We had a little miscommunication regarding what a diagnostic work-up would include, but Luke made it right. My Subaru Outback has had more issues than any of the previous Subarus I've owned, but Quantrell service has remained excellent.

I wanted to share a positive experience that my wife had at Quantrell Subaru Service. She worked with John Cornelison (Service Advisor) who was professional, kind, knowledgeable most importantly helpful. We recently purchased a used Subaru Legacy for our 16 year old son from another dealership, Pinnacle Ford, which had an open recall. Soon thereafter, we took the Subaru to Quantrell to have the recall completed. As Mr. Cornelison, was completing the recall, he found several problems with our recent purchase from Pinnacle, including an oil leak, a brake fluid leak and malfunctioning headlights. None of these problems were revealed to us by Pinnacle Ford when we purchased the car. If it weren't for Mr. Cornelison, my son could have been put in a dangerous situation. We are grateful for him and the team at Quantrell Subaru Service and will continue to use them for our Subaru service needs.

We bought our 2019 Subaru accent from them. They were more than willing to give us amazing care. It didn't take long to get appointments and they were very knowledgeable and found a interesting idea for my seatbelt extension idea without deactivating the airbags :-)

I brought my Subaru in under emergency conditions on a Friday afternoon at 3:45. The service advisors were kind, supportive while listening to what turned out to be an issue that needed immediate attention with the car. They called me a few hours later, and said it should be repaired the next day- Saturday. They were relentless in calling Carmax (on Saturday) to have them search for their copy of our contract. We picked up the car in early Saturday afternoon. The people at Subaru kept in touch with us the entire time. I will always buy a Subaru as for all the years I have owned it, there have been no repairs. I also very much appreciate the kind support of the service advisors, and the waiting room with all its amenities.

So was told my Subaru had 4 codes. They told me it needed a thermostat. They said part was on backorder would be around the 17 of January before they would get it. This car would stall. Run like crap. Went from 32 mpg to 10 to 15. Bogged constantly. They expected me to drive it like that for 4 weeks. They said aftermarket thermostat was not recommended. Would have been way better than driving a vehicle that was broke. SO yep traded it in on the way home. Never buying a Subaru ever again. How in the world do you give a customer back a car that hasn't been fixed. Absolutely horrible.

Experienced technicians. I've been coming to this service dept for several years and technicians are reliable. I've gotten great service from some advisors. An area for improvement is customer communications. They have switched to a text system for updates, which is great, but it's impossible to get a timely response. When staff are out, there's no follow through or timely communication with customers. I've observed this a few times, which is frustrating. I will happily update my review to five stars once customer service improves.

The best Cadillac service I have ever experienced. Traveling from Atlanta and had car issues. I called and as luck would have it I got Dustin on the phone and he told me to come in and that he would make sure I am taken care of and back in the road! Thank you Dustin for your professionalism and smile!

We had a great experience with service rep Haley Donahue. There was a minor hiccup, but she was able to fix it with ease. She’s so kind and caring. We just love her. Thanks Hayle!

It was ok but they still didn't diagnose problem with car. Was like going for a oil change and them wanting more for another filter,or quart. Could be easier to take a car two hours away than this. Perhaps they can find problems 🤔. People working were nice though. Perhaps it needs new owners,or management. I've had worse from audi though.
