I made a turn during the snow storm, and ran up onto a curb. I dropped off my car the second week in March. Damage was minimal, but not so bad to the point where it would take ONE MONTH to fix.. JOSE had initially told me that it would take a week (potentially faster if I dropped it by on a Monday) could be a LITTLE longer, if they find any additional damages. I have had little contact, unless it was something that I had to reach out for. I have paid 2k out of pocket for a rental, calling daily to extend a reservation- when my car wasn't ready on the day that it was to would be ready. They changed the date about 6-8 different times. Finally when I assumed that my car would be ready, because they had already changed the date multiple times by now... I assumed they were truthful when they mentioned it would be ready on x day... guess what.. it wasn't ready. I had already returned the rental, and they told me I could get a rental from Kia free of charge. This said rental had the words "come see clay" in bold letters. Why would I drive something that is advertising a business that I am not a fan of? Next thing you know, my car "may be" ready by thursday- Friday just to give some wiggle room... Famous last words. Come friday, my car is not ready- zero communication. I was told by the manager that I would be receiving photo proof updates of my car. Ask me where those are. Just ask me! Not in my messages, that's forsure. Guess what else... now my indicator isn't working, and that's what the hold up is. IT WAS WORKING WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF A MONTH AGO

Took too long to work on my vehicle. Estimated date of completion kept on moving forward to the following week. Finally received my vehicle back after being in the shop for 8 weeks. I don't recommend this shop, look somewhere else.

Stopped by for an estimate for a scratch on my truck door. Great service, had an estimate for the repair very quickly. Also discussed parts shortages that could delay the repair. I was impressed with the way he took care of me.

Garbage! I brought my car here because they sold Nissans. The first time they broke my hood latch and a repaired piece fell off not long after. I took it back for another repair only because I wanted the other items fixed on their dime. It took over 5-6 weeks, they continued to say they submitted supplement info to insurance company but that was probably a lie. I was told I would get several callbacks which never happened. I had to push the envelope with both collision center and insurance company. On my way to pick up the vehicle I received a phone call about not having payment, which makes no sense since the repairs were finished and they would start for 2-3 weeks until they got payment, on the call Javier says oops. I spoke primarily with Javier the entire time and I’m pretty sure nothing was done as stated (an assumption made because the promise of phone calls never happened until I bugged them enough). Lastly, I was told your car is fixed basically “we forgot to place pin stripes back on your vehicle” smh a disgrace. And once the pin stripes are done I will never return. I am considering building a website full of SEO key words to thwart visitors the agony of dealing with them.

Terrible communication with the collision shop with customer and to my insurance company. Not to mention when I finally pick my car up from the collision center from them having my car for 3 months my exterior from where they repaired my bumper had scrape marks and scratches on my car. The collision center failed to even wash and detail my vehicle. I have purchased over 6 vehicles from Nissan and this will be the last time I ever buy from Nissan again. This body shop need to be shut down. I wish I could give zero stars on this website.

NEGLIGENT and FRAUDULENT. I took my truck for repairs after an accident. They took like 3 months. When I got my truck back, smoke came out of it. They said it was completely normal. My truck began to shake too. I took it back. Still they did a horrible job repairing it. 6 months after, my truck totaled because the engine had crash damage, even though they had supposedly “repaired” it. They repaired nothing and still charged me for it.

I wish i would had looked at the reviews before taking my car, if you want your car fixed correctly and don’t want the car coming out with more issues than it went in with. Do not take it here!!!

Center was recommended to us and thus we really wanted to have our vehicle repaired here. Upon review with our insurance company it was noted that the rates were elevated for the Dallas area. Despite several discussions with the center we were told that we would not find anywhere to get the vehicle repaired at offered prices. Needless to say we found several other centers willing to accept the rates and much friendlier when interacting with them.

Cody was so kind during the whole estimate process, and especially since it’s the holidays they were so fast! This was my first collision, so he walked me through the rental and insurance. I got multiple text messages to keep me updated! My Rogue was out the shop within 2 weeks, would recommend for any Nissan owner to come here.

