I had a very bad experience with Shaq! At first, I thought that I am dealing with a good and fair mechanic, but it is totally opposite! He was working on my grandpa’s passat, and changed the spring, head gasket, timing chain and waterpump. I thought he did a good job until i started having leaks that i never had until visiting his shop! I went back, he charged me to fix coolant leak… anyway, just a few days after i figured that my oil is also leaking somewhere, and i asked him to immediately look at it, and he pushed it back for 3 weeks, I hit him up after 3 weeks, then he said that he can’t look at it in at least another 2 weeks… i texted him after that and he told me not to bring the car and he wont look at it, and to lose his number..than i went off and called him and told him that enough is enough! than i recieved threats over the phone call, and him saying “come to my shop right now, I’ll knock your teeth down the throat” and that is absolutely insane!! I do not recommend this guy to anybody, and my experience with him is not good at all!! HEADS UP FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!

Had an issue with my Neice’s C300, something was wrong with transmission and had some electrical problems. The car had been to another garage before coming to SHAQ’s auto sales and repair the previous mechanic had messed up and left the car as is. After bringing the car to SHAQ’s shop they were very patient and did not even show me a sign of unwillingness to help and fix the car. Literally took them 3 to 4 days to find the issue and fix it. Car was driving so smooth and had no electrical issues anymore, they even went out of their way to fix the seat motor. For all that repair the price was very fair and reasonable. Hats 🎩 off to their dedication and good work. I asked my niece how the car was? SHE SAID IT DRIVES PERFECT AND GAVE ME A HUG 🤗. Thank you so much for what y’all did(SHAQ’s Auto and sales) her jester was priceless 🙌🏾

I can't recommend Shaq's Auto Repair enough. We were in the middle of a twelve hour car trip and got stranded in Lexington on a Thursday afternoon. Our clutch wasn't working and we happened to be on the same street as their shop. Even though they were clearly very busy, Abdul said they would be willing to fit us in and see if there was a simple fix for our issue. It was unbelievable after being turned away by so many. These gentlemen pulled our car into their shop and did their best to get us back on the road. They got some air out of the lines between the master slave cylinders and we were able to limp our car to a hotel while we decided what to do. They are true good samaritans, who were willing to help people they didn't even know and will likely never see again. These are honest, straightforward, and hardworking people. Thank you to everyone at Shaq's Auto for your kindness and good work on our car.

We traded in our 2010 Chrysler minivan for a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali. The pricing was very fair and Shaq's had gone completely over the vehicle and fixed any problems that the vehicle had before the sale so there was nothing to fix or adjust after we got it home.
