Had a exhaust pipe plus they told me I had a bad O2 Senor try put a 4 wire senor in wrong unit it cost me $ 1500 plus last year had I had to repair it my self no support from these People willnot let me work on my car again that for sure.

Currently getting an oil change, i had a few questions and the gentleman is taking the time to tell me about the tire tread and even showed me my oil as I had let him know I was past my service date and wanted to know how yuck the oil was. I super appreciate educating me, as I know nothing about cars in general. Super quick service, if you have questions don't be afraid to ask. I sat in the window and watched my oil change like I was at the aquarium. Thank you guys so very much!

Mike(service manager) was very helpful with a past issue with previous ownership. The fuel pump that was installed failed before 12 months of service. The wrong pump for the GMC truck was installed. He offered to take back the old pump and replace it with the correct GMC Delphi pump. That is not all. He offered to pick up pump from another shop that has the truck. He also offered to drop off the correct pump to that said shop at no additional cost. He has earned my trust and appreciation for the great customer service that he provided. I vowed to never go there again. I will be a returning customer in the future. It is refreshing to see the difference in new management and shows that they care about their customers. Thank You

Terrible experience! I brought my truck with stock tires from the factory to this location to swap them out for another set I had laying around. They damaged 1 tire and scratched all 4 wheels. This truck has only ever had rotations and oil changes from the dealer cause they were free with a NEW lease. I was told it was like that when I brought it in. They denied any responsibility and said it could have happened at the factory. Yea right a damaged tire from the factory. I even spoke with the owner and he said the same thing and even added to it. He said I was there to get something for free and that it was apparent. Then said it was my prerogative to call corporate. Do not bring your car there for anything. They can't take care of the most simple of jobs without damaging anything. I don't foresee this location being in business very long if they continue to do this kind of work and treat people the way they do.

Originally we took our vehicle to Roseville. They had the van for 4 days and it was not good at all. However, after filing a complaint of service I was contacted the next day. I spoke I believe it was Amanda. The following day they scheduled me to meet with Chris the operations manager and Mike the certified mechanic. After explaining what had happened Chris assured me they would take care of the issues. Well guess what? Chris and Mike who came in from over an hours drive away stayed all day to fix the issues. I was surprised that Chris stayed all day. He was not going to leave until I was happy (and my wife was upset so you know that's trouble). Anyway the experience turned out to be fantastic. They fixed my issues and a few others because of the trouble. After conversation Chris assured us he was going to go talk to the crew in Roseville the next morning. Chris clearly sets standard operating procedures and expects them to be met. The labor is competitive but fair. They have great financing at zero interest as well which makes it a better option for customers who can't afford costly repairs. With all that in mind Chris explained that they want life long customers (should always be the case) and it proves to me by him staying all day when he could have left that he values the customers and wants quality work and for it to be done the right way the first time. I would highly recommend using Midas and in the future will be returning.

I own a sprinter van and I decided to buy tires from this shop. This was back in January 2022. When they replaced the tires they did it outside because they didn’t have right jack/hoist to lift my vehicle since it was very long. When they finished i drove off never looked close at my tires. If I did I would be able to see that they didn’t put LT tires on my vehicle. So after around 30,000 thousand miles I noticed that i have wrong tires on my van. And they were almost bold. I took my van back in August and there was different manager now. He admitted the mistake and after he spoke to someone on the phone they agreed that they will put correct tires on but I need to pay extra $247. He also mentioned that the previous manager shouldn’t sold me the tires at all because they don’t have right jack/hoist for my vehicle. So he ordered new tires and after a day or two he called me and said tires are here. I had appointment for August 6 at 8 am. When I got there I was told it will take them around 2 hours. So I went for a walk and i came back after 45 min and I saw my van inside the shop! I remembered that he told me they have to do it outside because of the jack/hoist issue. So me trusting him didn’t ask why my van is inside the shop . Van was finished and I drove off. A month later i was washing my van and I noticed that my van was damaged. I looked under and I knew right away that it was damaged by hoist last time it was in the midas shop for tires replacement. Few days later I tried to talk to a same manager about the damage that was done right here in the shop but he kept saying that they didn’t damage my van. I didn’t have my van serviced anywhere else after the tires installation. I filled a claim with my vehicle insurance and I will have them handle this matter. Worst experience in my life! I came back so they can fix their mess and they totally wrecked my vehicle!!!

I thought I was getting the best price and best experience but all I got was robbed and lied to multiple times. I'll never visit any of these stores ever again. Horrible experience. 😔. Two simple jobs, with the highest price for the part and the job. If mechanics get discounts why do you guys double charge the customers for the parts?? This location solely wanted to benefit off the loan they didn't care about fixing the vehicle for the customer, they only wanted the money. Terrberly sad because people come to you guys trusting that you guys would do the best and have the best judgment, helping the customer. You know those dollars are not personally going into your pockets. Its just outrageous to choose not help to the best of you ability. I Was desperate to drive and now I'm paying for an overcharged loan. Thanks Tom!

Dale is great! I needed new rubber on my ride (how did those wear bars get so high?) so I went online to price out a set of new donuts. I had had my car into a different Midas for an oil change & rotation a few weeks back and was told there about the current "Buy 3, get 1 free" promotion they had on. After doing my research on the tires themselves, I started looking for where to buy them. Among numerous other options, I checked Midas.com. Fortuitously, the default store came up Warren though I didn't notice until I was ready to submit. I changed it to Clinton Twp & the price went up! $65 more. Ex-squeeze me? I changed back & the price dropped back to the original. Apparently, like with gas, zip code matters. To further complicate matters, the order would not submit on the website. So, I brought screen shots into the Clinton Township branch & they couldn't match it (or, like me, understand why the difference) then I stopped at the Warren location & Dale got me set up after pricing on his computer came up higher. For $65 I'll happily drive 5 miles. That was on a Monday. I'm back on Friday to get the new sneakers mounted and balanced. I'll gladly frequent either location in the future but Warren isn't open on Saturdays.

I got my brakes done here, they did a pretty good job. Afterwards, I was driving on the freeway and my tire almost flew off. Tom had my car towed back, and his crew fixed it very swiftly (I believe one of my studs had broken, which apparently isn’t very common.) He was fair and honest the entire time, and I’m sure he was stressed out by the ordeal, but he made sure it was all fixed for me. I’m very happy about the service and I would absolutely come back when I need more work done. Thank you Tom to you and your workers.
