You can't never go wrong with these group of guys. From phone calls they are great in person they are the best. They have very good team of workers. I highly recommend Clark Auto. They are fair priced and quick. I got an inspection done in less than an hour for $65. They did a synthetic oil change for $68. They don't try to upsell and Jackie, the receptionist, is very responsive and nice. I would tell anyone to go here, at least for oil changes and inspections.

We moved here about a year ago, and always take our SUV to Clark Auto. We scheduled an appt for an oil change/ tire rotation and they got us in the next day. The appointment was done quickly and they are so friendly!! I would definitely recommend them! After years of going places where we wait forever and are told a list of expensive problems, it's so refreshing to find a quality place!

They’ve always been great, I’ve taken two flat tires there and each they tried to repair but could only repair one. Super reasonable for labor to repair the tire and including oil change. The other one they couldn’t repair but ordered a new tire within the day and had it fixed. Then I took my partners car in to have his AC fixed, two other mechanics charged him and told him they fixed it, Clark auto found the actual problem and felt terrible the part to repair was super expensive. They handled it within 24 hours and are so communicative and honest about time/labor/cost, they don’t lie about it and genuinely care about your expenses and time! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Paul is the real deal. I had gone here for my state inspection which was quick and easy. I had brought my car in the following week to see if he could fix the plastic falling off from under my car and he took it back and fixed it for FREE. I couldn't believe it. Always a great experience with Clark’s Auto. I’ve taken 3 cars here for state inspections and they have quick and easy to get done and feel they give me the most honest feedback on my car. Often time tough to find an appointment it cancellations happen occasionally so good to be on the standby if close by.

I was recommended this place but I’m not really sure why, they did the job; but I was way overcharged. Not to mention the typical “we found all these extra things you should get fixed”, type of phone call. It’s unfortunate I was expecting a different experience from a nice small local business I was hoping to support.

Went in for just an oil change and got charged for a safety inspection that I never asked for. They changed me a lot of money for the up charges. If I recommended them to you over the last 5 years I'm so so sorry. I thought they were honest. Far from it.

Short Review: Prompt Service, Professional, Kind/Friendly Staff, Knowledgeable, Clean, Safe Detailed Story: I received a repair order for my break lights from a police officer. I got the work done and just needed to find an Authorized Maryland Inspection Station. I called a local place which I will not name and they said they no longer have and inspector there. I called another local shop which I will also not name but they said they are booked until Monday (today is Friday). I just need someone to check that my break lights are working, and a signature. I called Clark Auto. The lady on the phone was very kind and said I could certainly come in today anytime during their working hours. Afterwards, my boy had an unexpected dental emergency which had to take priority for the morning. I got to Clark Auto around 2pm on a Friday and I am impressed to have still been seen promptly and treated kindly and professionally on a Friday. I can understand the other two places and their limitations on helping me. I am just glad that thanks to Clark Auto, I was able to walk in and have my vehicle inspected same day since it was weighing heavy on me, until it got done. The service was excellent. I needed locksmith services for my old viper alarm key fob to be programmed & I also got a spare key made. The key fob was difficult for me, but they handled the issue with no problem and with flying colors. The pricing was great and much cheaper than the dealership and what other shops/locksmiths were trying to charge me. They are a must to use. I have been recommending him just a few hours after he completed his work. They are amazing, you won’t be disappointed at all. No surprises with the prices or services. He did not try to upsell me or anything.

Beware! Called in for a filter housing replacement estimate and they told me its $500 for the part only! cheap ones are $60, expensive ones are @ $250. Just like any other mechanic that is not friends of yours.
