Before going here, I didn't think honest mechanics existed. I am so thankful I found this place after just having a horrible experience with someone else. These people are fair and honest. Last week, I had the calipers changed by another mechanic that someone recommended and immediately after I was having pressure issues almost no brakes. He swore he bled the lines and said that wasn't the issue. He went as far as saying "air in the lines doesn't cause that". I don't think it takes a mechanic to know that's not true. He told me I needed a new master cylinder. My brakes went out completely on my way to work on Friday. I found Good Deal, I bought the part just in case that was the issue and brought it to them to install. I didn't tell them anything about the situation with the previous guy. They checked my car out and said, "let us bleed the lines first before changing the master cylinder, we think that is the issue." and surprise, it was. They could have changed the master cylinder and bled the lines and I would have been none the wiser. I am appreciative for their service and glad to know people like this exist in the world. If you want affordable, quality service, from mechanics you can trust take your car to Good Deal!

2021 UPDATE: Quick, reasonably priced tire replacement, friendly service, great COVID19 procedures. 2020 UPDATED: EXCELLENT COVID19 procedures in place. Quick service, friendly & knowledgeable technicians, personable receptionist & above all reasonable prices. I'm a repeat customer & won't take my vehicle ANYWHERE else for service!

From out of town an had an issue getting a lug nut off . They had to torch it off an took couple hrs. I really greatly appreciate everything they did to get it off an a decent tire put back on. They were very reasonable on price. They got us in right away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here because I needed to get a tire plugged. Asked could they check my tires. Their definition of checking my tires was to add air to my tires and charged me $20!!! I could’ve done that myself for free!!! Never would come here again!!!

Well Johnny Does it again Folks!! My 2019 Chevy Equinox needed a Turbo Charger replaced.. He found and diagnosed the problem within the hr.! He then got on his phone, made two calls and got me a used Turbo with 23k in mint condition,saving $250!! got Seals and within 4.5 hrs. same day had it purring like a champ. Now where in Nashville does that happen Folks? At GOOD DEAL TIRE!!! Aside from Tires and brakes, Iv’e known this shop to give the (BEST PRICE) when calling around!! Their service is professional,& on time when others can take 3-7 days before diagnosing the problem!! Had a tire come loose on the way to work and was really scared! Luckily I pulled over right my this place, and saw a crew member opening. Stopped by this place to see about getting the starter replaced on my 2019 car and the owner told me $140. So I went home and had the car towed to this location. When we arrived with the car, he changed the price to $350 and proceeded to tell me that I told him it was a 1998. I told him that wasn’t true and why would I tell you I have a 98 when I drive the car everyday. He then lied and said all of the guys in the shop heard me say 98. My friend was with me when I initially spoke to the guy and heard me say 2019. So, I had the car towed back to my home. After reading all the horrible reviews, I decided to give them a chance anyway because the reviews were older and learned a lesson, TRUST the reviews…old and new!!!! With this being said, I would not recommend anyone take their car to this shop. Very grimy and dishonest! Hope this helps and SAVES “YOU” THE TROUBLE!!!
