Forget Audi dealerships, if you're an owner of a European Vehicle, Convenient car care is the place to take it. I have been an Audi owner for over six years; the dreaded check engine light came on and after taking it to several repair shops (including a few Audi dealerships), convenient car care was the place that put my mind at rest. I had my MB ML350 serviced because it wouldn’t start. They diagnosed the problem and also let me know of other issues hat need to be addressed. I’ve been going to Isaac for some years, he, Sinclair and the crew have taken great car of my vehicles. When asked about car repair I refer Convenient Car Care, it was referred to me by a DMV worker…lol

I was very content with the service Isaac and his guys provide here. As much as a headache it is having car issues it makes it especially worse being the owner of a European car lol but they made it as less stressful as they could and provided what I feel was honest good work for a reasonable price. I recommend them the best shop for European cars in all of stockton.

I was thoroughly impressed with the honesty of the shops manager Isaac for not taking advantage of the lack of automotive knowledge and not over changing for the repairs done. The shops foreman Arturo was not only professional but allowed me to interrupt him working just to explain the procedures needed to repair my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for other European vehicle owners who seek dealership work at a more reasonable price

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE unless you like to chat with the mechanics...this is the only thing these guys do well...Chat! They will make you feel as though you're in good hands. I knew i was in trouble when they did the diagnostic and charged it each time when they tried to fix something $170.00 each!! I had an engine replaced and it DIDNT pass smog!! The excuses came in abundance when i told them about it as if it was the car's fault!! After 13k spent on the repairs the car still failed to pass smog!!! The car smoked during the smog check and Convenient car care failed me!! They get two stars for the good conversations!

I can't praise Convenient Car Care enough. I had been a customer elsewhere until the business burned down and I searched the internet to find someone to service and repair my aging Mercedes. Based on the excellent reviews I saw for Convenient Car Care, I decided to give them a try. Thank goodness!!! They repaired my air conditioning when it stopped cooling and have made various repairs over the past couple of years. Their prices are extremely fair and their customer service outstanding. Isaac, and his crew are professional, stand behind their work, and are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. I also love the fact that you can receive updates and service repair records via the internet. I highly recommend Convenient Care Care.

Ok, so first off, I don't know where any of the one star ratings are coming from. This place, in one simple visit, just saved me over $500.00. The vehicle was dropped off mid afternoon and was ready the next morning, and this was with having to order parts! I highly recommend this repair shop for your European. Issac and Arturo are top notch, I especially liked the fact that they kept me updated at every stage of my repair and how they educated me on the issues I had with my car, my repair was hard to figure out, I was ready to give up but Arturo’s skill set and determination to fix this problem paid off. I think most shop would have given up but not here. Issac assured me that when there’s done the car would be fixed. This shop is awesome and the staff is great! And my car runs better than it did when I brought it!💯
