Beware if you're not their typical upscale clientele! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey on 8/2/22 and on 8/24/22 had to have it towed. Was told it was a head gasket. This vehicle was for my teenage son, his first vehicle in which he saved hard for. I thought Quantrell was a reputable dealership. My grandfather and father had purchased vehicles from them in the past. Being a single lady I thought I had done my due diligence when shopping around for vehicles for my son but I was wrong. I was pleased to see that Quantrell serviced their 'as is' vehicles when other dealers do not. Red flag should have been the fact that the cylinder 3 coil pack had been replaced. I reached out to Quantrell by phone and even sent an email asking that since it had only been 22 days could they help! No response, no calls returned and no reply to my email to the used car manager. I asked if their shop could look at it for a second opinion and nothing. Didn't have the vehicle month! Shame on Quantrell! Bet if I had money it would have been a different response. Buyers Beware! That is a blatant lie! You never ever offered to help with the costs! I have emails and text messages. I had my son not drive the vehicle. When the thermostat got close to hot we turned it off and I had it towed. He did not drive it until it would no longer drive. You only told me to get a second opinion and I have. Don't twist the facts. Fact is you never responded to me, never reached out and certainly never offered with the costs!!!! The manager finally reached out and offered a courtesy vehicle to drive while they check out the Dodge Journey that I purchased. I am very thankful for remedy.

OMG!!!!!! These people are the best in their service dept. Unfortunately, I did not buy my car there but where I did buy it, sent me to them for the problem I had with my car. I am dealing with Dustin, and communication is great. I told him that I will try to buy my next car there just because of the great service I have recieved. To me, service is extremely important. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Sorry about writing a book, but I can't say enough good things about them on here.

Can’t say enough about Quantrell! I went in looking for a Cadillac and wasn’t sure of what Model I wanted. Ray was absolutely amazing and so helpful!!! Do you know what is worst than buying a new car? Buying a used one, ahh but not here. It was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. It was well worth the drive up here from TN. I was treated well, no high pressure sales, no manipulation of numbers and the 4 box game most dealers make. My sales person Randy was great and fair. I only wished they were closer, next time I'm buying a car or truck, they are 1st on the list.

Todd Spears and Ray Langdon gave me incredible service on my stressful search for a vehicle that can cart around my five children (I needed a 7 passenger vehicle). My current vehicle at that time had a check engine light and I needed to find something ASAP! They were very patient with my frantic back and forth crazy schedule, teething baby and everything I threw at them. It took three+ days for me to get everything in order for the transaction and they were patient and helpful every step of the way. I was super pleased with the low mileage Escalade that I purchased and everywhere else I compared I could not find a similar vehicle at that pricing with the space I needed. Very disappointed with the way that I was treated when I mentioned a stain on the inside of my car. I happened to look below my rubber mat on my passenger side because it looked extra clean in comparison to the others. I was told that it was mold and that one of my friends must have “spilt a drink” when I wasn’t looking. When I went to remove the stain on the passenger side carpet yellow oily residue came up. The stain is permanently there and no amount of steam, chemical agent, carpet shampoo can get the stain out. I feel like I was taken advantage of given that I am a young, female, college aged student. The paint job was okay but it appears as though no one bothered to repaint the driver side door handle and there is a small bubble in the passenger door that is directly behind the driver door. I chose this facility because it was preferred by All State but in all honesty I wish I would’ve just saved myself the trouble. Also they replied to this review about a week ago and never addressed the scuff on the driver side door. Once again it seems like Quantrell trues to make excuses for

My SECOND temp tag from this dealer is set to expire and they said they have not yet been able to mail the required information to the BMV.

My family and I have been buying cars at Quantrell since 1987. Customer Service has always been first rate from purchase, to service throughout the life of our cars. Should you have an unfortunate accident requiring body work, they have some of the most capable of craftsmen in the industry. Really folks what they offer in service and support is unfortunately no longer the norm. I could list numerous positive experiences I had with Quantrell in 40 plus years but I never had an experience where I left unsatisfied. Finally, the support of their family helping those less fortunate in the central Kentucky region should also be commended. If you are looking for a new or used car and want to deal with people that balance your interests with their profits, you can’t go wrong with the Quantrell group.

We recently purchased a preowned Outback from Jason Watson. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and one just a few months before at a large local dealer. Our experience with Quantrell, specifically Jason, was the best by far. He was honest, kept his word, and went above and beyond. I was really impressed when we had a minor software issue that wasn’t caught in the preinspection and needed a repair. Jason could have said we were on our own, but even though the sale was finished a few weeks earlier, he walked us through that process and offered a loaner. That is 1000% more than what we experienced at the place where price sells cars. I felt respected, seen, and heard. I just can’t say enough. I will definitely return here for future automotive needs.

Todd Spears was the salesman who helped me. Working with Todd feels like you’ve got a good friend in the car business. 10/10 recommend. Todd doesn’t hover or pressure at all. I bought a used car and Todd was even helpful finding answers several days after the sale when I had questions about an aftermarket upgrade the previous owner had installed. Most dealerships don’t get anywhere close to this level of service. I’ll definitely be going back to Todd when I’m ready to buy again.
