Went in for an oil change and an alignment. All of my plastic push pins in the rear that hold the plastic molding up were missing. Steering wheel was slightly off center. Vehicle tends to pull when it didn't before. I've change my own oil for a long time because I was always afraid of the stories where people were neglectful changing oil. It seems I may have to switch back to that again. Never lost a push pin doing it myself.

I went to two other tire repairs with Walmart and was told they couldn't get to me today although my tire was leaking air with a screw in the side wall. Luckily I had a air pump that plugs into the car to keep me going. While on my way to another tire center I pass this Tire Discounters that I had passed on because it closed at 6 according to Google. I just had to try. I walk in minutes after 6 and Colton said no problem. Even though they were closed he still made sure I got a new tire. I'm planning on new tires soon and this is were I'll be coming. I absolutely suggest you have your tires serviced here.

I had a nail in a tire. Stopped in without an appointment. They were able to look at the tire within about 30 or so minutes. They found that the nail hadn't punctured the tire at all, and sent me on my way at no charge. I appreciate that a lot.

Did not perform wheel alignment. We purchased a full set of new tires, which included a wheel alignment. After reviewing our dash cam footage, we confirmed the vehicle was never even driven onto the alignment rack. This is completely deceptive, dishonest, and a clear violation of customer trust. How many other customers are being scammed by services that are never actually performed?

I always come to the one on Winchester Road and deal with Eddie but Eddie isn't here anymore and let me tell you the company as a whole doesnt disappoint! Kevin has replaced Eddie and although I miss Eddie's silly self Kevin was just as great! 2 repaired and one replaced tire later I'm happy again

Made an appointment to purchase and install 4 new tires. When scheduling the appointment provided year, make and model of my car. Took my car in at 8 a.m. only to be called an hour later to come back and pick up my car because Tire Discounter did not have tires to fit my car and would need to order them. In the mean time I was able to locate the tires on line and have them installed. When I called Tire Discounters to let them know that I had located the tires on line, the man on the phone became rude and surly as he explained what an inconvenience this had been for tire discounters. When I replied that I had been inconvenienced as well by making an appointment, providing all relevant information concerning my vehicle, driving to the shop at 8 a.m. only to be told an hour later that the tires were not in stock, then having to return to Tire Discounters to pick up my car, the representative from Tire Discounters hung up on me. Very disappointed by the lack of service and professionalism of Tire Discounters staff. Will not recommend this company in the future.

Highly recommended!!! We were 3 hours from home. After calling multiple stores, no one had a tire in stock. So we called a local mobile tire service and was quoted $467 + tax for a 225/75/15 tire brought to us..... highway robbery!!!!! Finally found this tire discounters store 5 minutes after they closed. So we called and the gentleman understood our situation and was willing to help. Told us to get to the shop quick and they would switch it out. Got us a tire for just under $130 mounted and out the door. My dad runs a towing/tire company back home and we have vowed to never buy tires anywhere else... that being said, I would recommend these guys to anyone! They took the time to understand that we were out of town. It was getting closer to a time when we were going to get no help due to being late at night. And ABOVE ALL. I do not feel like they tried taking advantage of us just because we were our of town and in a pinch. Thanks a million guys!!!!!

I'm leaving three stars mainly because of the simple fact of the district manager that helped get me help but I was in the waiting room for 15 minutes before anybody helped me I also had a friend that used to work here that warned me that this location was racist but I was like okay well I've gotten multiple tires from here and never noticed until today it took them 15 minutes to get me even taken care of then another 30 minutes to get the tire and stuff done when all they were doing was just put the tire on the rim and the top it all off the main reason I'm leaving three stars is said district manager that I was speaking highly of had the audacity to ask me are you feeling better now no I had an blowout yesterday had the way today to get my car from Georgetown you don't have any parking which by the way I had to park my $60,000 collector's edition mustang in the middle of the road in their parking lot while they're handicapped parking lots were taken up with cars that they just have parked there no handicap stickers so yea I just won't be back was warned but wanted to give it a fair shot but no if you're a person of color they will be snippy with you

This store put new tires on my f250 on 10-14-25. A few months later my insurance got jacked up because they said I was driving the truck 60,000 miles a year when I only drive around 10,000 miles a year. I ended up being on the phone for hours with my insurance company trying to get to the bottom of what was going on. They thought maybe an oil change place had written my mileage down wrong. I explained that I change my own oil and haven't had it at any oil change places and I haven't had any work done on it for at least three years. After a lot of time on the phone with my insurance I remembered that I had my tires changed at Tire Discounters on Winchester Road. I eventually found the receipt for that and sure enough they had written my mileage down as 220,321 miles instead of the 120,321 miles which it actually is. My insurance tells me that I not only have to go back to Tire Discounters and have them correct their mistake but I also have to go somewhere else and have my oil changed, which it doesn't need because I just changed it myself (I change my own oil because an oil change place forgot to put my oil cap back on 30 years ago and almost blew my engine and I made a decision at that point to always change my own oil), but now I have to go somewhere else and have my oil changed so that I can have a second form of documentation with my mileage on it because Tire Discounters reported the wrong mileage to Carfax which then shared that information with my insurance who then jacked my rates. So I explained to the manager at Tire Discounter that this mistake has cost me hours of time. Me driving there today and having to come back tomorrow to get the corrected Carfax report, more time and money going to a second place and having my oil changed unnecessarily and paying for that and the increase in my premium that I have had to pay in the meantime and then more time getting this information to my insurance. His remedy for all this was that he could give me a free oil change. Their mistake will cost me at least 4 hours of my time once I have completed all the side quests that I am being forced to go on and paying for an unnecessary and unwanted oil change out of my pocket as well as an increased insurance premium. And as an apology for all these things that this mistake has cost me, I'm offered an oil change that I don't need or want. I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. But I'm never spending a penny there again!
