We were on a road trip this past Saturday when our vehicle began making a sound. Made a call to Guillermo's, from the road, and they were able to look at it as we came into town. The vehicle didn't make the sound while we were there, and no codes to check, but so appreciate the time and kindness to attempt to help us out. At Guillermo's, I found exactly the kind of service and results I've always hoped for but rarely found from auto mechanics. I chose to take my bought-used, 15-year-old SUV to Guillermo's, because his business hours exceed those of most others, and so would better suit my needs. I had a good idea of what needed to get done: a wheel bearing replacement. As soon as I arrived, Guillermo, the business owner, began an objective investigation into the noise and rumbling at my vehicle's front end. He brought me into the shop to see how worn out the bearing / hub assembly was. In the process, he also discovered a separate but very unusual problem with my front brakes: the existing caliper bracket was an incorrect type for my vehicle model that offset the brake pads, in turn leaving an area of the disks and the pads all but unused. He made several trips to a nearby parts store to acquire parts that would not only resolve but also determine the source of the problem. I was able to inspect his findings and confirm what I wanted done. All the work got done the same day (far better than most other shops where your vehicle is left for days), and at a fair, if even too-fair, cost of labor (complimentary diagnostics and written estimate, even as the original issue lead to another, less common issue with more work that allowed fixing rather than repeating the problem). I appreciate Guillermo's care and commitment to working for the customer, and I would return to a business that has earned my trust.

This place is the best! They’re open till 8pm during the week so I was able to come in after work and classes whereas other mechanics are already closed by 6pm. Brakes were grinding loud so had them look at it and they replaced my front rotors and pads and also an oil change. They were so fast only took about an hour and the price was very fair. They definitely aren’t out to scam you on car repairs. Definitely will be back to Guillermos for all my car repair needs!

Honest and Efficient Service My car wouldn't start, and I knew it was the alternator. Luckily, this shop confirmed the issue and replaced it quickly. But what truly impressed me was their above-and-beyond service. They managed to retrieve my stuck key, saving me from a locksmith call. They also double-checked everything and ensured my car was in top shape. On top of their expertise, their prices were incredibly reasonable. Quality service that is both fast and affordable. The office is clean as well. As the other reviews already suggest, Guillermo is the kind of friendly and trustworthy business owner you wish you could always work with. At present, they only accept cash, check, or Zelle. I found this out a bit late, which I did not appreciate, and it caused a headache, so plan ahead. The inconvenience is worth it.
