It’s an ok spot that’s convenient for me to go to. I got my windshield replaced and my stereo upgraded. Customer service is a hit or miss. Prices are also high.

Somebody broke into my car last night and today early morning I had to go find a glass for my blazer and I went all over the place. And the only place that they really help me out they were kind enough to make phone calls all over the place it was them that's why I'm giving them five stars highly recommended and the price was awesome

Went here to replace my broken windshield. waited for 3 hours to get serviced even after confirming by phone that it was not busy. Only after they finished replacing, they told me that they will only take cash payment, so needed to uber to get cash from the bank. Later that same day driving on the highway and the front pillar molding (covers the edge of the windshield) flew off the car out of nowhere! I went back and they refused to take any responsibility for not replacing it correctly and wanted to charge me to replace!

I dropped my car off on Friday and the woman in charge told me I can come on Sunday after 11 to pick it up. I came at 11:30 on Sunday to find a closed gate and nobody around. After calling the numbers the awning several times someone answered and told me to wait an hour for her to come open the shop. I had nowhere to go nearby and waited outside in the cold for an hour. When I messaged her an hour later she texted me "5min" I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. I expressed my frustration to the person who gave me my car back. His response was "tell her, she'll give you a break when you come back next time". Well as Eminem famously said "Next time? There won't be no next time!" I am giving three stars instead of two, because I feel that the quality of work is solid. TL;DR Customer service, 1 star. Quality of work, 5 stars. Update: Two years later and my windshield is holding up well. Added a star

Very unprofessional I ordered mirror for my car on Friday and they told me come on Monday at 12:00 when I came they told me it's on the way until 4:00 p.m. then they tell me if you are in Rush go in dealer and get yourself a mirror So I lost a day of work

STAY AWAY!!! Horrible experience here. I’d give it ZERO stars if I could!!!! My cars AC system was unable to defrost because of an unplugged cable that was hard to reach, so I specify that I only want the cable to be plugged so that my defrost works. 45 min of waiting and they say that my AC is broken and doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. They are searching their junk and try installing an used AC and I immediately stop them and say that I don’t want that I just want my cable plugged. The guy then plugs the cable, and boom my AC is 100% functional. If it wasn’t because I knew beforehand what the problem was with my AC, they would’ve unnecessarily replaced my whole AC and charged me hundreds of dollars, when it was but only a green cable that needed to be plugged in. They wasted my time and charged me $40!!!!!!!!!!!! TO PLUG A CABLE!!!!!!!!!!! We tried negotiating with the lady who handles the cash register, and she got highly upset when we pointed out that we didn’t take new parts or service and that 40 was too high just to plug one cable. STAY AWAY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NEVER EVER VISITING THIS SHADY PLACE AGAIN. PS: If you do visit this place, make it clear that you want to know what the price will be before any service is made. We explicitly asked them how much to plug the cable, and they said wait we don’t know. If they would’ve told me they was going to charge me $40 to plug that cable that takes literally seconds to do, i would’ve drove out of there so fast. Ironic they have a sign there that says customers must know what the price will be before any service is made. STAY AWAY

Owner called me once my windshield arrived. Dropped my car off before work and it was ready within 3 hours. Great price as well. 1/2 the price of Safelite. This review is a month later and no leaks and all seals are perfect. Also tints were very clean and no bubbles. Definitely recommend going here instead of the others on the block.

Don’t come this place at all. They are high in prices, they will make you wait for hours even coming after a call that they are not busy and after waiting 2 hours they said they don’t have part. They gave time later and said call us. They never pick call. All of them a extremely extremely rude and specifically lady in charge is extremely rude and unprofessional customer service.

I rarely post reviews on Google. I have to say this business should be hands down 5 stars. They provide top notch service. They are customer centric. I had a bit of an emergency with a panaramic sunroof stuck in the open position. Coney Island Auto Glass was able to get it closed quickly. The work is neat, clean, and efficient. These folks have my endorsement. I would not hesitate to see them for any of my auto glass needs.
