I brought my truck in to get it looked at and fixed. After a week they told me it was ready. I picked it up. The electric in my drivers door didn’t work and the interior lights were stuck on, neither was an issue that was brought in for. I dropped it back off and after 10 days they told me it was ready. I picked it up and the gears were not working. They sent someone to look at it and he fixed the issue with the gears. They bent a pin when plugging up to the transfer case. After driving it for a day, the problem that I brought it in to get fixed is still there. It was neither diagnosed or resolved after over two weeks and $2000 in fees. I would definitely not recommend this shop for repairs. Al’s Auto in Nicholasville my treats u right. Also I paid over $300 because my window was off track and I needed it fixed. Today is pouring rain and my window is stuck down and won’t go back up. So, what did I pay for? They claim to have helped by knocking off prices, but who did it help besides them lining their pockets with hard earned money that I saved up? They misdiagnosed a problem and fixed what they wanted to fix and nothing is better. I didn’t even know my window was still not fixed and today was sure a terrible day to find out. Now the inside of my truck is soaked and I can’t get my window back up.

My experience this past time was not satisfactory. I had taken my car there in April after my battery literally exploded. They replaced the battery and I had some other work done (Gasket replacement, rotors, and breaks) while I was there. I specifically asked if they had cleaned up all battery acid that had been thrown across the engine bay they assured me they had and used cleaner and the whole 9 yards. A few weeks later the gaskets they replaced failed took the car back they replaced them for free. Which is great and I thanked them and went on with life you know mistakes happen. Here we are less than 6 months later and I start getting a whole slew of error prompts and service prompts on my dashboard. I again take it to Deans they respond with “it seems battery acid has gotten onto your ABS sensor”. You mean the battery acid I specifically asked if you cleaned out 6 months ago? Now they proceed to charge me $300 to clean out the battery acid they should have cleaned out 6 months ago. Not saying I should pay nothing but believe I was grossly over charged for something that was originally supposed to be fixed by them. I had a brief conversation with the man at the counter where he lied about the only thing you can clean out battery acid with is water and simultaneously insult my intelligence. I quit talking paid my bill and walked out. I will not be returning to this establishment .

So I would have given them five stars but after they changed my wheel bearings they decided not to tell me that pretty much the frame of my car was so bad that there was no need to even have My wheel bearing even changed I ended up going to a whole another mechanic shop trying to get more work done since I didn't get it done there after they charged me all this money and they told me they don't even know why the mechanics even did that they said that it's sad how people are so money hungry that they don't even have integrity or honesty not every business got to be like that especially mechanical business which should definitely be held accountable if they see something serious that could have killed my whole family like a warn frame of the car which I can't even fix instead of just taking my money The fact that me and my family could have been going down the road and could have died because these guys could have seen this themselves is why I'm giving one star every mechanical shop in Kentucky needs to seriously develop some integrity and honesty I mean I figured the point was you wanted people to come back but if they're dead because you felt to let them know of a situation then they can't I was very upset to find out they just took $500 when they could have just told me the seriousness of my situation and I didn't have to go to another mechanic but something led me to go back to a different mechanic just to get breaks changed and they told me this so this is why they're getting one star That's money I could have kept

I’ve been going to Deans for four years. Get all my work done there everybody’s friendly professional. The prices are great warranty is exceptional. Never an issue. They explain the problem to you in detail before they attempt to work on the vehicle to make sure you’re comfortable.
