I've used these guys twice so far and have been more than pleased with them. Excellent prices, excellent work, and they will try to fit you in if they can. I had alignment and oil change done on a 96 accord for less than $100 and the car drove better than Les Schwab's has ever done for me. They didn't try selling me anything extra I didn't need. Go to Jiffy Lube and you'd be looking at nearly $100 by the time you got out just for an oil change. The only reason I'm not ranking as excellent is because I haven't had any serious work done yet other than alignment, oil changes, and AC recharging. However, if I do need something serious I will use them.

The best place to take your car! Employees are quite friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I took my car to 2 other places before this one and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car. They fixed it in only 2 days and charged me a reasonable amount. If you have a difficult problem to take care of take it to these guys, best car repair place in town!

The guys at this location that just helped me were very helpful, informative and didn’t try to push any unnecessary things. I admittedly don’t know much about cars and came in with none dry radiator fluid. They showed me and walked me through everything. This (locally owned) shop is a diamond in the rough. I've been bringing four vehicles here for years and years, and I have always felt like I was treated fairly and received top quality work. Cord (the mechanic) is simply amazing. He is fast and accurate with diagnosing and always makes sure that you have an accurate quote. I've never had to go back twice for the same issue, and I've never had bill I wasn't expecting. The rates are fair, the work is solid, and the oil changes are quick. A+

Amazing place, we were on a road trip and the tire was vibrating, and we didn’t have much time, he had our car driven to see what was the problem for free, got new tires ordered and shipped, and threw in a free tire balance for all four of our tires and only charged us for the two tires and a service fee. Great team and really helped us out in a tight spot!

I stopped by looking to get my front brake and belt checked out cause of squeaking. Wyatt greeted me upon walking in the shop, and asked what i needed. He also came outside and had me start up my car so he could check out other concerns even those it was raining and didn't try to rush through. Id says hes top notch with customer service and told me straight up what it could cost to fix my vehicle.

First, Took the truck for oil change, wheel balance and diff fluid changes. They couldn't even balance the wheels right, so had to take it back. Second, took the car in the next morning for an 11 am appointment for oil change and diff fluid change. After 5 hours I haven't heard anything, called them, person on the phone said the oil is done but can't do the diffs because they don't have time and personnel. Wow. Go get the car, thanked them for not calling and telling me anything, then the manager Otis said I didn't tell them to do the diffs. Uh yeah, it's in your notes, the other kid even knew it obviously from the phone call and we talked about this several times. He said, well, it's only a Escape so it's no big deal. Ok. We're done here. NEVER GOING BACK! Take your lack of knowledge, memory loss and your smart mouth and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Without question, I had the worst experience I have ever had with an auto service at Clark's Lube Express in the Spokane Valley. I scheduled an appointment with them, had the car there on time and they promised me for days they would diagnose my car problems, and never got it done. Not only that, they lied to me about some work they said they had performed, but never did. I will never take my car there again, and I would discourage anyone from taking their car there for repairs. Unbelievably negative experience.

Otis and all the mechanics are the best! Been a customer since spring 2023. Ford Ranger, Ford Edge, 2 F-150's & RV F-450! Clarkes is the only place I can get my F-450 serviced! As Ford no longer has the bays to accommodate. Most RV mechanics only serviced motor home therefore an oil change and any service is 4X more expensive! Clarkes does everything from front/rear diff, brakes, transmission, fluid service, tire sensors, check engine miss fires. You name it. Plus best when an emergency occurs. My son needed to drive across country for his military service. Clarkes moved their schedules to make sure his Ford ranger was serviced & safe. Highly recommend! Plus the donuts are amazing!
