Jeff replaced the windshield in my pick-up truck and I am very happy with the job he did. Jeff was both professional and friendly, and did a thorough and clean job of replacing the windshield. Also, the office and sales staff are very nice to work with and provide friendly and personable service. They went out of their way to provide a quality service at a great price. This was the second vehicle that I've had them repair glass in and I've been very pleased both times. I highly recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass to anyone local in need of auto glass repair!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My window engine broke so I couldn’t roll up the window. They made me pay for the replacement part before looking at my car. They replaced it and it broke the next day. They said they would replace the part because it’s under warranty. When I brought the car I was there for hours. It turns out they had to remove the part, drive to the store for the free replacement all while I waited for hours. When I complained about waiting for so long with three kids they said they couldn’t fix it and to go somewhere else. Everything was a mess and an inch gap between the window and car. I made it home because my children were upset. I called and complained that they needed to give me a refund since I’d paid hundreds of dollars, hours of my time and left with a broken window. They sent someone to my house instead and said it was unfair to them that the window was still broken because they would lose money. The window still didn’t work and I was told they needed a code for the car to fix it and they’d stop by in a few days to fix it. I called after a week and they said there isn’t a code and they can’t fix it. The only way to get my money back is to bring my car so they can remove the part. So I spent hundreds of dollars and my window still doesn’t work right. It also now makes a really loud noise when the car locks and the lock is broken. My car won’t stay locked and the alarm goes off every time. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever hard. Stay far away. I’m in worse shape than before I went in.

Josh and Jeff just finished replacing my windshield. They were professional, efficient and punctual. I will use Triple Crown again if the need arises and I highly recommend them to anyone. Update to my original review above, There was a small leak and my rain sensor stop working, I called, they set up an appointment at their facility, the repairs took 20 minutes. They could not have been nicer to work with. So not only was the initial work a five star, but the follow up just as outstanding. I highly recommend these guys.

After calling my insurance agent about my cracked windshield, I was connected with Triple Crown Auto Glass. They took care of everything. They contacted the insurance provider and walked me through the whole process. Morgan contacted me the next day and was at my place of work within 30 minutes, and the job was completed in another 30 minutes after that. He even wiped down the interior of my car, it is the cleanest it has been in months. I will definitely recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass work, and will certainly call them in the future for any of my personal needs.

Incredible work! Our service tech, Chris, did a great job with our vehicles and was able to complete both incredibly quickly. He noticed some rust around the seals of my back glass as it was needing replaced and took the time to grind down the rust to prevent future issues at no additional cost. He really took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time. I could not thank him enough for being so honest, observant, and hardworking! Triple Crown also worked very well with our insurance (Allstate) as well, and made the process easy. We were even able to get appointments within 48 hours! You can tell they really care about each client. Awesome work. Would highly recommend!

First went to safelite and the experience there was terrible. I called around and the first to call back was triple crown. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and explained the insurance and put us right on the phone with Allstate. It was a very good experience with installations, insurance and just overall politeness. Highly recommend. They replaced the windshield in 30 minutes. Came right to my house. Very timely

Wow! What an awesome experience! I especially have high standards because I worked in the industry for 4 years, so I was surprised that my insurance company had setup an appointment with Triple Crown instead of Safelite, and I'm so glad that they did. Morgan was my glass technician and was a real professional in both mannerisms and workmanship. I felt relieved that I didn't need to stay and watch or micromanage durning the installation and instead could focus on my work. My windshield looks perfect and I couldn't be an happier. I really appreciate how easy it was to setup my appointment which was quick and easy. Great company to do business with, I highly recommend them for glass replacement. Amazing experience. I called and provided details on my SUV and insurance. They immediately did a 3-way call with me and my insurance company. We went over the information and it was approved immediately. My appointment was the next morning at 8am and by 9:30 my SUV was ready with a new windshield and calibration done. Had a front windshield replaced on my 2004 accord in July of 2022. The bad: reassembly of the wipers, weather stripping, and moldings was poorly done. The wipers were attached in the wrong position on the window, gaps in the moulding, etc. (see attached pics). Very shabby reassembly. The Good: they sent a tech to my house to fix the moulding and wipers, however still noticing improperly installed moulding. Also, the windshield isn't leaking, which is most important.

Don't use this glass company. They knew possible damage to my door trim and seal could happen. But didn't tell me until the tech showed up and started man handling the A pillar. Manager basically told me my car was old and crappy. Not knowing I work on cars and could remove them myself. If I had only been giving a heads up.

We went to the county clerk to get an inspection and failed for a cracked windshield. My husband called safelite but they weren't going to be able to get us in until Saturday or an hour away on Friday at 11 A.M. We were leaving town for work again and needed to get our inspection done. We called Triple crown and not only were they a little cheaper but they were only 15 minutes away and got us in Friday morning at 8 A.M. We were in and out in less than an hour. The sherrif at the clerks office was surprised we got it done so quick since we were just at the office Thursday late afternoon. I highly recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass!

Within a span of 6 months they had to install 3 windshields due to the fact they couldn’t install it right. I do have aftermarket accessories on my car making it harder for the windshield install and I asked them before they even touched my car if they were comfortable and confident they can replace it. They said yes and boy were they wrong. Within those 6 months I had around $1,750 in damages done to my car due to them leaving trim pieces loose and not putting ANY push pins back in other body panels that led too damages to my car. The employees kept saying they couldn’t help me and I had to speak to the owner. (Which took forever to get in contact with). The owner replaced the last windshield and couldn’t wire any of my lights back up before returning it to me due to his lack of skill. Before I even left the parking lot with my car I saw that he had bent my hood latch and the owner said he has no cameras in the shop and there was nothing they could do about it. Then he completely quit responding to me. I highly reccomend no one going here.
