I had a scheduled appointment to have an IID installed in my car. When I arrived I was told the woman in charge wasn't there. A service tech called and her she wanted to talk to me. I got on the phone and she said she wasn't available and the machine was not there but she could get it when she was done with her doctors appointment but I would have to wait or go somewhere else. I told her I had a scheduled appointment. She told me to "listen to her very closely" and that my appointment was not her priority and she wasn't the one that needed the machine installed in her car. I told her that she didn't need to talk to me that way and asked her if she knew what customer service meant. She told me to leave her establishment or she would call the sheriffs office. My situation is hard enough without being treated this way. I was fortunate to find another appointment for the install the same day. This is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever and hope to ever receive.

Apararently this place is not open until 5pm on Saturday. Guy that calls with the quotes does not give accurate information. Told me the did things that were not on my invoice. I told him I was coming on Saturday to talk about it. Got here at 315pm and shop is all locked up. Unfortunate because I do feel they do good work but definitely need a manager that is on top of these things

Replaced with my car's rear wheel bearing joints for a very low price compared to the price that I got from other stores nearby on the same street! Really glad that I knew about this store & will definitely be a regular costumer for any other service needed. Definitely recommend to every1 ^__^

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT take your car here. They've had my car for over a week and STILL have not installed the part! NO communication with their customers, they do whatever they want!

This was a refreshing experience. Since it's a mom and pop shop, the way they handle business is very different and their pricing is REALLY competitive. I called around to get prices and when I called Guillen they told me they wouldn't be able to give me a rate over the phone, because they have to take a look at the vehicle first. This put me off, because I was able to get estimates from other shops, but I decided to take the chance. When I got there I ended up being really happy with the service, price, and the people. I can rave on and on about this place.

Went there with a car issue They charged me $350 claiming that it needed a new starter and they were going to order one. After leaving for 10 minutes they started working on my car even though they told me that it would take them hours to get the order for the new starter. Days later the car continues with the same issue and they refuse to give money back or any type of guarantee

I took my car here to get my axles replaced and they were amazing . Renado was awesome , he was able to get the work done in the same day since we went early . He explained everything really well . The lady in the front office was pleasant ( I read other reviews mentioning her as rude ) but I had a great experience with her . I’m really happy I found this place . From the outside it might not look too nice but they know what they’re doing and their price was given upfront , didn’t try to make me do anything extra and they were even cheaper then all the mobile mechanics on Facebook .

Went there to request a VERY simple repair (change a wheel stud in one of my wheels), first guy said "you have to wait for the boss to give you a pricing on that", waited for around 20 min, the Boss arrived, don't even bother to ask what I need, literally I was like a painted wall, not even turn around his face to look at me... well, went to another place and fixed the thing in 35 min. Ask me if I will ever be back to this place.

When my vehicle was making wierd noises I knew I had to get it looked at, I figured it was my serpentine belt so I took it in. Mechanics took a look at it on the spot and told me straight up what was the problem. The cool thing that I liked is when they were calling for the part I could hear the pricing and saw that pricing reflected on the receipt. They were not up charging me on the parts, and the labor price was good. also, if you need an oil change done and you have all the supplies they will do it for a real good price. it's good since I know some shops that won't do that.

While on vacation, our car started having a lot of issues (automatic but was stalling, if we stopped the car would just turn off or wouldn’t drive again, traction light on, digital speedometer reading 0mph regardless of speed, a lot of noises when we turned and more, etc) and we had to get it fixed to make it home. This place got us in super quick which was great, but my husband just guessed it was the battery or alternator over the phone and when he brought it in, they said that was what it was. As soon as my husband gets home, the cars having the exact same issues. After a long drive home, we had it looked at by our local mechanic and it needs a sway bar, control arm and crank sensor which all came up with the code reader and he said we probably never even needed a new alternator based off what he can see. Paid over $1500 Canadian just to have the exact same issues and the actual problem not identified/fixed. Feel like they saw we were from Canada and saw a way to make quick money. I’d be cautious going here if you’re not local. Only two stars because of how fast they got us in, otherwise it’d be one star.

Big help when buying a used car! I got a PPI with them and they went over the car with me - what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, how much should be paid for the vehicle, etc. Would be back!
