This has to be the worst body shop I have ever been too,very very very poor quality control,Ray Charles could see much better than this shop can,I have to bring my vehicle back for corrective action really pray they can do it right this time,I really never want to do business with them again.

Thieves! Thieves charged about $7,000 and did everything wrong where it all needs to be redone. Gave it back to me in poor shape demanding more money to fix it right and now car is not safe. Do Not Go TO Them and I will see them in court!

i bought my first brand new Harley and made the rookie mistake of letting a buddy ride it... like i said, mistake. he dumped it and caused "2 grand" body, paint, and labor damage. i went to see Sebastian and left with my harley looking better than the day i took it home! for $1,400!!! he even took the time to ride it do a tune up and PUT GAS IN IT no charge. couldn't be happier, highly reccomend.

If anyone has body work or painting needs, I suggest avoiding Ultimate Refinish 5725 5th Ave in Kenosha. Had my rockers and cab corners done last year, quoted $2000 and would take a couple weeks, ended up taking over a month and the day I "picked" it up it already needed to go back. There was cracking, chipped paint and places where they didn't even cover with paint. Took at least 2 months to get it back into the shop and once again took longer than they said. Looking at my truck for the second time after they "fixed" it there was still bare metal showing and rust already starting. The owner Sebastian Caracciolo hands me a spray paint can of "rock chip paint" and tells me use that if I need to touch it up. So a few months has gone by the paint is chipping and fading into a yellow color and one rocker is literally cracked. I've tried contacting Sebastian multiple times and no reply, now I have his co-worker telling me to come say it to them at the shop. Real professional.

Well, I would of loved saying that I had an excellent experience because a few friends recommended me to this place, but the truth is that the owner is irresponsible, says the vehicle is going to be done in 3 days and ended up being 10 days. I called 2 of his phone numbers a few times, left messages and never got a call back. The day that I went and pickup the vehicle he was supposed to meet me at the shop and he never made it, not even a call to apologize. People don’t waste your time and money in that so called shop.

Apologies for the detail in the first couple of “before” photos, but I’m still in shock with the detailing that took place with my car. For a brief summary, my dog decided he couldn’t make it home to conduct certain business, and I was left with an insane mess on my hands. As such, I decided to call Ultimate Refinish Auto Body and they got my car in day of and fully detailed the whole inside of my car within a couple of hours. I was expecting it to be there for maybe a day or two, but was completely shocked to get a call in a couple of hours that it was ready to go and be picked up. The results speak for themselves and it’s amazing that literally every nook and cranny was cleaned and there are literally no signs of the mess shown in the before images. No stains, no lingering smells, and everything is near show room ready from interior to cup holders to floor boards etc. I couldn’t be more happier with everything that was done, and I highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation like myself.
