I drove in on a Saturday morning in my F150 and was promptly greeted by Katy(?), who checked me in after confirming the reason for my visit. Was there for the works package oil change service. While there I asked if they would be able to flush and fill my braking systems and after verifying availability she was able to schedule that too for the same visit. Keep in mind I was a drive up on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in right away and provided all the service I needed and requested. What makes this 5 stars for me is quite simple. Drive up availability - big plus Polite and professional service advisor - big plus New building with comfortable waiting area - excellent They did everything I requested and did not try to run up my bill with extra add-on services - priceless. It's the add on sales tactics of so many service writers today that totally push me away from servicing my vehicle with certain dealerships. I experienced none of that at Gourdie Boucher Ford and will be happy to continue servicing my F150 there. Katy deserves some recognition for how well she is taking care of her customers. Great job Katy and Gourdie Boucher Ford!!!

I bought a new Ford Explorer in May of 2025. The buying experience was good. But I have never received my points on Ford Pass. I’ve had my car in twice for service. I scheduled a recall & oil change. Once I was there I was told they didn’t have parts to do recall. I had a dead battery & they kept my car for 1 1/2 days & didn’t provide a loaner car. I’m not impressed!

ETA-I was able to get in touch with Boucher Corporate and Henry was extremely helpful! Excellent customer service. He was the only one who listened and helped us! Do NOT go to this dealership for any kind of service. This business and this process was a disaster from start to finish. We bought our truck brand new, end of April 2024. It was built to the specifications we wanted. We started having issues with the sunroof making noise on the right side where it slides in and out of the guide. Took it to Boucher which is where we purchased the truck. They told us they could not just replace the part they had to replace the whole sun roof and it was a “big job” and would call us when the part came in. Scheduled an appt and dropped off the truck on Monday December 9th. Initially they told us we should have it back in three days. We received it back on the evening of 12/17. When we got to the dealer to pick it up we were handed out keys and told it’s out back if you can’t find it, hit your alarm button. Now keep in mind we have brought our vehicle there for oil changes as well as to have a few items diagnosed and any other time we had received a video link showing us what was done and if there was an issue, and our truck was pulled up near the service bay/entrance. This was not done for this service. Since it was evening when we picked up the vehicle, we inspected in the am and as you can see from the photos, the interior ceiling and sides have greasy fingerprints from back to front. Nothing was properly installed back to the way it was when we dropped off our vehicle. You can see pieces have not been tucked back in there are gaps, there is foam sticking out in multiple places, and there is a piece on the drivers side that doesn’t even seem to be installed back the right way. There are scratches all over the glove compartment, the top right side of the passenger door on the black piece, on the door itself, and on the dashboard as well. We went back and forth with them for a month to get them to touch things up, and you can still see some grease around the top of the sunroof and scratches on the glove compartment and then a month later because they can’t “touch up” the textured dash they are stating they couldn’t have made the scratches on and across the dash even though I provided immediate pictures. We received no apology from them whatsoever. Their service manager Balal refused to return phone calls from my husband or from myself so we had to go to the general manager and he ended up stopping all communication after this email on 01/17. I had sent three emails after that with 0 response. I opened a case with ford corporate and even they indicated that Boucher has access to a program called the Empowerment Fund where they could have fixed this issue. They missed out on another sale as well. Go to kenosha car max they treated us wonderfully!! Final email from the general manager with zero communication after- Good Afternoon Melissa, I have been in & out of the office this week and I do appreciate your patience, I wanted to follow up on the discussion of the dashboard. I recently spoke with Belal and understand how frustrating this must be for you.The dash is textured, which makes it challenging for us to repair the scratch. I genuinely empathize with your concern, and I understand how disappointing it is. GIven the situation and that we don’t have the documentation to determine whether this damage occurred prior or during our technicians' service continues to make it difficult. After discussing this with my team, we believe that the scratch is unlikely to have happened during the sunroof repair. Nevertheless, I truly want to make things right for you. While replacing the dash isn’t an option we can consider, I am currently reaching out to Ford to see if they might be able to assist us with a possible replacement. I hope to have some answers for you early next week. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue. Everyone is so friendly in the service department. I can’t say enough about how I have been treated since recently moving to Kenosha and having to find somewhere new for my car. I had a slow leak after running something over and they told me to bring it in despite it being just about closing time. They put my spare on, and then got me in quickly to repair my tire. Also the valet service for picking up and bringing my car back is a bonus!

