I would not recommend. I bought two new tires for the front of my car the 1st trip and I had an appointment for 1:00 & still didn't get out of there until after 3 also I asked for my valve stems to be changed. Get home and see that they put I declined it on the paper smh I go back a month later for two tires for the back & specifically ask that they change my valve stems & yet again they don't & put on the paper that I declined. They called while I was in the store though & adviced me that I needed new windshield wiper blades, I told them I did NOT want to do that (I had new ones at home) and they Still put new ones on smh. So I got new blades that I did not need & didn't get the valve stems that I did need. The older lady who handles the calls seem's to just do what she wants to & doesn't listen to the customer at all. If you use them be sure to take time to read the work order & charges BEFORE you leave with your car

Came in at 6:27 PM. Store says it closes at 7. Upon arrival the auto technician shut the gate when they seen me pull in. I walked up to the customer service representative and he stated that they closed at 6 today due to “ number of tickets”

Auto department is sucks Vincent and manager, I was 1st in line, went back to see if my car is ready after half hour. They said can't find car key. After looking for five minutes, found underneath the counter, talk to manager didn't care. Said if you don't wanted we pull your car out. Didn't even care to go back to tell Mechanic, another 2 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. If you care fix your service before you try to contact me.

I will never take my car back there. We had 4 new tires put on and it was a descent price. Until the next day we woke up and a tire was flat. Took it back, they told us we needed a tps valve which they don't sell. So we had to go purchase it. Well then the next day tire is low again..... so we took it back, guess what now we have a cracked rim. You have got to be kidding me. I filed a claim because we feel they cracked it. Unfortunately they said there workers didn't crack it. We never had any issue before the tires were put on

I went on Sunday to change two tires, they ask for phone number and said in a couple horas gonna be ready. After 4 hours went to ask if my car was ready and the lady said we can't o anything because we don't have that tires. AFTER 4 HOURS AND THEY DIDN'T CALL TO SAID THAT!!! COME ON

Had to get a new tire after a blow out on the highway. Even though no one was in there it still took almost an hour and instead of putting our donut tire back under the van where it belonged they threw it on all of my belongings in the back of my van and destroyed my flat top two tablets and a laptop by forcing it into where I had everything packed up for my move.

Used this Walmart 3 times for tires and will never be back. The team is under equipped and under trained to handle anything automobile wise. 1st Time - Put the wrong size tires on my car, I didn’t notice till I got back the 2nd time. But at least was fast. 2nd Time - went for a simple flat fix as I had the road hazard, told me they couldn’t touch the car because it had two different tire sizes, unless I wanted to replace them all around. After explaining it was their fault even to the manager they denied and denied with the receipt right in front of them. So what should’ve been a free one tire turned into 400$ around my car and 4 hours of my time wasted. 3rd Time - went for yet again another simple replacement on one tire, they ended up breaking the valve stem sensor for the tire itself, trying to say it was already that way. Then tried telling me they couldn’t put anything on it right now and I was without a car. I finally had had enough of the Gray Lag Walmart auto care team and told them they could put a rubber valve stem on and if they tried to tell me they couldn’t I would do it my self. Finally after realizing I was right they did it and still charged me 100$. Terribly unprofessional way the management handles things, and the team as well. Not claiming fault for something you break is a literal crime.

I had a very poor experience in the auto department. The associates were all nice and respectful. My problem with my visit was that I came in at 12:30pm and ended up leaving at 4:45pm. All I had was a flat tire. I needed a new tire. I watched as 5 other customers drove up and left before I did. One customer even came in at around 4pm and had an issue with his tire. The associate turned the gentleman away because when they TRIED TO TAKE HIS TIRE OFF there was a problem with some sensor so they couldn't work on it and had to send him somewhere else to get it fixed before they could proceed per their policy. My anger started to bubble over at this point because they hadn't even brought my car from the garage in to the shop to look at my tire. I don't know how this happened but someone needs to figure out a way to wait on customers better in the order they come in to the store. I've been to another Wal-Mart and been in and out in two hours. That's with other customers in front of me and needing four tires changed. The associates walking around at a snails pace, associates in the garage being on their phones, and the lack of order and timing in taking care of customers cars all collectively made me an unsatisfied customer.

Fast and professional. Oil change on first came first serve basis and you always have to wait. Best hours to wait less are 7AM-9AM. Changing tires done by appointment, I changed all 4 and it was done in 40 minutes. 24$ per tire. If you shop groceries while waiting, you have to check out first and then walk to the Auto Service. They can check out only stuff like furniture or engine oil.

