This was not worth money. After selecting the Premium Wash and going through the carwash, my car was not actually clean. Least effective touch-less carwash I have ever used. Save your money and visit someplace else.

Machine broke while washing my car, so I was stuck inside having to pray my car was thin enough to pull out of there. Scratched my door sides in the process with soap ALL OVER MY CAR STILL, and still had to pay 2 dollars just to wash it off! Called left a message and still NO RESPONSE. Don't ever go here. WORST SERVICE EVER. Will NOT be returning or recommending.

So change machine didn't take my dollars, so I used the vending machine to get quarters. I went there cuz milk has spilt on my carpet behind the driver. And was not told about it, until it started smelling. So I saw this place and thought "yes I can wash my carpet"......not quite..first vacuum/scented said it already had 25¢ and it needed 75 more to start, so I put in 75¢...and nothing happened...so I thought maybe one more quarter.....and still nothing. So I added 50 more cents thinking maybe it cost more and it's not posted.... Nope.....so I go to the other side and go to another one that has carport shampoo.... Now this one says that it already has 75¢ and only needs 25... So I put in 25.... Nothing.... So I put in another dollar 50 and still.... Once again ... Nothing...... Now I'm kind sad.... Cuz I give rides to co-workers and my car is going to smell like spoiled milk........I did manage to get one shampoo machine to work, but the scent machine to my quarters, and how do i go about getting a refund for that??

The $12 wash doesn't get my wagon clean. After that there is no one to talk to about how the machine stole my first $12 and didn't give me a wash. The vacuum cleaner is hellishly expensive with worse suction than a 70 year old hooker.

Fairly priced, got more bugs off of my truck than the other place but still not all of them. It really gets busy with the twirling brushes and gets your vehicle almost dry. I will be back, but I am going to see about getting the bugs off!

While in the car wash, the machine stopped n I was stuck in the 30 mins or longer b4 I was able to flag someone for to get the worker. I couldn't get out cuz the other car wash was busy.

Strong water pressure and a lot of suds when you really need it. It's $2 to wash but it's worth every quarter you put into it. There's a lot of choices at the machine on how you want to wash your car if you don't want to do it yourself have the automatic washer do it for you at a few more dollars.

Do not recommend. My front license plate was ripped off by being bent in half after going through the automatic wash. I was also charged twice for 14 dollars and when I called to settle these charges, no one answered the calls I made. So the issue was not addressed nor was it resolved. -10 out of 10. I DO NOT recommend.

The best place to wash and vacuum your car. The car wash stalls are always in tip top shape. The vacuums are all powerful, unlike most carwashes where only a select few actually do the job you paid them to do.

I have went through this car wash plenty of times before and the automatic car wash caused water damage and ruined my paint. I spoke to representative Dixie Withrow and he sent me to Northwest Auto body and I thought that was his way of saying they would fix the damage the car wash caused but no that was their way of getting out of paying it. They sent me to a biased auto body shop that is most likely paid off by the car wash. So now they are saying the won’t pay for it because my car was repainted. (In the biased auto body’s opinion). I definitely do not recommend this place. It will cause damage to your car and they will give you the run around to avoid paying for the damage they cause. Oh and also I’d like to say when I went to Northwest auto body they were already aware of why I was there (they have had plenty of people go to them because they are being sent my classic auto wash due to damage caused by them).

It left a lot of soap on the car. I had to rinse it off myself. The spray nozzles were inconsistent also, some low pressure, others way too much pressure. Took video of that in case the high (extreme) pressure caused damaged. $16. Maintain your systems and provide better quality at that price.

Went there on Sunday to get my truck washed. 3rd of my wheels wasn't even wet, didn't take bugs on the windows and the grill was still full of bugs and dirt.

Worst auto car wash experience I've ever had. I got off work at 11pm and decided to get my black chevy traverse auto washed here. I got there, paided their $16 Best car wash, drove in, and in the middle of my auto wash, their machine decided to break down. I sat there for an additional 15 mins before I realized what had happened, I then had to drive out and paid an additional $3.50 for me to manually wash the soap and scum residue off my suv. I called the next morning to either get my refund or at least an offer of an other auto wash, no one picks up, I left a voice mail, and almost a week later and still my phone call was never returned. I used to love coming here, but now my recent experience proves otherwise.

Please avoid taking your car here. I had visited a couple of times before with no issues—the wash seemed to work well. But on my third visit, while my car was going through the scrubbers, I suddenly heard a loud noise. The scrubber completely ripped off my rear windshield wiper—not just the blade, but the entire assembly. My car is a brand new Subaru, so there’s no reason this should have happened. I had my toddler with me and was in shock. As soon as the wash finished, I ran to speak with an employee named Nate. I was visibly shaken and explained what had happened. Nate told me to leave my contact information and said he’d pass it along to the manager. I even told him to check the wash tunnel, where all the broken parts were left behind, and I took photos of the damage. Unfortunately, I’ve never heard back from the owner or anyone else. If you value your vehicle, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
