We brought our jeep to Collision Masters for some bodywork after another local business did shoddy work and refused to correct it. From start to finish, Collision Masters was AMAZING. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. I was impressed with attention to detail, level of communication, and quality of work from the owners, to the front office staff, to the guys who did the actual work. The owners actually delivered my old parts to me at home so I did not have to rent a truck to haul them! 5/5 Not sure why this is showing my daughters Google account but anyways I recently had some work done on my car with this collision masters, and while there was a small hiccup and some miscommunication at first, things don’t always go perfectly—and that’s okay. What truly matters is how a business handles the unexpected, and in this case, they exceeded my expectations. Once I explained the situation to Scott, he took ownership immediately. The way he resolved the issue—without hesitation, excuses, or pushback—was genuinely impressive. Even more, he personally followed up with me multiple times afterward just to make sure everything was still okay. That level of care and accountability is rare. In the end, the quality of their work and their commitment to making things right earned my full confidence. I’m giving them a well-deserved 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Collision Masters I saw was very friendly and helpful. Cameron was especially helpful in ordering the part and getting my car to the wizards in the maintenance area. Collision Masters is a full service business. They’re friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They had all the tools and people to fix my problem. Hit a deer with my Baby. I was so sad. I was a little worried about how difficult it would be to get it fixed. They only made this car for 1 year. My insurance company said I could take it anywhere. I chose Collision Masters, bas d off of the reviews. I am so glad I did. My contact person was Chris and he was absolutely perfect. I got to meet several people in the office and everyone is wicked nice. They did all the dealing with the insurance company, easiest process I have ever had. Got me completed from drop off to pick up in a little over 2 weeks. Absolutely perfect job. I couldn't be happier. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I will definitely go back to Collision Masters.

We have had the opportunity (unfortunately) to require the services of a body shop twice in the past few years. The fortunate part was in finding Collision Masters of Lexington. This is an absolute gem of a shop that truly cares about the customer! I live in Ohio but my son, who was a student at UK and now lives in Lexington full time, was in need of service following an accident. Chris was so kind to work with him and even reached out to him at times that he knew he wouldn’t be sleeping due to working the night shift at UK Hospital. I always felt comfortable knowing my son and his car was in good hands! The work done on the car was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the place! Five stars is not enough!

At 70 years old I have dealt with a lot of businesses, none would I give a higher rating to. I was salvaging a 20 year old Rav4 which I didn't care about perfection as much as getting it road worthy and saving money. Looks prefect to me. They kept me informed and always responded promptly.
