AWESOME shop!!! Very professional and knowledgeable if you are super picky about who touches your truck and you want an honest expert who will do the job RIGHT this is the place to go! Bob the owner is friendly, professional and great abut returning phone calls and answering questions. I drove in from over an hour away and it was well worth the trip. They do FANTASTIC work and I am thrilled with the leveling kit they installed on my Tacoma. They did it for the price that was quoted and were very respectful of all of my requests to pamper my truck. They are busy because they are so good...no GREAT at what they do so plan ahead. Trust me this is hands down the place to go if you want highly skilled experts working on your vehicle.

Top-Knotch work and I have to give hands down to the Customer Service there as well. They put a 6inch RC Lift , 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss Tires and finished it off with hardcore 20" brushed stainless and black rims on my 2020 ram 1500 ecodiesel. Flawless job. Bob is the best around. Nothing bad to say about CNC Off-road! Amazing work followed up by Superb Customer Service! Willing to go the extra mile!!

Dropped the truck off to have a cv axle and diff drop. There was a bit of miscommunication when i scheduled the appointment and the cv axle replacement didn’t get added and my number was in wrong. I stopped in 2 hours before closing to see if It was done and found out about that. 45 minutes before closing, in just 1 hour and 15 minutes the not only replaced my axle but rebalanced my tires which i asked to do when i got there today. The job calls for 2 hours to replace my axle on my Chevy Colorado. They were very quick, pointed out that i had premature failure in my tire that both lynch Chevy and Palmen gmc missed when I’ve had the truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Any repairs or off road mods i make to my truck from here on out will 100% be going to CNC. They are one awesome shop

Terrible service over $1200 down the drain Attached is the photo of my trucks alignment specs from cnc, I took this photo once I went to a real shop to get a proper alignment and get an alignment which CNC forgot to do. I brought my truck in for a 2-inch front spacer, 1-inch rear block, and an alignment—which Bob clearly stated was included in the work. Bob also recommended using a 1-inch Chevy block instead of one made for a Tacoma. Turns out it’s not even compatible with my truck. On top of that, these geniuses decided they didn’t need to line up the rear axle either. Now, my right rear tire sticks out while the left is tucked under—they literally shifted the entire axle to the right and angled it so badly that my truck kept pulling left. Only months later, after bringing it to a real alignment shop, I found out they didn’t do any alignment at all. Both front wheels were toed out and my tires were wearing awfully. I called multiple times the other week, left a voicemail, even sent an email—no response. I had to go in person and showed one of the workers the alignment sheet: toe at -0.09 on the left and -0.2 on the right, and a 0.12° thrust angle. Instead of taking any accountability, he just kept trying to brush it off, claiming the shop I went to’s alignment machine is “for cars” and trucks have “different geometry.” Then he says they do alignments the “old-fashioned way,” which apparently means using the string method. What kind of joke 4x4 shop doesn’t use an actual alignment machine? They charged me $600 for a non-existent alignment, installed a part that doesn’t even work on my truck—that they recommended—and misaligned the entire axle. They blatantly did garbage work with the wrong parts, charged me for work that was never done, Ignored my calls and emails and when I confronted them in person, instead of owning up or apologizing, I was told thrust angle has “nothing to do with the rear” and that I “just need the front end adjusted”? My rear axle is visibly shifted to the right and this guy tries to gaslight me into thinking it’s all in the front. I’ve now had to take my truck to multiple shops NEWS FLASH WHICH HAS COST ME MONEY and am about to bring it to collision center to realign the rear axle. All in all I've spent over 1200 here and elsewhere trying to track down and fix his lazy work. Bob will waste your time and money and blatantly lie to you about what work he will perform and then when you confront them about it they will dodge your calls and pretend like they did nothing wrong and just tell you to bring it back in to take a look and presumably not give you an alignment again, The amount of headaches this shop has caused me is insane.

After a whole 2500 miles on my 2016 Yukon XL Denali, I'm now having to buy replacement parts from Full Throttle Suspension because I have had sway bar links come loose and trash the threads. None of the new links were greased by them. They told me the vehicle needed new shocks after I picked it up, it's because they didn't understand the magneride needed to be calibrated. Had to argue with the owner to remove the leveling pucks that I explicitly stated needed to come out more than once. The vehicle needed a true alignment after I left, in todays world, the string method just doesn't cut it. One of the more annoying parts, which is just a personal customer service thing. They couldn't ever remember my name.

Great service, great outcome. I was referred to this business by multiple friends. The owner was responsive and friendly. He gave me an exact quote over the phone. I scheduled a time to drop off. The owner even called me the morning of, to confirm. The job took only a few hours. I was overly satisfied with the outcome.

Listen Alex, you may have had some trouble with your vehicle but you are wrong about Bob. He is the most honest business owner I know and would NEVER lie. We have been going to him for MANY YEARS with various vehicles, personal and business and he has always been HONEST, HELPFUL and MORE THAN FAIR on the pricing. He is an EXCELLENT communicator. You should have gone to the shop as soon as you noticed a problem. HE IS USUALLY THERE! Why try to tarnish the reputation of a small business that has been a asset to our community all these years because you had one bad experience that was mainly your lack of communication. Go back and read your review...your all over the place when you should have gone straight back to Bob...instead of going by what some other shop says. Bob's been around a long time and has far more to offer experience-wise than many of those shops out there. Then when your done reading your own review of him...Take it down. Listen to Bob's reply...its a good one. GREAT OWNER, GREAT BUSINESS...ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED HIM...Keeping in mind...you may have to wait in line!!!

I picked up a 2010 Ford Ranger a while back, and while shopping around for a place to install a mild lift, I came across CNC Offroad. Right from the prompt email response, Bob (owner) won my business with his knowledge of both the unique challenges of the vehicle, as well as the aftermarket products available for it. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Would recommend and will be going back for future needs.

I HIGHLY recommend CnC Off Road to anyone that wants or needs their ride lifted (or lowered, as I learned while there). Bob (the owner) is as upfront and honest with customers as I have seen when it comes to dealing with clientele and their needs. CnC's mechanics were professional and refreshingly friendly, keeping me apprised on the progress during the 4" Readylift lift on my 2021 Tundra. Cost was VERY fair and clearly quoted up front with no hidden surprise's. If you have ANY doubts about getting your vehicle worked at CnC, I HOPE this review eases them!!! From a Retired Army Veteran

Had the team at CNC install a lift, wheels, and tires on my Jeep. After explaining my goals, they helped me select a lift that would meet my needs. From that point, everything went without a hitch. The work was done on time and was excellent. If you're in the market for help with your offroad build, I can highly recommend the team at CNC.

I have to say if you ever consider getting work done with Bob and his team, think no more. Schedule that service! Two years ago I had work done to my jeep, which was all outstanding. Fast forward to today. Monday I visit Bob about some cracking occurring on a bracket on my HD tire carrier which also made constant annoying rattle. Bob takes a look and says he’ll get a new bracket ordered and installed. Two days later he calls saying my part is in and it can be installed. I have it installed and it immediately fixes the rattle at no cost to me. I will continue recommending this shop to anyone and everyone, service to the customer is outstanding here!!! Thanks Bob and team, it’s appreciated!!

Great shop with tons of experience, Bob and his team work quickly and absolutely know what they are doing. The second you walk in you know you are at the right spot. If they make suggestions listen to the experts. Absolutely could not recommend this shop enough, the prices are beyond reasonable and you will most certainly get better service than some random shop. Will definitely be coming back for any of my future 4x4 needs.
