Went to wash leaves off my car after a storm that happened last night (mind you I planned on ‘rinsing’ the bay as best I could after) and the owner yelled at me for “making a mess of the bay he just cleaned.” and then told me I should have gone to the one he hadn’t cleaned yet, as if that was obvious. Won’t be back.

I would give zero stars if possible. None of the nozzles worked after putting in 10minutes worth of time. Money scam. Hoping my credit card info doesn’t get stolen.

The cheapest car wash around starting at $2 and only 75 cents for the vacuumes. I make it into a game to beat the time and usually I leave with a sparkling car that cost less than $5 to achieve. Other places along Old Golden Road want $5 to start. Conclusion: Cool Wash is cool!

I would give it a zero if I could. The psi of the wash hose is very low the soap does hardly come out but just enough so the low psi will not rinse off the coin machine hardly works its dirty vacuum are no good it ripped us off they never sent the money back to us just just all around a bad car wash

Really cool experience. I picked $5 worth of time, something like 8 minutes, and was done a minute early because I just used 4 stages. Once you learn how to use the different settings for soap, power wash, etc., it's really fun and fast! I accidentally didn't know I needed to hold a separate dispenser with no trigger for soap or that I had to pull the trigger for pre-wash. Buy the time I got to rinse, I figured it out. At home in Boston, I use a backpack of water and a battery powered pressure washer and soap foamer, so the upgrade to commercial grade is nice. I need to find out what kind of soap they use, it totally beats the Meguiar's pink bottle or Chemical Guys watermelon that I use. And the price is totally worth it for the time saved. As others have reported, I saw a $10 hold on my credit card at first, but now there's no charge. Maybe it'll post soon. I'm sure it works fine. (Edit: I ended up being charged just $4.25)

Open 24 hours but doesnt have lights, your garden hose has more pressure and didn't have spot free rinse even though marked however the owner is responsive and am confident they will rectify these issues

I gave one star but shows up as 5 stars. Run down, equipment in poor condition. When I tried to use the brush, the hose had a hole in it, #1 bay. I had to use the soap spraying from the hole to soap the car, then use the brush while the hole is still spraying on me. Some of the credit card readers don't work. Vacuums don't work well. Missing tool at end on most. What else can I say. Oh yeah, No hot water Use only if desparate. Guess I was, hope to spare someone else

Waste of time and money. The vacuum at wash bays one and two were broken; one wasn't working and the other was missing the head. We had already put our money in so we used it and there was hardly any suction. Went through bay one started to wash the car it took our credit card got the car soapy and when we went to add more money it wouldn't accept our card we tried our other one and it didn't accept that card either because the swiper wasn't working properly. So we drove into the second day credit card works there but it hardly had any power whatsoever we left in my car is still very dirty. We ended up wasting $8.45 of our time and we had to end up going to our regular car wash by our house and redo the whole thing anyway.

Hard pass on this place. Looks like it would be much better than it is. I tried two of the for stalls but won't continue with the others because at this point I'm wasting money. No soap on high pressure sprayer. Tire cleaner doesn't work on both stalls. Foaming brush didn't work on either of the stalls as well. Disappointed to say the least.

Some of these bays need service... The switches get stuck or sometimes don't work for the setting you need... But other then that, they usually not very busy. Typical outdoor carwash.

Good water pressure. But, no soap in the power wash (didn't try the brush) no presoak or tire cleaner. Basically, I just rinsed off my truck. I'll skip this one next time

This place just charged me $10 for less than 2 minutes of wash time. Don’t come here. And if you do use your credit card and do a charge back if they do this to you. Also the phone number is a false number.

Low pressure, zero soap in the soap pressure wash, with the brush the soap just pours out and doesn't foam up and I did time it and the time doesn't match turns out to be an overpriced under service car wash

Change machine only dispensed 50 cents when i put in a ten dollar bill. There is a super strange sign on the machine stating to wait for a second change drop when using a $10 bill.... I waited and waited.... after several minutes nothing happened. I called the business phone for service and received none. I had $1 worth of quarters on hand and decided to use the vacuum while waiting for assistance, the vacuums are very weak. After waiting at the establishment for over 15 minutes and a few more calls, I received no service and it seems I lost my $10.