I feel compelled to share my absolutely infuriating experience with Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center. To say that my visit to this repair shop was a nightmare would be an understatement. I brought my car in for a repair that should have been straightforward, but it turned into a month-long ordeal that tested my patience beyond belief. First and foremost, the glacial pace at which Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center operates is mind-boggling. It took them over a month to address a minor scratch on my vehicle. Let that sink in – more than a month for a problem that should have been resolved quickly and easily. This level of inefficiency is inexcusable. Their communication, or lack thereof, was equally frustrating. I had to constantly pester them for updates, and even then, the information I received was vague and unhelpful. It seemed like they had no interest in keeping me informed about the progress of the repair, leaving me in the dark and guessing when I would get my car back. But the real kicker was the quality of the work. When I finally got my car back, I was horrified to discover that not only had they taken an eternity to fix the scratch, but they had also managed to damage the adjacent area in the process. It's mind-boggling that a supposedly professional repair shop could make such basic mistakes. To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. The staff at Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center treated me with complete indifference, as if my concerns were a nuisance to them. There was a complete lack of empathy for the frustration and inconvenience I had endured throughout this ordeal. In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret choosing Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center for my car repair. Their inexplicable delay, poor communication, subpar workmanship, and terrible customer service have left me utterly disgusted. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this repair shop. Find a reputable establishment that values your time and business, because Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center certainly does not.

I'm not one to often leave reviews, but I think the service here warrants an exception for the right reasons. I had an accident with quite a bit (~8k) of damage and, throughout the process, Cody was always on top of what was going on and keeping me up to date. Businesses of all types, especially when dealing with a car accident will tend to dodge your calls and give you the runaround, but I never had a problem getting a hold of Cody and an accurate update of where things were. The coordination with the insurance and car rental company was also quite smooth from them. With that level of communication, I was understanding of the timeline of the repairs. While I hope to not need collision repair services anytime soon, I would gladly work with Cody and his team again.

Poor customer service. Prior to taking my vehicle in for repairs, I called for info. Informed him I was having issues obtaining a copy of my estimate from the insurance and he informed me that they could obtain a copy. I also inquired in regards to a check I received from the insurance company but had a lien holder & noticed that on the intake form it mentioned it needed to be endorsed & wanted to confirm if that was needed & if it was something that I needed to do prior. Was informed they could take care of that. When I arrived to leave my car for repairs, I walked in & was not greeted by the lady sitting at the desk. She gave me an ugly stare, as if she was bothered with me simply walking in. I greeted her with a hello & she asked me what I needed. No greeting whatsoever. Informed her of me leaving my car & answers were very short, just “no.” Or “We don’t do that.” “You were misinformed.” I left feeling very foolish believing I would be able to leave my car for repairs confidently due to my prior call. I went back & left my car for my insurance to inspect & take care of. No work was done to my vehicle, due to it being a total loss (thankful they didn’t do any repairs). When I got in my car, the driver side floor mat was what looked like just thrown on the floor sideways. Fixed the mat & got in, locked my doors & noticed my car was not locking. This was very concerning as this was NOT a problem when I dropped off my car. I tried to lock my car with the key fob & it was also not working. Went back inside & expressed my concerns & was told I had to wait 15min. Waited for him to finally arrive & expressed my concerns. He told me they didn’t do anything to my car. I informed him I understood that, but this issue was not an issue upon drop off. He said “it could be the passanger door because it is damaged.” I told him I was aware of the damage to my car prior to drop off & that damage was not an issue before so why would it be an issue now? He said it could be my battery, they could give me a jump start to start my car & I informed him my vehicle was currently on, it was just not locking with the key nor the interior button. He informed me again no work was done to my car & it simply just had been parked there. I then questioned if my car was not worked on then why was my floor mat moved? He then said they came to look at my car, so I inquired what exactly was done when they came out for my car & he again said they came to look at it. That information to me was not helpful, because last I checked when they LOOK AT IT, means to me NOTHING SHOULD BE TOUCHED, & it was obvious it had been. So I then said so you’re telling me I dropped off my car without this issue & now I’m leaving with an extra issue on top of what it already had?! He then continued to repeat nothing was done to my car. I left infuriated. I truly don’t think he (or anyone else there: rude lady at the front desk, a guy, & another unknown female) understood the issue I was having nor did he/they care. He didn’t even bother stepping outside to try to get a better understanding of my issue or see if there was possibly anything at all he could do to help. Regardless if it was something they may or may not have done, that to me is customer service. Weather it was maybe a loose wire that had come undone during the inspection or possibly a door not fully being closed all the way. Nothing. He truly did not care about my issue or helping me resolve it. I will NEVER go back nor will I even recommend this place to anyone for repairs. I should have known this wasn’t the place for me after my first visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not take your car here. first, they took months to fix the car and were soo difficult to contact. Every time we called for answers about the car would be done, they extended the completion date. THEN, once we received the car we found more issues that were not there when we took the car in initially. When we confronted the shop about the issues they caused, they refused to accept responsibility or fix it without paying them more. (The price they wanted to resolve the issue was even more than the dealership). This shop had horrible customer service, crazy long wait times, and then they’re gonna cause more issues to the vehicle and not take responsibility and overcharge to fix it? Wild. Take your business elsewhere

