8 months after I bought my charger there the motor goes out. Cost me just as much to replace it as it was even worth. I’m suing them. Don’t buy from there.

Bought a 2006 Nissian Armada from this place June 11th 2021 & the owner told me when I bought the vehicle if I have any problems with the vehicle to bring it back and he’ll fix it . Well the next day a bunch of lights came on and I took it to auto zone to get it read to see what was wrong and it said I needed sensors. Took the truck and paperwork back to him and he told he would fix but he didn’t have any mechanics there that day to come back I went back 3 times before him telling me to come on a certain day . I dropped my truck off to him at 9:30 in the morning and he told me it would only take 3 to 4 hours to fix I said ok. I called at 2 pm and he said no it would take a few more hours . Waited until 545 and finally went up there to notice he hadn’t even fixed the issues or even worked on my truck. So I tell him I have to go my son has an appointment in the morning in Louisville and I take the truck I get half way home and notice it is sliding back and forth and I barley have control of it . I was lucky enough to make it to my grandparents house and noticed that my back tire was falling off ! I had my uncle come down and take my tire off and put it back on and as soon as he let the truck off the jack the tire popped back out so I called the man he said I’ll have it towed up here in the morning . It would be a whole 26 hours until he got the tow to get it . He told me my truck would done by Thursday ( a whole week) I called him Wednesday to see if it was close to being done he promised it would done by Thursday for sure ! So I go up there the next day he tells me that he just got the part for my truck and it would be a couple of hours so I went to my sisters and waited he called me at 7:47 to tell me he would have to use WD40 and let it sit over night meaning he hadn’t even worked nor looked at for a whole week! So we POLITELY told him that communication is important and to please stay in contact ! So Friday night he texts me and says it’s ready and sends me a bill for 455.34 so I sent my uncle up there to talk to him and he proceeds to tell my uncle that he doesn’t want to work with us no more and that we were rude to him Thursday so I POLITELY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR THE VEHICLE AND SAID “I DONT HAVE IT MA’AM” my point is NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE HE HAS MANY LAWSUITS AGAINST HIM FROM THE “AUTO PLAZA” shop he had in Nicholasville!!!

The few 5 star ratings for them are employees and/or family. Same crooks from the nicholasville location. Got me for $2,000 there as a vendor and they like to take their junk cars to repair shops, have work done, write a check and then cancel the check the moment they pull off. They should all be in jail.

Buyers Beware!! I would not even give this place 1 star if it would let me take one away! Long story short, he sold me a car with the transmission going out, told me he’d give me a warranty but didn’t give me the paperwork even though I signed them and then he never submitted it with the warranty company, also the title showed good until after I purchased it now it shows salvaged and that it had been totaled with frame damage!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here, he’ll lie and cheat you anyway he can, shameful!! This place truly needs shut down!!
