I do not know why you have to pay for a warranty when their service department is AWFUL. I have had my car for a year and told them at the beginning there was a noise coming from underneath and after taking for the second time about this noise still told nothing was wrong after insisting they check again was told a cracked manifold, then told was getting the part for a discount with no warranty I checked the part and found at advanced auto for 40 dollars cheaper with a year warranty. My car was also overheating and was told fluid was low that was all. Two days later overheated again. Have tried to call 5 times to get looked at again and cant get an answer or leave a message. What is the point of paying for a warranty and you cant get in and when you do problems never fixed.

I have a great car! The service department is the best! 11/13/18 I have had my car almost 3 yrs now and she got sick for the first time since I've had her. And Chris in Lexington took great care of my baby. She runs like a brand new car. So thankful for these guys!

Friendly service. Ally was very patient while helping me, made for a good experience. After having my car less than a yr, I have to say that the employees there are always friendly. My only problem would be that it seems like everytime I take the car into the shop ,it comes out with more problems. Seems like there is always something wrong with the car. But the service department employees are always friendly and really try to help.

What a great company to work with. I had my identity stolen not long ago and it absolutely ruined my credit. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get a loan for a much needed vehicle. With the help of this companies employees, I was into a nice vehicle within a couple of hours. The vehicle, no matter what kind, comes with a 3 year or 36 000 mile warranty. They also are very quick to fix any problems that arise with the vehicle during the time you are renting to own it. Ive never had much luck with "buy here pay here" even with lemon laws they still get you however I got a great car thats ran perfect for months. Its a little high on price but.... Also service dept is awful. It's hard to contact them and even if you make an appointment. It's a business that you can feel are closing there doors soon.

So if you want to feel not rushed, or judged because your kids are rowdy..then here's the place to go for great buys too...they'll take good care of you... They do a good job on what they do. With that said, beyond oil changes & the occasional tune up if your buying the accessories isn't a lot. But they also know good people & places to refer you to. In house services (garage) is going to run you 52$ an hour. But if you have a warranted Bechtel through them you'll enjoy all the oil changes you want for only 12$.

Great place with amazing people! I purchased my first car with them in 2018 and on 10/22/2021 I went and purchased another one! They made me feel very secure and they are very knowledgeable! I went in from out of town and was running 2 h behind. I arrived at 605p was out by 745p. Love them! The only place I will buy a vehicle from even if I have to travel from out of town!

The store manger and the service department manager have been easy to work with- there have been issues with my car since the first day I bought it but, the store has been very accommodating to my needs and done their dudilagence to correct my issues in a very timely manner. This experience for me , so far, has been a good one. With Byrider, in less than 7 months, I have improved my credit score and qualified for a credit card. By here- pay here car lots are expensive but, for the money I am spending and the warranty and treatment I am receiving I feel all the expense is justified.

This is the only dealership that would give me a car with only a few months of work history & literally nonexistent credit. I only had $1,000 to put down but they still let me pick a Kia Soul that I really wanted if I agreed to put another 1,000 down at tax time to make it a larger “down payment” which I am extremely grateful for. I get a great car warranty & super cheap oil changes. The staff are so friendly & they make me feel welcomed every time I go in for something. I ALWAYS recommend them to my friends. Most of them ended up going with other dealerships & immediately regretted it because they always sneak things into the contracts that they didn’t talk about before hand. Byrider doesn’t do that. They’re straight to the point and aren’t trying to be sneaky or stingy. I’ll make sure to come back once my daughter needs her first car as well. I know I can trust them :)
