I was happy with the people & car wash the few times I used it. I called to cancel my monthly membership because I wasn’t going to be able to use it the upcoming month. I went to web site as instructed & put in info I was told to do. The day after my membership expired my credit card was charged for another month. Called & was given credit. Was told the person that does the cancellations was off the day my membership should have been cancelled. They straightened it out but this shouldn’t have happened

To be so serious and dramatic, best car wash experience I’ve ever had. Wish I would have caught his name, had the absolute best gentleman help me when I pulled up dumbfounded on what to do. Car has never looked better, thank you!!!

I loved how the attendant tried to sell me a membership when I said I didn't want one, then grabbed my card when I said I didn't want help. I loved how the next attendant tried to rush me forward, then got mad when my car wouldn't stop on the track when it was going forward. I was already in neutral and attempting to stop. I'm not a moron. Thanks for making me feel like one! Didn't even clean my car fully. Go elsewhere.

Overcharged me for my new membership, I was charged $19.99 when the banner said $10.00. Asked about having a metal tamp in my bed, as I always have it for work, and they told me it was heavy enough and fine. Next trip, 2nd wash, the guy refused to let me go through; and made me back out. I should get a full refund! I was charged $20 for 1 car wash, and cancelled my membership. Go to ZIPS! Clean Sweep Carwash are rude thieves!!

Very fast and efficient. For the basic wash, it’s 12$. Cleans my car decently but for 12$ maybe a better shine or “pop” after I come out instead of having to spend more. The vacuums need better cleaning intensity and/or smaller more precious suction tips for hard to reach places. Overall it’s decent.

Great carwash! It has bug remover spray and pressure wash at the beginning, great tunnel with good additions of wax and undercarriage wash! Provides cleaning sprays and towels along with the free vacuums! Great monthly membership! I believe there is a floor matt washing machine.

BEWARE: For some dumb reason they only do exterior washes on Sundays. No interiors. That's why people show up for a full wash on Sundays, because they're NOT working on Sundays. They have more time to get things done. Whereas they have less time during the M-F work week. Especially if they work during the day. So it's harder to drive over there for a full wash when there are more people & traffic during that time. So I wasted a trip. The owner, managers & supervisors all need to go back to remedial business school. Because this so basic. Rule #1: The customer is always right. Rule #2: If the customer is wrong, see Rule #1.

I am a LONG time user of the Clean Sweep on South Broadway. I used this location because close to work. I loved the people there also. Thanks for the Virus I have been working from home. What did Clean Sweep do? Built a brand new one close to my home. I have the best of both worlds now. Clean Sweep on Boston Road is one of the newest car washes in Lexington. All new equipment makes for a fantastic wash. Plenty of vacuums and always towels available to spot clean and dry. The people are excellent and very helpful. I leave with a smile on my face and a super clean SUV.

I wash my car 3-4 times a week, seriously. Great car wash, excellent soap and wax. Bug remover spray before wash is fantastic, but please should just spray front end, mirrors and windshield you will save on volume and other areas typically don't have that high amount of bugs. Towels are perfect size and plenty of them. Love the vacuums, maybe a bit more pressure on the air. Have gone to the others and had memberships, cancelled after the first wash here, far better. Live the conveyer belt and not the track system that jolts your car forward. This one is smooth as silk. Love the rinse cycle, it truly rinses the car completely. The tire shine gets all of the tire. Nothing shines like a Cadillac, it's true more than ever thanks to clean sweep.

When the subject of car washes come up, I tell anyone I know in Lexington, that this is the place they should get their car washed. From the unlimited wash plans, right down to the actual design of the facility, everything about this Clean Sweep location (Boston Rd) is top notch. They’re strategically located and give you not only great service and sparkling results, but the layout is perfect. For example, other stores have the vacuums and detailing area BEFORE the wash area. I know it’s nist a design flaw in the facility, but it’s not quite the same as the double barrel action of the detailing/vac area you see at Boston Rd where you can dry your car, detail it, and just make it look the way YOU want, and there’s plenty of room… AND everything is provided. No need to go to a vending machine or bring a towel from home. Towels, cleaner, vacuums, trash cans, It’s all there for your convenience. They've also never failed to take my floor mats (I have the aftermarket hard rubber shell model) and clean them so they look new. The employees all seem genuinely happy to help you, any way they can, and It’s definitely a total team effort. At so many car washes, it’s like 1 guy busting his hump while 5 other guys stand around looking at their phones. Not here. Travis, the manager has built a real winner in terms of culture, and I’ve yet to be there, that he isn’t out there himself helping his team wherever help is needed.. Finally, they’re always helpful and talk to you like you’re an old friend. Think “Cheers” with suds and vacuums. They talk to you, ask how you’ve been, and are always accommodating. They're especially adept at handling Karen’s who tend to cause problems and blame us lesser mortals through habitual mentions of how long they’ve lived in the area (which apparently makes you infallible) thanks for being Fair and honest on that , Travis! The only downer about this location, is that the word has definitely gotten out about their superior service which seems to have increased the prices pretty steeply over the last 3 to 4 years., But that’s not a reflection on the staff, in any way. Big Thanks to Travis and the team for always taking care of me and making my car look like it just rolled off the lot!!

Edit: Cody with upper management called me to get the details after my experience. He was kind, calm, and regretted the situation. He definitely turned my disappointment around and provided great customer service and made me feel like our business matters. Boston Rd location - Terrible customer service. We have monthly memberships on 4 cars and have for several years, through different ownership. Our debit card expired so I called to update it. I was told I needed to come in. Since I was working my husband went in to give them a new card number. We also wanted to downgrade two of the plans from the Works to Wheel Deal. Instead of this being a simple issue, he left there with receipts for 4 new memberships, canceling our current plans and prices. Now we are paying more per car, per month for less services. This makes no absolute sense. Why would be pay more for less. Instead of talking us through the issue and being transparent on the cost increase, it was just done for us. Then when I called to question it, they were rude and unwilling to work with us. I ended driving back over (2nd call and 2nd trip) to explain my frustration. They lied to my face and treated me rudely. So much for customer loyalty. They did finally give me a small discount, but we are still paying $9 more a month overall for less services. Consider going to another car wash
