We had a starter go bad on a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and Charlie got it in the shop same day, fixed it and advised us of a leaking water pump, a big deal as summer is not too far. They fixed it and it's been working perfectly. You can hear the difference when starting now, it sounds smooth and correct. Charlie's team fixed it and for a very good price. Thank you for your great work.

I had a strange noise coming from one of my tires but was unsure what the cause was. I had been assuming the worst (wheel bearing, bad rotor, etc.). After an hour of looking at my car, Meineke called & said my rotor dust shield had gotten bent/warped, likely during the winter storm, & that he adjusted it for me free of charge! I will never go anywhere else in Lexington to get my car problems checked out, they’re extremely quick and kind people!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After taking my car to two other places that couldn’t figure out the issue (and completely overlooked the real problem), this team found it and fixed it the same day. I need to come clean. About a week and a half ago, I cheated on Charlie. I went somewhere else for an oil change. I know. I’m not proud. It was a weak moment driven by convenience and the fact that I had my daughter with me and didn’t want to unload everyone from the car. I told myself it “made sense.” I told myself it was “just this once.” These are the lies people tell when they stray. Let the record show: there are no excuses. Cheating is wrong. Especially when it’s just because you didn’t want to get out of the car. But here’s the thing…the entire time I was sitting there, I felt like I was betraying the one person who has never betrayed me…Charlie. No one checks things like Charlie. No one gives honest advice like Charlie. No one makes you feel confident driving away like Charlie. And here’s where karma stepped in. Because the “other place” made a very simple mistake while performing my oil change which ended up costing me more to clean up than the cost of the oil change itself. Oil poured all over my engine making my entire car smell of sweet sweet regret. And where did ol’ Big Blue end up? In Charlie’s arms. She got cleaned up in no time and back on the open road. Lesson learned. Loyalty matters. Quality matters. And next time, we’re going to Charlie, even if it means wrangling a child and a snack bag in the parking lot. Charlie, if you’re reading this, I have admitted my fault and wish to start a fresh slate. I’m hopeful for our future together! Never again. 🚙💔➡️❤️

Excellent, honest service. My car was struggling to start and I had Autozone run a diagnostic on it, which said the started needed to be replaced. Meineke had the lowest price, so I brought the car in and told them I wanted a new starter. When they checked it, they told me the starter was fine, and it was simply a bad connection, saving me nearly 700 dollars. The fixed the connection and I brought it back to Autozone and the diagnostic said it was good. They could’ve easily replaced the starter and billed me for it, and I would’ve never known. Instead, they’ve made a customer for life out of me with their honesty and good workmanship. I’ve since been back for other work and after sitting in the lobby waiting for my car, I’m certain that my experience was not unique. These guys are honest, and do good work. Thank you, Charlie and crew!

I will never take my car elsewhere for regular maintenance or repair. The prices are reasonable and fair. They are also honest about the repair work and will not make up a problem about your vehicle and perform useless work. Charlie is so friendly and personable. My particular car has a problem with oil consumption. So he told me to bring it by anytime and they would check my oil to make sure my car has enough.
