The intake guy, Gistafa (who calls himself GEE) was professional and helpful. Same with the manager. And the tire installer, too. Got my car in quickly, did an excellent job, very fair price. As I was driving away, all I could say was, "GEE."

I had a screw in my tire and stopped in without an appointment. They checked it out quickly, removed the screw and told me no charge since the screw hadn’t punctured my tire and there was no leak. Very much appreciate the service I always get at Firestone! Thank you!

Absolutely use this auto repair shop for all your needs!!Mari, Jackson, and Will were truly a delight to work with. After needing multiple services due to issues with other repair shops, not properly Reassembling my vehicle, the shop was able to not only repair my vehicle, but get me back on the road safely at no cost to me due to the inadequacy of another repair shop. I greatly appreciate the work that was done both in customer service but also in an effort to keep myself safe on the road and others safe here in Nashville. Great customer service from Jeremy and Brittany. Jeremy really helped with my anxiety and the fact I was upset about what happened. He really calmed me down and helped me feel like this was a normal situation. Truly appreciate Firestone and their people! Will continuously come back. Oh and it was SUPER cheaper than a quote from another mechanic and I appreciated that as well.

I recently had a less-than-stellar experience at a Firestone store. The service was slower than a snail on vacation, and the staff seemed about as enthusiastic as a deflated balloon. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you’re in a hurry or looking for a friendly vibe. The gentleman who greeted me when I walked in the front door, didn’t even have the decency to get up out of the couch that he was relaxing on during his work shift. The first thing out of his mouth was that truck might be too long to fit on one of our lifts and made a comment under his breath that the shop was too small and they weren’t really set up to be a full auto shop. Extremely rude, uncomfortable, and a little upsetting that I took the time to actually schedule this ahead of time and then rearrange my work schedule only to deal with this. Needless to say, I ended up leaving, not getting any work done of my vehicle, and found another shop to give my business too.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to Firestone on 8th Avenue South. First, I was quoted 40 minutes to an hour when I arrived. When my name was called about 45 minutes to an hour into my wait, it was because the tech had locked my car door. I had left the car unlocked because neither the key fob nor the key itself will open the door. I did not mention this because no one else has ever locked my door at any other place I have had work done. That could have been excused except that after he jimmied into my car and changed the tires, he locked it again when he pulled it around for me to leave over an hour later. Also, while I received an email that I had extremely low oil, it was not mentioned to me while at Firestone. They could have informed me of that prior to my leaving, but did not. Also, the tech did not return my tire valve caps. Very disappointed!

Made a phone call at 10:15 am asking the price on installing a new starter in my 2007 Miata. In just a few minutes, I was quoted a reasonable price. So by 11 am, they had the car, and it was done at about 4:30 pm. The starter replacement on this car is very difficult. The dealer and another shop didn't even return my call. I was impressed with fast service done well. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This by far was the best location I have ever experienced. Mr. Will was extremely patient with me, and very thorough in assisting me. He was able to fix an issue that had been long standing over a year and even taught me how to correct it for future reference. The service was quick and accommodable, and even got me in quicker than projected. I have not experienced superior service like this in a very long time. I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend the Franklin Pike location. Thank you all for bringing integrity as a focal point in the service industry. 10/29/25 Once again had a service here. Take your business to this location! It was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and overall just a wonderful service. Mr. Will Smith (not the actor) is extremely kind and very helpful. They have absolutely changed my whole perception of the Firestone brand. I value truthfulness and transparency and good business practice. They exceed these in every way! If you care for your car and great service, bring your car to this location. If you’re able to, be considerate and set an appointment!

Five stars! I can’t say enough good things about Will and this Firestone location near Vanderbilt. I was calling from Massachusetts trying to help my son, who’s at school in Nashville, with a tire issue. From the very first phone call, Will was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Exactly what a worried parent needs when helping from far away. I sent my son to the store about an hour later, and in under 30 minutes Will had diagnosed the issue, plugged the tire (there was a nail), and had him safely back on the road. The peace of mind that gave me was priceless. My son even called me afterward to say how polite, efficient, and helpful Will was. I appreciated Will so much that I called him after my son left just to thank him for taking such great care of him when I couldn’t be there myself. If you have any tire issues in Nashville, ask for Will and check out this Firestone location. Firestone is lucky to have an employee like him. Issue solved quickly and professionally. I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you, Will!

I had a brake light on for a few days so I took it over to the Firestone in Brentwood on church street. They looked at everything and said “it is safe to drive. It may just be a sensor connection error” so they recommended we take it to the dealership to do a further diagnostic scan. Since we were told there was no mechanical issues, we assumed it was fine. Several weeks later the brakes started giving out. We decided to take it to this location for a second opinion. Turns out they found that BOTH brake lines were leaking and had to be replaced. They referred us to the shop down the street and we were able to get everything fixed and resolved. I have also had issues with other firestones getting my tires balanced? But when I take it here they are able to get it resolved each time with no trouble. All in all, it appears these guys are way more reliable when it comes to getting cars taken care of. Sure it may take a while service wise, but at least they get it right the first time and I don’t have to keep coming back. Thank you!
