The service is excellent! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work! last year they serviced my AC , it’s working so well I need a jacket. This year I needed some extensive work done and once again I am extremely pleased. The service was quick and efficient, I dropped my car off Thursday, July 3rd they were closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I was able to pick my car up Monday afternoon . They even found a way to save me almost $300. Who doesn’t like saving money?!

As usual, Complete Automotive Repair fixed my car today with no drama & no problems. The price was very reasonable. I waited on my car while they worked on it. It took less time than they anticipated. I have taken my vehicles to CAR for many years. I trust them. My trust has been validated many times. Several times I have been told by another vehicle-related business that I needed something done to my car. CAR could’ve easily done the work and charged me but they did not. They explain what needs to happen and why, what is urgent and what can wait. I appreciate their willingness to give advice. I know nothing about cars and need help sometimes to make decisions. I’ve never been given advice that was less than excellent. When I need to have a repair done on my car I know I can rely on CAR to explain what’s going on in a way that I can understand, accurately quote the cost of what they’re doing and update me if they find anything else wrong before doing it, and do an excellent job. They are professional and friendly. They are good people. I always feel comfortable there. I highly recommend CAR without reservation.

I had been having a lift gate issue with my Nissan rogue - it hadn’t worked in over a month. We tried everything ourselves so decided it was time to get it checked out by a professional. I called around for availability and Complete Automotive Repair was able to get me in the next day. They were so kind and helpful. It was fixed within minutes! Solid mechanics and great human beings. Being a woman most shops would see an opportunity to make some cash but not this shop. They have a customer for life now. I will be back and will tell anyone and everyone about them.

Awesome to work with. We had been dealing with an issue with my wife’s tailgate on her SUV. Couldn’t figure out the issue. I was told from another repair shop that my 2022 ram needed a new engine. I brought my vehicle here to see if I could get a better estimate. Not only were they significantly lower but they asked if I was sure the engine needed replaced. I told them I wasn't sure but that's what I was told. Well come to find out it wasn't the engine and it just needed some minor repairs and was dramatically cheaper and saved me from spending a lot of money that wouldn't have been needed. First off I want to thank this business for their honesty and for looking out for their customers and treating them respectfully. I can’t give enough praise to this shop! They have pretty much rebuilt my 1995 Ford F150 Eddie Bauer Special. It started with an engine replacement and they have replaced everything from the transmission to shifter cable and pulleys and custom made transmission coolant lines (don’t make them anymore to buy had to be made to fix the issue) gas tank and fuel pumps, and many other things. I’m sure they are tired of seeing this old thing in their garage but they have saved me many times as it is my daily driver. Always prompt with getting me in and they don’t hold back on what they charge and why. All their work is top quality and customer service to rival any shop! All work is warrantied and the warranty work is handled with as much care as initial work. If I could be a rolling billboard for them I would! Thank you for keeping me on the road!

I am remiss in leaving this review, but it's been due to health issues. Fortunately all is well now, and I am happy to report a very positive experience with Complete Automotive Repair in June of 2025. On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed. The repair was done excellently and we were relieved that the cost was reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional.
