I had dealt twice with another body shop in Lexington. While the work done on one of the jobs was good, both times their customer service was poor. I had a simple job this time to do and the car dealer recommended Paintmaster. It was night and day difference. Amanda that did the estimate and greeted me was customer service A+. Mike who did the work went above and beyond. The fix they did was done quickly, effectively, and well priced. I then had them look at a job I had priced at the previous shop that was one option and expensive. Mike not only gave me another option 1/3 of the cost, but also took the time to show me what it would look like, which was exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to have them do the second job. HIGHLY recommend them!

I brought my Defender 90 to Paintmasters to handle a much needed deep scratch and bang up that happened during an off road incident with a tree. Alex and his guys did a fantastic job on the work. I confess I use Paint Masters because they were really close to the house. I was able to drop the car off and walk home. They also had really great reviews that I read and so I decided to give him a try. They said my car would be done on Wednesday of this week and they actually had it done first thing Tuesday morning. The paint matched perfectly I couldn't tell where the the blemisher the rock had hit my hood. So I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend using this company to get your car painted. Thank you paint Masters for getting my car done before I expected, and it looks fantastic. The body work is great but I had some issues with the running of my vehicle after picking it up from paint masters. I know my vehicle but i also can't prove it was a direct result from their work. Ben reached out to me and is doing all he can to get the issue resolved. Major issues have been repaired. Waiting to see how the smaller issues turn out. Appreciate all of the effort. Can't afford a new vehicle these days. The prices are outrageous and unnecessary. Paint Masters will take the time to make sure you're more than satisfied with the work of their talented people.

Well, I am sorry for anyone who had car damage from the recent windstorms in Kentucky. If you did, I hope your car was repairable. Thank goodness mine was able to be repaired. I shopped around for 3 estimates and determined the Paintmaster Premiere estimate was not only reasonable, but was thoroughly researched and complete. Knowing Paintmaster Premiere may find other areas of my car requiring attention once the crew and staff removed roof, hood, trunk and fenders, I was prepared for additional parts needing to be ordered. Amanda, of Paintmaster Premiere, who performed the initial estimate, kept me abreast of the parts ordering and initial repair work via text and email. I was fortunate that my car was driveable following a large tree being blown over and partially landing on my 2003 Lexus LS430. After a little over a week awaiting parts delivery, which was within the estimated timeframe I was given, we placed our 'baby' into the hands of the mighty qualified Paintmaster Premiere staff. Today, I am proud to present the before and after photos of a 20+ year old Lexus that has over 170k miles on her. In the words of Oscar Goldman, from "Six Million Dollar Man," Paintmaster Premiere made our Goldie "Better, Stronger, and Faster (within legal limits, of course)." Yes, they under-promised and over delivered...! Because of their wonderful repair work and subsequent amazing paint work, we are confident we will be able to drive our Goldie for at least an additional 170k miles. I hope you never have to use the expert and professional services of Paintmaster Premiere under circumstances similar to mine, but if you do, or if you just desire a fresh look for your "vehicular baby," then I would highly recommend you contact Paintmaster Premiere. From my experience, I do not believe you will regret it.

Paintmaster took care of my truck issues really quick. Drilled holes in my truck bed to mount draw slide and drilled right into the wire harness. Had me back on the road in no time and mounted the draw slide for me. Next time I will just let them mount it and skip the hassle of drilling into wire harness.

Had to have my wife’s SUV repaired. A transport truck damaged the lower trim on the bumper. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. They were super communicative and worked us into the schedule as soon as the part arrived. The work was good quality and the part was OEM. They even removed the rear badging upon my request for a very reasonable cost ($60). I won’t hesitate to bring any of my cars back here should I need more work in the future.