I had an excellent experience working with Jose Segovia! He provided a highly accurate and detailed estimate for my car repairs (I had hail damage) and went above and beyond in assisting me with my insurance company. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and support. Highly recommend Jose to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service!

I will NEVER EVER go back to these people, they were recommended by the insurance company, since I purchased my jeep at the Clay Cooley dealership (mistake as well). They did not complete the job my insurance paid for so I ended up going to another Collison center to repair my blown out speaker, which I am sure they noticed was damaged!...but I am still left with my car not being restored to how it was before the car accident, which is all I wanted, at the amount of money I paid including my $1000 deductible. the person that assisted me also has bad customer service, he told me via voicemail, which I still have that my car would be ready on FRIDAY, and it was not. I took off work, and called him the morning to confirm that I could get it, when I waited the entire week with no one following up with me, only for him to tell me he wasn't going back and forth with me. It took a month to get back with the repairs not being completed. then had the nerve to tell me they were waiting on a piece, would give me my car, not repaired would take the rental that I was paying out of pocket for, and come to my place of employment to complete the repairs...TRASH! After emails with the supervisor, I got my car back like this missing a plastic piece behind my steering wheel, and a busted front door speaker. I was then referred to another collison center who fixed those parts, and replaced the missing piece. also CLAY COOLEY COLLISON, you left some loose metal piece in the roof of my car, so when I drove I could hear a noise... this collison center is trash, and I don't recommend them to anyone!!

We bought a car back in April, and now it’s October, the issues that were identified at the time of purchase still haven’t been repaired. They never return calls or follow up as promised. There’s absolutely no reliability or accountability here. The customer service is horrible, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

I had an outstanding experience at the Clay Cooley Nissan Irving body shop thanks to Robert Davidson. He handled everything directly with my insurance company and made the whole process smooth, simple, and completely transparent. I’ll only be bringing my vehicles here for any touch-up or body work going forward. Recently, I made the mistake of taking one of my cars to another local shop (not naming names), only to later find out they used aftermarket parts. That doesn’t happen here—Robert made sure all the parts for my Armada came straight from the Nissan store just two blocks away. Thank you, Robert, for making this such an easy and professional experience. Highly recommend!

Please read the comments before taking your vehicle here, I left my gmc Denali Yukon 2015 here for some small scraches, They charged my insurance for 4,595$ but left it worse with damages irreplaceable! They cut the interior of the door, scratched my door from the inside. They scratched the door handle. They broke a nails inside the rim and left it inside . They didn’t cover my windows while painting so they painted my windows. After all of these damages they’re only offering me 500$ in compensation. Now these damages are irreplaceable as the parts are now discontinued and they are only offering me 500$! this is a nightmare

Wish I had read the reviews before. Manager and customer service rep are very apologetic and nice people to talk to, but can never give me a response on when my car will be ready. They have gone way over the estimated time of repair, and this has greatly cost me on being able to trade in my car for another car I had my eye on.
