It's bad enough to get into a car accident and even worse when you go to a repair shop early enough in the afternoon to be told there's no time in the day to inspect your vehicle, then you set an appointment that you both agreed on to then getting a phone call that the shop cancelled the appointment that they accepted! I will Never go to this shop. I went to there sister company in Skokie Illinois without an appointment and took me right in and in 20 minutes the car was inspected and estimated without any excuses!

Such a great experience with the Classic Collision Center team! Jenny was super helpful with insurance questions, responding to emails quickly and reviewing the quote with me. John was knowledgeable and fair! His matter of fact communication was appreciated. The insurance company quoted a whole new roof as a supplement, and John looked over the car again before repairs began to make sure it wasn't needed. The final bill was under the estimate. We are very pleased with this local business and will definitely be back (hopefully won’t have to since it’s a collision repair shop, but you never know!) I am a first time customer and I brought my brand new car to them with paint damage from a parking lot incident. I'm a little late posting this, but I want to give a shoutout to Classic Collision Center for the stellar job they did on my son's 2005 Buick LaCrosse. The car was involved in a serious accident, getting T-boned on the passenger side. Despite being an older vehicle, it had been meticulously maintained and was in like-new condition, having been purchased from my father, who was the original owner. As a loyal customer of Classic Auto Body for over 20 years, I immediately reached out to John to see if the car could be salvaged. He worked his magic, using recycled parts to restore the vehicle at a very reasonable cost—comparable to or even less than buying used car with an unknown history. The quality of the repair was outstanding, with meticulous attention to the body lines—far exceeding my expectations (see before and after images). Many people, knowing the extent of the damage, were amazed at how seamless the restoration was—you’d never guess the car had been in such a severe accident. I highly recommend Classic Collision Center. Their attention to detail is superb, and their passion for quality work truly shows in the results.

I have had this shop on my radar for afew months to stop and arrange a repair. The pics of it looking like it exploded was at a scenic overlook up north in the middle of nowhere. The lesson here is when parking barriers are installed and the rods are NOT fully insured this will occur to your low sitting vehicle . The fully completed pics are the completed repair really made the car look like the day we bought it. They patiently waited for me cause this was our first snow day. They took the car immediately for service. This owner has a great shop and crew. The cost was very reasonable and even driving the distance from North Racine was not a issue. Dealing with good people I s a pleasure. Thank you classic Center.
