Cope is a good mechanic and took his time to thoroughly look over a vehicle that I was in the process of purchasing. The reason for the 4/5 starts is that he did not bring to my attention that my engine harness and rack and pinion needs replacement ~ $2500 worth of repairs.

I needed to replace the headlight bulbs in my moms car as it was difficult for her to see at night. I stopped by and spoke with Jose after stopping at a few other garages to check on time and price estimates. All the other garages told me the tires would have to come off, etc and would take some time to do it. Jose took the car right in and changed the bulbs for me and had be back on the road within 15 minutes. Job well done and would definitely visit again.

This is a Family Owned Business that is truly a GEM in Polk County. Very efficient mechanics and very fair pricing. I have dealt with several auto repair shops in Polk Co. but COPE is by far the very best one. Very reliable and dependable care of your American or Foreign car. I brought my dads car here after hitting it into the pole at Dunkin’ Donuts. The paint was chipped off and multiple scratches. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and got it back Thursday morning, good as new! I mean you cannot tell anything was ever there, truly amazing work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

They were fabulous for the day after Christmas, middle of the afternoon. Put in an alternator to my 2012 Dodge Charger and got me on my way while it was still light. Shout out to tow truck driver, who's name I never knew. Wonderful workers on a holiday. Thank you Cope Auto Body in Haines City and the tow trucker who got me rhere from US27. You guys are great!!!!

We finally found a REAL mechanic!!! We had visited many places that wanted an insane amount of money for what we needed to be done, and more than likely those locations weren’t going to do it in their shops, instead enlist the work of third party shops to do the job. The job was done quickly and the car never sounded so good. We will be coming back to get my SUV serviced here. The location was clean, organized and the staff are honest and diligent. Definitely recommend.

I don't write reviews mostly because I'm busy. But since we all seem to have just a little extra time lately (thanks covid-19?), I need to acknowledge this company. This company does excellent work and is generally fairly priced. They will reliably convey the options for the car body work and then deliver exactly what was promised. When they are done, the work is perfect, as in show-room quality. Will continue to bring my fleet vehicles here for all body work for as long as they are in business as I have come to trust Jose.

If i could've put ZERO stars i definitely would. I called this company asking for a simple quote and was treated with complete disrespect. The person on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and had the audacity to hang up on me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. would not recommend to anyone.