Worst Dealership Experience of My Life – Safety Means Nothing Here I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering doing business with Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha. In my experience, this dealership was willing to prioritize a sale over the safety of my wife and my family, and that is completely unacceptable. I went to this dealership to purchase a new Ford Bronco Raptor and made it all the way through the sales process to the financing stage. The only reason I didn’t leave with the vehicle that day was because the finance department refused to lower my interest rate from 6.3% to 5%. Ironically, that decision likely saved my wife’s life. Shortly afterward, I became aware of a Ford-issued safety recall and stop-sale notice that had already been sent to all Ford dealerships. According to that notice, certain 2021–2026 Ford Bronco vehicles were under a NEW VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION / DELIVERY HOLD due to a safety defect involving the infotainment system shutting down and disabling the rearview camera—a serious safety risk that increases the likelihood of a crash. Despite this, Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha was prepared to sell me this vehicle anyway. Let that sink in. They allegedly knew—or absolutely should have known—that Ford had instructed dealers not to sell or demonstrate these vehicles until the issue was resolved. Yet the sale continued as if nothing was wrong. At no point was I warned about a stop-sale, a recall, or a safety risk that could directly impact my family. What makes this even more disturbing is that this appears to come from the top down. In my opinion, General Manager Sal was willing to put profit over safety, and that is not someone I trust to run an ethical dealership. This dealership promotes itself as customer-focused, safety-conscious, and community-driven. Based on my experience, that image feels completely hollow. A dealership that is willing to move forward with the sale of a vehicle that is allegedly under a manufacturer-issued safety hold is not one that deserves your trust—or your business. If you value honesty, transparency, and the safety of your loved ones, avoid Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha at all costs. No discount, no vehicle, and no deal is worth risking a life. I am beyond disappointed, angry, and shaken by this experience—and I would never return.

I regret buying my truck from Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha. I purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Platinum with 2,700 miles, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very disappointing. After purchasing the truck, I discovered that one of the options listed on the WINDOW STICKER was not actually installed on the Truck. I contacted the dealer and requested that the missing option be installed, since the price I agreed to was based on the truck having all of the options listed on the window sticker. My request was denied unless I paid for the option again. The dealer already had the part, and the installation would have taken roughly 1–2 hours of labor. This likely would have cost the dealer around $200–$300, yet they still refused to honor what was listed on the window sticker even after I spent over $70,000 at their dealership. The only reason I chose this truck over another brand new one was because of the additional options listed on the window sticker. If an option is missing, that must be disclosed before the transaction so i can make an informed decision and the price can reflect the actual options available on the truck. After numerous emails and messages, it became clear that the dealer would not honor or install the missing option. The back and forth was simply a waste of time. Additionally, after the purchase I noticed a large scratch on the side of the truck and an issue where the driver’s door window does not go up unless you pull it up by hand. I did not bring these issues to the dealer, as I missed them at the time of purchase and did not expect such problems on a 2025 truck with such low mileage. My only request was to have the missing window-sticker option honored, and even that was declined. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this dealership handled a simple and reasonable issue. It feels like once the transaction was completed, you are no longer valued as a customer.

There we were met by our salesman, Connor Bates, and the Sales Manager, Drake Bowers. After test driving nearly every Bronco they had in stock over the course of 4 visits we ultimately chose a Bronco Big Bend which we absolutely love. Connor was patient and very easy going.
