For two days, I tried calling and kept getting a loop of voice recordings with no option to leave a voicemail. When I finally got a hold of someone, they were very dismissive of my request for an estimate, asking if I could wait a week. Quite frankly they were not professional at all. When I said I was going to look into another place, they didn't care and quickly hung up. Based on this experience I would not recommend working with Collision Auto Care, but because they are not responsive, professional, or considerate.

High quality paint shop for your vehicle. One of the few that actually prep, prime, paint and polish so you have a better than factory finish. Prices are not cheap and their work shows why. Don't waste your time at some questionable franchise shops in the area. You will be satisfied with the work done here. Highly recommend.

Javier was very professional. Right from the beginning, he showed nothing but letting us know that we're the most important people there and that he is going to take care of everything and not to worry about anything. And that’s how my wife and I felt when we left our truck there at his establishment, Collision Auto Care. What I like about his attitude is that he put his customers first and that's exactly what he did. The work that Javier and his crew did to my truck was "AWESOME"!!! He went beyond my expectations. Javier fixed the dent on the side of my truck that has nothing to do with the accident. He also blessed my wife and I with two mud flaps. Thank you so much Javier for replacing my right view mirror. I have had 2 vehicles repaired at this shop several years apart. The 1st was a front end repair on my truck after an incident with a ladder on a freeway. The second was after a truck backed into my front in and my fender was scratched up. They did great work in a quick time frame at an affordable price. Also the owner and office team were very professional and friendly.

10 STAR SERVICE! 5 stars just is not enough. I Recently took my 3 vehicles to Javier and was very pleased with the work that he and his crew performed. This body shop is very knowledgeable at what they do. I Highly recommend Collision Auto Care to anyone. Javier was very professional and respectful, he made my husband and I feel like Family. The work was beyond my expectations by far! They replaced the front bumper/ fender of our VW and color matched the paint. It looks brand new. (Prices were very reasonable) Javier also wet sanded and buffed the back bumper to remove some scratches we had on there free of charge. He is very caring towards his customers. Thank you again for removing those scratches for us. We appreciate it.. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to him. Another thing we really liked about this place is they are not pushy at all!! They are 100% trustworthy. They were patient and actually helped me finding aftermarket bumper that was far cheaper than replacing it with OEM and looks exactly the same. Absolutely AMAZING work! After dealing with a terrible body shop in the past I am shocked at the quality of their work. I had no faith in body shops and they for sure restored that faith. You simply have to do your research and go somewhere that knows what they're doing. The paint everything matches perfectly and looks factory I am beyond happy with the repair. The finish is as glossy as the factory. Look for yourself! before and after. The service was amazing and they even went above and beyond and buffed my whole car.
