Google reviews Worst experience of my life PLEASE do not go here. I came in to fix issues they told me 2 weeks prior would be ALL I needed with their $180 diagnosis. Unfortunately, my battery died while the car was idle so (according to them) I had to get ANOTHER $100 diagnosis for them to tell me that my battery was dead because apparently these professionals cannot figure it out without a machine. On top of that- they failed to ensure they did a FULL check through. They gave me my car and not even 5 minutes into driving, I hear a pop and more smoke comes out. They claim it’s my head gasket which is fine. But the initial issue correlated with this part of my car… why not CHECK IT?? Then the bald white dude in the front had the audacity to tell us that there is NO WAY to check if your head gasket is about to fail. That you only know of this issue when it happens which is a bunch of BS!!! They didn’t even give us an accommodation a discount a SORRY. Nothing. This place is horrendous do not trust these new people with your cars. They take no accountability and now I’m out $2000 because these people cannot do their job right.

I arrived at Midas 3 minutes after closing since my car window would not roll up after going through a drive thru across the street with temperatures below zero. David graciously came to the front door asking what I needed so I proceeded to explain my situation. He came out in the freezing cold after closing and helped me get my window rolled back up (it was off the track). THANK YOU so much David - you kindness was greatly appreciated!!

After tires not being available at another place we had an appointment for and already having an alignment appointment at Midas Kenosha. I called and spoke with a gentleman named John. I explained the situation with the tires. Not only did he find us tires, he gave us an amazing deal, and they had already honored their alignment special that had expired before our appointment. We made the appointment during the promotion. Great customer service. I highly recommend calling to see what they can do for you. John really has the old fashioned customer service. 5 stars . First time using Midas for oil change service. Was able to get a same day appointment. I even got a text reminder of the appointment. The store manager was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained what to expect and gave an accurate estimate of how long the service would take as I waited for my car. The service technicians were respectful of my vehicle and went above and beyond with their attention to detail. I also scored a coupon online which was a great help financially. I also like their system aligns with CarFax for recording history of service to the vehicle. Great experience.

They also were able to identify several other potential problems and help prioritize those for severity of need to be repair for safety. 10/10 service. Went in thinking I had an exhaust leak, turns out it’s so cold that the manufacturer made hole by the catalytic converter was showing exhaust. I walked in and they got me in right away. Also the waiting room had game shows on and me and another customer were playing along with it which was fun. If you ever think something minor is wrong, bring your car to this Midas location, friendly people all around, will get you in right away once space opens in the garage, and great service.

And I just came today to get help removing an old license plate and to put on a new one since I am just a girl, they helped me free of charge for just helping remove 2 screws! Had a great experience at Midas in Kenosha. It’s not one of those 10-minute oil change places, but they got me in last minute and still took great care of my car. The service was friendly, honest, and efficient. I paid under $100 for a full synthetic oil change. I usually go to Take 5, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back here instead. I was very pleased with my service. My trunk would not close. I called midas I was able to get in right away, a dynastic test was done. Dave called me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to deal with. My car was done within 5 hours. I was thankful seeing that I didn't have an appointment. At the end of my service I found out that Dave was actually the manager. He definitely fit the role and deserved it. He has great customer service keep up the good work Dave.

Midas in Kenosha was great! The manager worked really hard to get me the best deals but also reliable tires. He had to order tires on Saturday for Monday at earliest appointment.
