Went to Clark's car care service after the Mazda dealership wanted to charge me $1,000 for leaky shocks. Shannon Dolan walked me back to the technician work space and showed me that the shocks were NOT leaking nor did they need to be replaced. The only recommendation that suggested was doing a tire rotation, which I was more than happy to have them do. I love this car shop, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I’m so thankful I went to Clark’s. Super friendly, customer oriented, and a great customer lounge! Shannon walked me through everything and meet with the tech to go over their inspection. By the way, the vehicle service I received was top notch and the price very reasonable.

I took my car here after seeing good reviews of this place but after dealing with these people i feel like those are paid reviews. I wish i could give this place 0 stars. Week 1: I had some coolant leak issue in my Nissan Altima, first they told me there’s nothing wrong with my car, then they performed the pressure test and realized that the coolant was actually leaking. I had to call the front desk lady (Shannon) like 20 times because she either doesn’t pick up her call or if she picks up she will just hang up. After calling her all day multiple times asking her to give me an update on my car they finally were able to diagnose the issue. I asked her to give me an estimate for repair and she said she will call me back next Monday to give me estimate. Week 2: I called her the next week multiple times to give me an estimate for repair and every time she made excuses like she will call me back in 20 minutes or the next day and then she never called back. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back from them. They charged me approx $300 just to diagnose the issue and never actually made an attempt to fix the issue. I would advise anyone thinking of taking their vehicle to Clarks Car care to beware from these people and never believe anything that the front lady (shannon) says.

It was a very pleasant experience, the cost of 5 qts of full synthetic motor oil from Clark's compared to the big 3 repair shops was amazing and it left money in my wallet. A great place to get work done on your vehicle at a reasonable price. Great job guys have already recommended you to someone 👍

After going to countless other shops, this is my home. This is not the shady mechanic down the street. This is a FAMILY FIRST company. The work is always done to the highest standards. I take my ford truck here and they have done many repairs as well as just general maintenance. Never had a greasy steering wheel leaving. Respectful people and always treat me right.

This is the first auto repair shop I’ve used since moving to Illinois, and they’ve been great so far. The staff is friendly, the work appears solid, and the pricing reasonable/about as expected (window regulator replacement). I will be coming back in soon for some regular maintenance with the hopes my view of this business remains the same or improves even more.

I came for the standard scheduled maintenance. Joe was kind, informational, and told me about a discount that I didn't know about. The facility is nice and spotless. Joe gave me a tour, which was quite cool. They also accommodated a last minute schedule change, which I greatly appreciated. Waiting area is quaint. They offer coffee or tea and, to my surprise, had flavored syrups. They also have a massage chair in the waiting room! I will be using them from now on. Save so so so much money for quality work. I definitely will recommend them to everyone I know!

This is the best place i have ever get a great service and wonderful customer care both. They have a cozy customer lounge, which i never got any other place. I was having a massage care while waiting for my inspection process. So while waiting customers can have a comfortable time. They provide detailed report and also best recommendations. All stuffs are so nice, down to earth. Joe is a amazing person he care about each and evry customers and make sure everything is perfect. I recently brought my car in due to my vehicle failing emissions. Clark's Car Care, exceeded my expectations! The whole experience was seamless. Shannon at the front desk, answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me very clearly, and I was aware of what was happening every step of the way. The best part, once they finish working on your car, they personally take it over to the emissions place and get your car passed for you. All I had to do was go purchase my stickers! My car has been driving nicely and is no longer lit up like a Christmas tree. I decided to go to Clark's Car Care, simply based on the reviews and speaking with Shannon over the phone. I also had a nice experience with Jason, as well. If you need to bring your car in, this is THE place. I will definitely return for future car needs!

About a month ago I took my car to the dealer for a checkup. They noted some expensive items that needed attention or replacement. I really wanted a second opinion but didn't know where to turn. After some searching I found Clarks. I spoke with Joey(Joe) and he immediately made me feel like a close friend/family. We probably spoke for nearly 10 minutes. I scheduled a time to come in and have his team confirm/deny what the dealership said. When I got there Joey was there and was super friendly as he was on the phone. He remembered our conversation and had me hangout in their waiting room (very nice as well). Once they were done I asked if I could see the car on the lift and he said sure. Nothing was needed on it but they still gave me a full inspection anyway and some things to keep an eye on. Joey walked me out once they got the car in the lot and we had another nice brief conversation. I was very impressed at every point and would not hesitate to take my car there again or tell anyone in the area about them. Absolute stand up people that actually care. They didn't even charge me for the time. I will be back!!