Wouldn’t recommend getting anything done for your car here. I had an appointment at 3 and had to wait 2 hours for my car to be done. Not nearly enough staff working, and it’s just all around disorganized.

Pathetic! I was told my simple tire balance and rotation would be done within an hour. After an hour and a half my car had not even been moved into the repair area. Waste of time!

Save your time and go somewhere that is qualified to do your vehicle quality service. Pitiful management and communication and I'd imagine lack of skill in garage. Bought a set of new tires and they couldnt manage to get them put on in 2 days when quoted 1and 1/2 hr install. Returned tires and won't even buy an air freshener from the auto center again. Go with your gut feeling and take your vehicle to a real shop, and buy your tvs toliet paper and groceries from Walmart

'....I was well on my way within about 30 minutes tops. A great experience that started out under a negative cloud. From my experience today I would highly encourage anyone to get your auto and tire needs serviced at this location!' I stopped in this location a couple days ago about 5:45pm. I needed an oil change and the attendant said it would be about 1.5 hour wait. I said I'd try to return another morning. I was reading their reviews and wondered if I should return as the review were not good for service and wait time. This morning I decided to give them a chance since most folks only post the negative reviews. I went in about 9:20 this morning with a couple cars in the bays and one outside. I had to wait at the counter a few minutes until one of the technicians asked what I needed. He proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't have about a two hour wait for an oil change. I asked him why it would be so long since they're only a few cars and I referred to the negative reviews they had received online. He dismissed me and I moved along to grab a few items in the store. I had seen that the auto center manager's name along with his picture. As I walked up the aisle I recognized him and approached him. We had a good discussion about their negative reviews online and why it would take two hours when there are only a few cars . He told me he was short staffed and that quality employees were tough to come by. As someone who hires and trains staff, I understood his situation. I proceeded to pick up my items, paid for them and then returned toward my car just outside the auto center. When I got to the car there were no cars in the bays and no cars in the parking lot waiting. I went back in and talked to the other attendant who was very helpful and welcoming. I ask how long it would be and he said it shouldn't take very long since no one is currently in the bay. I proceeded to complete the required signatures and I was well on my way within about 30 minutes tops. A great experience that started out under a negative cloud. From my experience today I would highly encourage anyone to get your auto and tire needs serviced at this location!

Made an appointment for 2pm. I had called before ordering my tires because they didn’t have my size in stock. He told me to order pickup on the app and call to set the appointment online. I checked in just before 2. She said about an hr to be done. Came back at 2:52 because I received an email saying my tires were scanned in. So I thought they were done. She said they are about to start putting them on. I asked if it was going to be another hr because I had meat in my cart. She said no. I go to the front and used self checkout. Sitting on a bench and receive a text message at 3:20 that they finally started service. I will never use this auto service center again. I would rather pay more for my tires than to have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I ended up talking to a manager and said if they are running behind just have the employees inform the customer up front and I would have been understanding. He was nice and is taking some off the price of the service.

Done good job on my new tires installation. Liked the process, could track the process on the Walmart app. There was a mishap on the scheduling where it got cancelled automatically on the morning of my scheduled installation but the desk attendant has been helpful in honoring my order original booking time. Definitely recommend!

My appointment was set for 8am but service did not start until 9am. After they confirmed that the filter for my car was in stock, I waited a whole hour to be informed that my filter was in fact NOT in stock. The front desk worker rushed to get me checked in that he did not properly match my engine size with the size of the filter available. I did not receive an apology for the error nor did I receive quality customer service. If their employees can’t even confirm their parts, I’m not sure I would trust them with my vehicle.

I decide to try a Douglas tire on my 2021 Nissan Versa SR .They were in stock ready to be installed. With in 1.5 hours they were installed and out the door. Great ride no noise no vibration I've put like least than 500 miles on them but so far great tire for the price. Installed 400. Great value.

I have a small car, so the tires were not in stock. I thought it would be a hassle, but tires were there the next morning. I arrived about 4:00, and didn't have to wait very long to be served. They stay very busy, though. The auto service area is on the right side of the building.

Absolutely terrible service!! I ordered a tire last Wednesday and here it is a week later and I still have no tire and no one’s offered to help figure out what happened. It says delivered Friday but yall say you couldn’t find it and no one’s offered to help order a new one or find one of the same size. Absolute joke of a tire shop. Never using yall again and I’ll tell all my friends about my terrible experience.
