Absolutely the worst service ever. Were can I start. First they couldn't even open my hood, while trying to open it, they messed it up. I had to get out and open it for them. They tested my battery, and when asked to turn my car on, it wouldn't start, they couldn't figure out why, I got out of the car again to see what was going on, and they had un plugged the battery to test and didn't plug it back in!!! Of course the car wasnt turning on but THEY couldn't figure that out?? And when I asked them to just plug it in and it will start, they said bc it wasnt their battery they cant do it! After a while they did plug it in and all kinds of lights came on including my engine light witch was not on before.. I just went in for an oil change and came out with a broken hood, and engine light on. One of the guys was apologetic, but the MANAGER just keeper saying it wasnt their fault, how in the world is he a manager i couldn't tell ya, this is the same guy that looked at the unplugged battery and didn't know why it wasnt turning on. .. Absolutely terrible experience.

STAY AWAY from this location! To start, the people here have an absolutely terrible attitude. I came here for an oil change and I initially agreed to have a differential service done, but after being told they could only service one section and not both, I decided I did not want the service at all. That should have been the end of it. Instead, the technician became visibly upset and aggressively insisted on selling me the service anyway. Even after I clearly said no multiple times, he tried to include it regardless. When I asked him to remove it, he became irate. A coworker approached him and asked if everything was okay. Hoping the situation would be handled professionally, I said, “No, he’s upset.” The coworker then snapped at me, saying, “Don’t say that. You wouldn’t like someone coming into your workplace saying that.” Completely uncalled for, especially since he had no idea what was going on. To top it off, he had the audacity to wave goodbye as he walked away. This guy was a Caucasian male with big goofy ear rings, don’t know his name. What makes this even worse is that all of this was happening while a senior technician was supposedly training a new employee, which makes the lack of professionalism and quality control even more concerning. I left the Broadway location feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I immediately went to the new location on Citation and Georgetown Rd, where they discovered the Broadway store failed to top off my fluids, didn’t check my tires, didn’t reset my oil life, and left an oil mess all over the front end of my vehicle. These are basic services that should have been completed correctly the first time. Thankfully, the team at the Citation location actually did their job and treated me with respect. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from the Broadway store and take your business to the Citation location instead.

I have been to several valvoline shops in Lexington. I would never return to this one. The employees were rude and not helpful! There’s too many of the shops around town don’t go to this one. Go to another one! I believe the employee that was extremely rude to me was named Wade and as I’ve read other reviews about this location, multiple people have complained about him. Valvoline, you may want to make an employee change! You’re losing business because of this guy.

The Valvoline power is obvious. Josh (topside), Jacob (bottomside), and Wade (CSR) are the best. This Oil Change is living proof that you will get the most excellent service and your car will fly. Literally lift off of the ground and take flight. Most importantly, my son was born without bones and when I got his oil changed on his 2006 KIA RIO, he grew bones. Don't ask me how it happened but the magic is there. I wish I could hug the mechanic who changed my son's oil and thank them for everything they have done for my car and family.
