me when I said "20 dollar oil change" You got me this time but never again. Beware of this place.

This last experience was something else. All I truly wanted was air and his rude “homeboy” or “enforcer” started immediately asking questions about an oil change. I have a newer vehicle so I didn’t need one. Idk what happened but the old man filled only three of my tires! I confronted them about it and the “enforcer” said something like “just drive it, the sensors just need to a reset. Yes, the only problem is the sensors/system did reset as soon as he filled the tires. THAT’S WHY I KNOW HE DIDN’T FILL THAT SPECIFIC TIRE AND HOW THE OTHERS ARE FILLED WITH A GOOD AMOUNT OF AIR! I went to a near by store and came back when the “enforcer” tells me that the air machine isn’t working properly. This made me question all past oil changes that was done to my previous vehicle.

Terrible experience. As soon as I pulled in the guy tells me I need new brakes. Then they overcharged me, $100 for an oil change and 2 small cabin filters. They didn't check my tire pressure, spray my door hinges, clean the windshield, they didn't even tell me to reset my car oil change warning. Completely ripped off. Then to top it off, the guy keeps pressuring me to flush my transmission fluid for another $100. Will never go here again!

Very disappointed and will not have any work done here any more, the first time I about $900.worth of work done on my suburban which was OK ,the second time I needed worked done, so I put down a deposit of $ 60 cash deposit on the part,(there are no sigh(s)saying they will keep your deposit and they didn't mentioned verbally)I did not get the work done, so they owe me $60 and they will not refund me my. The ower here do not value my time, it been many efforts to get my $60. There not pros and don't respect all of their customers.

When I pulled up was told basic oil change is $34.97, nothing else is being done, when comes time to pay its $40.57 not a big deal, but I like transparency.

I went here to get my oil changed on my boyfriends car to surprise him when he got home. Just being a good girlfriend. Expecting to pay $19.99 as displayed on their sign outside of this business. First off, The basic oil change is $25-26. Then, They told me that my green coolant was supposed to be orange. Trusting them, as I would assume it was professional knowledge I said okay, and they proceeded to tell me I needed my radiator flushed. I said okay, but there was no mention of how much this would cost. ($70.00 rip off) They proceeded to check all the fluid levels in my car and said that my brake fluid needed to be pink, not brown. I asked him (since no one was telling me, and there was no price list ANYWHERE) What I was at price wise. $127!!!!!!!! For an oil change I was expecting to pay $40 at MOST. They completely played me because I am a younger female going into an auto shop. I should've come into this place with my lip puckered so I could at least get a kissed before I got screwed.

I was referred to this City Quick Lube location by a family member. The technician who completed the oil change service for my vehicle was thorough, informative, and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

I went in to get my brakes checked out and I am so glad I did. Our mechanic Rob was extremely professional and explained everything in great detail about our rotors, brake pads and went above and beyond showing us a dangerous bolt and nut that another shop used to hold the brake bracket In place that could've been catastrophic failure and replaced it with the proper bolt and properly threaded it. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for honest repairs, oil changes, fast service and reasonable prices compared to other shops in warren. 10/10 for us and cant thank Rob enough for the great work.

Have gone here to get my oil change for the last 10 years, the owner and older gentlemen working beside him have always been straight forward and honest people and have always payed attention to detail on any maintenance needed without trying to up charge you for stuff you don’t need, if you want a place you won’t have to question whether your oil change was done properly, this is the place!

Went here to get an oil change and they did not ask me or tell me what kind of oil they were putting in my car. At the end of the service they gave me a bill for over $100 and when i asked they said they gave me “the best”. Usually valvoline will go through checks of your vehicle, refill your fluids and air, this place did none of that. They did try to upsell me on everything they could though. Will not be back.
