A friend of mine had his suzuki motorcycle repaured there and they messed it up worse than it was before they took it in. They might be good at working on a Harley or Indian but if you have any other brand take it elsewhere

Good people. I was in a bind with a snapped bolt in a fork axle lug on a brand new bike. They got me sorted out, ordered a factory part from KTM at a fair price and got my suspension fork back in working order.

Very happy with the great customer support and work that was done on my motorcycle. Paradise cycles is now the motorcycle shop I will use for all maintenance or work that my motorcycle needs.

Travis and the crew are knowledgeable and want to be helpful and thurough. They are my only Lexington choice. At the time of that review I had faith in them. Now I have no confidence. I was lied to and my machine was not happy with the outcome. Will not bash the business but I will NOT be back.

I would say like most, ain't just anybody turning wrenches on my bike. That said, this is who my bike guys are. Always done an excellent job. Just a tad busy but you want them be busy than not. Kinda speaks for itself, tells what ya may not hear. I'll take a number if need be, All Day

Great local small shop l! John was friendly and helpful looking for a throttle cable for my shovelhead that I was sure I had to order, but he took the time to find one that was returned hanging on the shelf. Stay away from the Boutique that wants to sell you boots and sew patches on your leather's they're not a MC shop

Not impressed with this shop at all. Over charged me. And charged for stuff they didn't replace. Had to take to another shop to fix it right. Won't go back

Decided to have them put new tires on my harley. They went way above and beyond with me over the phone to help me figure out which tires I needed that also fit my budget. Travis and crew were all super friendly and very helpful. If you need a shop, definitely give them a try.

Travis and the crew have done nothing but provided me with excellent service! Being a new Harley owner, Travis has been very helpful on providing expert advice and has not steered me wrong. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days! Travis and the crew are very trustworthy in my opinion!

Vintage Honda scooter runs like new! This is where to take your bike big or small. Replaced several parts , correct diagnosis and very courteous. Thought they wouldn’t want to take on working a small 86 Honda scooter, but they know their trade. Excellent !

So far I've had a very good experience. I took my bike in a little while ago and they told me straight up it'd be a couple weeks before they'd be able to look at it which was fine. When they did they looked over it for safety to make sure everything is alright. They got back to me within the time they told me and have been very good about working with me and my budget and what I could pay when. They've definitely helped me and I appreciate all they've done for me

On June 15 of this year, I dropped off my 2006 Honda shadow at Paradise cycles in Lexington Kentucky. I requested a brake flush and pad change, a carb cleaning, an overall inspection of the bike, and a clutch handle adjustment if possible. I was explicitly clear to not have the oil or final drive fluid changed on the bike, or any sort of tune up. This order sheet was in writing at the time of my drop off. A tech who was doing the job refused initially to work on the bike because he said that the tires were dry rotted and unsafe, even though I disagreed, I authorized tires to be ordered and mounted on my motorcycle. That was in July. Over the course of about two months, I was repeatedly told by the same tech that “two bikes are in front of me“, and that my bike would be ready the following week. In August, I was called by the same tech to order a part for the carburetor in order to finish the carb job, and I approved that purchase over the phone. I was given a turnaround time of roughly a few days after the part was received in the shop. After no contact, in early October, I ordered the shop to immediately stop any work being performed on my bike as they’ve had it for almost 4 months. I was given a phone call by the same tech, who had told me that spark plugs had been installed and that the final drive fluid had been changed, work that I never approved of, and explicitly said to not do when I initially signed work over to the shop. I made it clear to the tech that I would not pay for any parts or labor for the bike that not only I didn’t approve of but was clear during intake that I did not want performed. Today he explained to me this morning that they will not adjust the remaining balance that includes parts and labor for plugs and final drive work that I did not want performed on the bike. I have been a customer of theirs for roughly three years with no issue until now and their records will reflect that. I rarely give a poor review of a company because I always want to give a business the benefit of doubt, but they made this so wrong for me as a customer and as a rider. I will never return to this shop.

Needed to replace a tire while stopped in Lexington on a trip from New Orleans up to Vermont, Paradise not only had the correct tire for my Ducati Hyperstrada in stock but installed it and went wayyyyy above and beyond in order to get me safely rolling again. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, treat the bike like their own, and do not overcharge. Their tire markup is quite reasonable and they don’t take advantage of folks… a solid, well run business, wish there were more bike shops like Paradise, thanks again for getting me back the road… ride safe!

I had 2 motorcycles in need of care and the guys at Paradise cycles did a great job. I now have 2 motorcycles that purr like kittens. So happy with the job they did and they were helpful in the breakdown of what was wrong and identifying the must fixes vs the would help fixes and giving choices on the repairs. Will be using them always for future needs.
