These guys and especially the owner, Joe are FANTASTIC! My truck was smashed up in a hit and run, big damage to rear and front end and Joe and his team transformed my mangled pick up back to its original shape in record time. Collision Repair Consultants was amazing to deal with. Got in am accident while visiting family down south and had to Repair my vehicle there. Joe was so helpful in keeping updated on my Repair status, the repairs were done quite swiftly and perfectly. Would completely recommend this place to anyone for their automotive needs.

Someone hit my car. They said they don’t fix and change parts Just do body work. Been calling to check on it cause no one has called Me. 4 weeks later told there is a problem with a motor and they tried to replace it with 2 used ones. 1. I told them it was damaged they said they don’t work on anything but the body 2. They tried 2 used parts? My car was hit and insurance is covering it. You don’t put someone random out of warranty party in the car. That could die tomorrow for all I know. Incompetent and sketchy . Having it towed somewhere else so I don’t have to wait another month.

My poor Juke had a tire blow out that took out the front my car. The team and owner of Collision Repair were constantly keeping me updated on repairs, what was needed from insurance, and the orders that needed to take place ( Nissan doesn’t make the Juke anymore ). The service was friendly, engaging and consistent. My looks brand new! I would recommend them to any friends or family needing repairs!

Thank you for being so kind and putting me at ease. I had never been in an accident with 20 years of driving. This accident was my fault sadly and I was devastated by the damage I caused but immediately called my insurance, checked the reviews for this place and took it there. The owner & receptionist are so kind. The shop took care of everything going forward with the insurance company, called me a shuttle to the rental car company, and from the time I got into the accident to getting my rental I believe it was less than 2 hours. I asked what the reality of it looking normal again was and he simply said, “it would be like it never happened”. Sometimes people just talk but when I picked it up I was shocked that it literally looked like it never happened. Getting in a car accident can be so devastating, don’t go to shops that are gonna make that feel worse. Best in Long Beach not just for the work they do but the amazing customer service. I hope I never see y’all again, but if I have to it would be a pleasure. Thank you guys!
