I would not recommend Cooper Automotive! This man took my 21 year old daughters hard earned money and gave her a car that WAS NOT fixed. Her brakes completely went out the next day while she was driving. He picked up her vehicle but then had many, many excuses as to why he wasn’t able to get to it right then. I had to continue to go up there because he screens his calls. His communication skills are horrible, even after ASKING her which is the best way to communicate. He had her vehicle for a whole 2 weeks. He told her that he fixed the brakes only to have them go out completely the next day while she was actually driving. Her life was at stake. He did pick up the vehicle however he didn’t do anything more to it. I had to keep going up there because he would not call back or return calls from my daughter. He explained that it was just a bad time for my daughters vehicle to break down… “he had 2 mechanics call out sick, he had to go home and catch a bug for his wife, he had to rebuff his floors cause the guy he paid didn’t do it, so it was just a bad time!” Really? None of these things was ever said to us until I asked for a refund. But all were excuses from choices HE made that had nothing to do with the vehicle that my daughter PAID HIM $800 to fix. He only refunded her the diagnostic ($168) and that’s it! The car was driven in but because the brakes where now totally out it had to be towed away! He stood on the fact that he was not going to refund her money. Because he said it wasn’t his fault. You would think being a Master Mechanic if we say we’re having problems with the brakes it’s your job to figure it out what’s wrong with the brakes. It’s not like we said it was a problem with the motor and you fixed the brakes. He was told where the problem was and somehow he blamed her for him not fixing it. Wow! He is DISHONEST! UNPROFESSIONAL, although he claims to be. And he’s NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! I don’t do a lot of reviews unless it’s heartfelt and true! We are new to this area and I wanted to warn the many people coming in this area about Mr. Cooper and his automotive shop! He gives small business owners a bad reputation!

This business did repairs after diagnosis of my deceased father's vehicle. My mother wanted to keep it stating it was the last piece of him she did not want to let go of. They did not dissapoint! It rides like new, repair time was minimal and mother is able to ride comfortable and safely..thank you Autoworks of Nashville!

Unprofessional. I made an appointment on Thursday. I showed up on Saturday morning for my appointment, their page says they open at 8am, got there at 9, called the office, called the person I made an appointment with. No answer. The lot also looks very disheveled. ... Going to Goodyear from now on! 👎🏾
