This place is top notch. The front desk is very professional. They diagnosed my issue quickly. Gave me a quote. Finished the job quickly. We had to wait as we didn’t have a ride it was comfortable. They have a full blown complementary snack bar, big screen tv, comfy chairs. The part on my car that broke was changed just a year ago, he explained it was likely aftermarket and that happens, but they don’t use aftermarket. And when I paid my bill I was told it was warrantied for three years. I would highly recommend this shop.

Went there a few months ago to get work done a my 05 Tahoe that I recently purchased. I explained to them that someone had recently changed spark plugs and wires but I was still having misfires. I wanted a full tune up done. I paid $2800 for a tune up, intake gasket, knock sensors, and 02 sensors to be replaced. I was told that all the work had a 3 year warranty. Well I took it back a week ago because I have a misfire on cylinder 4. First I was told that it looked like my coil packs were old. So I explained that I brought it here a few months back and asked for a full tune and I thought the coil packs were a part of that. He never looked to see if I had been there before, so then he goes and looks at the computer and tells me that the coil packs wasn’t a part of my tune up, and now he’s saying that cylinder 4 isn’t getting any power at all and it’s the wiring harness, and it would be $150 to figure out the issue. Mind you when I originally brought the truck to them they told me that even though someone had already replaced all the spark plugs, and wires they couldn’t use any of it and had to use the parts they purchased. Why are the same spark plugs still on my vehicle from before they touched it, and why were coils packs not changed? If I knew that, I would have either had coil packs changed or went elsewhere. Also asked for a full diagnostic test, and paid for them to do a full inspection that was never done. Had to bring it back a 2nd time for that as well. Seems like I’m paying for work that was never actually done. 0/5 if you ask me, and I won’t be going back.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop. They previously replaced my radiator and engine mounts, and most recently diagnosed and fixed a cracked oil filter housing on my BMW 530i. They even did the oil change, which I really appreciated. Joel is so honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on so I felt confident in the repair. I've always heard positive words about all of the Johnny's Automotives. Each location is great. So when the flex plate in our Acadia decided it had enough, I insisted calling Johnny's. Joel was very professional and knowledgeable and is the reason our SUV is in your shop. My father in law and husband just said that when they dropped the Acadia off you guys were more than excellent, professional and very nice. The loaner car was the icing on the top. If it hadn't been for that, my father in law would have had to drive from Orlando to Dundee 2 times a day to bring my husband to work in Davenport. So Thank You for that. Had my first appointment at Johnny’s Automotive in Haines City on 2 Dec. All the positive reviews I’ve read and a few of my neighbors were accurate. It’s a great place to bring your car for either service or repairs. When I walked in the door you were greeted right away and asked for details of your appointment. The service rep had me finished with the paperwork and my car driven in the garage. I was a waiter there and the area was just fantastic. Plenty of seating available and the details of the area were extremely clean and comfortable. Also if you wanted coffee..snacks were available as you wait. I would highly recommend Johnny’s and will be a steady customer when my car requires servicing. The staff was friendly and informed you of what was required. And the pricing was very reasonable..Thanks 😊😊

The entire team at Johnny’s are truly a cohesive professional team from the moment you walk in until your car is repaired, you will feel welcomed and appreciated. Finding a trustworthy repair shop who bleed integrity and knowledge of all types of foreign and domestic vehicles is a rarity but I am glad I found this place. They will document and show you photos of what needs to be fixed and why it needs repair. This is my one stop shop for all my service and repair needs. I was literally praying over where to take my 2020 Volskwagen Jetta because of some lights on my dashboard. Didn’t want to take it to the VW since it’s too expensive and didn’t have good experiences in the past with other mechanics. If I could give 6 stars to Johnny’s Autmotive staff, I would. As an almost 30 years old female who doesn’t know anything about cars, I felt secure, respected and overall, the problem the sensors had, was taken care of. They left two roses on my car, one the first day I went for inspection, and the other one the day they repaired it. Let’s start off with saying how friendly and inviting the staff is, what a pleasure! Next I have been to shops all over this country and this one is right up there. I will say the level of communication is top notch. They keep you informed all the way through. The details provided on the work is exceptional. They really do not sell you things that are not needed and fake issues. The dealer told me my issues were one thing and here was the truth of my issues. They could have tried to sell me by added on what the dealer said I needed and they were honest and didn’t upsell me! Bravo!! So far the vehicle is running great. I will say the pricing was a little higher than I expected but after the service I received offset that. You get what you pay for and I don’t mind paying for great service and quality work. Now don’t take that as I was overcharged I was fair value. Hope this helps you decide on using Johnny’s as I was skeptical at first on what I was about to walk into and left a true customer!
